Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 25 feb 2013La posizione è stupenda in quanto si trova direttamente di fronte a Central Park. La nostra camera era veramente spaziosa. Per la colazione è meglio premurarsi che sia già pagata o meno altrimenti viene addebitata sulla camera e poi bisogna spiegare che era già pagata. Attenzione al frigo bar, ogni tanto caricano sul conto consumazioni non fatte. Nel nostro caso, dopo una breve spiegazione, hanno provveduto immediatamente a cancellarla dal conto finale e senza fare troppe storie. Il personale è stato gentile a parte qualche cameriere un po scorbutico durante la colazione ma con il quale abbiamo subito chiarito, parlando noi un buon inglese.

"great location, good stay-would come again"
This was our first try at an extended stay. It was a positive experience. We have since stayed at another, and it could not match our experience at this one. It was clean, well-maintained and the staff was helpful. The location is awesome and there are many activities and restaurants within walking distance. Ultimately this place was very clean and front desk clerks were very friendly. With surrounding road work was a little confusing to get to but once we were there it a very convenient location, near movie theater, well know dining locations and nice little shops. "Great hotel travellers, students and families"
Stayed here for 6 nights over the new year. When checking in, there was a mix up with our room and we did not receive what I had booked, however staff compensated by giving us an extra room, and the next day we were moved into the correct room. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Only down falls were noisy heater and noisy fridge/freezer. Bus stop […] to New York 30 seconds from hotel, runs frequently (every 15 mins) and only costs $8 (return), a lot cheaper than what a taxi will charge. Close to numerous restaurants and outlet shops. (The red lobster being our fave!) Staff very friendly and polite. Hotel also has a gym, pool and serves food, although we didn't use these facilities. Upon arriving at the hotel room (302) the towel rack was broken and nicely put on top of the toilet seat, the ice machine did not work, I had to manually make ice, the ironing board did not close, the air condition did not work properly, and to top it off the room was never refreshed. The pool was never ready, it was closed all the time. We stayed from […] 07/17/12 to 07/23/12, I asked several times for my room to be refreshed and the answer from the staff was ok, your room is on the scheduled to be refreshed today but after arriving late at night I had to ask for dishwashing detergent and paper toilet, the towels were never replaced cause they did not have clean towels and we were forced to use the same ones for 7days. I gave my complains to a staff member and the excuse she gave me on the refreshing of the room was "THAT THE OTHER PEOPLE WERE CHECKING OUT LATE AND THE DIRTY ROOMS ARE CLEAN FIRST FOR THE NEW CLIENTS TO COME IN, AND IF THEY DON'T HAVE TIME THE ROOMS DON'T GET REFRESHED." SO ALL THIS TELLS ME IS THAT FIRST TIME MONEY COMES FIRSt AND THERE EXPERTISE IS "BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD SERVICE". "Spacious suites. Great place."
Overall great stay. Loved how the room had a kitchenette, desk, pull-out couch, two beds and still lots of open floor space. The pool is heated and we always had the whole thing to ourselves. The room is a nice size but my room smelled like curry for the entire time I stayed there. I would assume this was caused by people who are staying there for longer periods of time that are cooking every night. The hotel smelled bad, and felt very old and rundown. I usually stay at the Embassy suites, however they had a convention or something and although they still had rooms, the prices were outrageous. I saw this hotel being built a long time ago and finally gave it a try. I think that if you are not looking for hotel amenities, this is not a bad place to stay. The good point is that it costs much less than a hotel in Manhatan and has a bus stop at the very corner of the entrance, what enables you to get to Times Square in about 15 to 20 minutes (U$8.00 round-trip) through the Lincoln Tunnel. The good point is that it costs much less than a hotel in Manhatan and has a bus stop at the very corner of the entrance, what enables you to get to Times Square in about 15 to 20 minutes (U$8.00 round-trip) through the Lincoln Tunnel. "Yuck"
The room smelled really bad, dirty stained couch, uncomfortable beds... I was scared to sleep under the comforter. I've been in cheap discount motels that were better! Coffee & juice was only available for a few hours in the morning, and only 1 packet of coffee is provided per day (makes 2 actual cups)... I could go on & on...Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Homestead Secaucus - Meadowlands"
The hotel was clean and the staff was very polite. It would have been nice to have an ice maker machine in the building. The carpet and wallcovering along with most of the cabinets in the hotel needs to be remodeled. Overall good for a short stay.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"pretty good and convenient would go back again."
a pretty good place to stay and nice staff with some exceptions but it was pretty much an ok stay. hotel is very convenient for bus going to NYC so i was happy for that and its close to shopping center.Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia

"Good Hotel easy to access NYC"
This hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A small walk to Walmart,cinema and local eateries. Easy and cheap access to NYC and Hoboken. Well worth a visit.j Don't expect the Waldorf but for the price I was hugely satisfied. I'd go again. No problems with bugs I think these people must have stayed somewhere else. "Homewood Suites- Strikes out again"
The hotel appears nice when you walk in. However, once you get to the room, it is a different story. It is like walking into a time warm. Nothing modern. Bed is like a double cot.
