This hotel was definitely close to the action of South Beach and walking distance to OceAn Lincoln Rd. We Chose the one bedroom suite for added family privacy, but other than that there isn't much else to say. My wife felt differently since she just loves the charm and ambience. Being the guy I am, here were my quirks... The flat screen TVs were not […] HD and had bad reception; The WiFi barely worked if not at all; the bathroom blinds needed replacing; parking is limited and may have to pay to place your car at an out of property garage. Want to hear more? Woke up for my breakfast and was told the restaurant was closed due to the cook having an emergency. Ate somewhere else and returned an hour later to find it fully operational. 2nd night, Wife and I went for the free happy hour and was told bar was closed for Holy weekend; returned 3 hours later to find the bar open w/music blaring. (where's the communication?) After realizing the options from the multi hotel locations, I felt I overpaid for my two nights. We had to use their sister property Marelles to have access to the beach. I HAD A LARGE SUITE AND IT WS VERY COMFORTABLE. This is a 3-star hotel- the carpets and paint look tired. However, everything worked and is reasonably clean. It has an in-room safe. Next door, they are doing construction on a new hotel so pounding started around 7am. Initially, we were concerned because the living room furniture and carpet was old, but it finally grew on us. There was only 1 mirror in the entire room, which was a small oval mirror in the bathroom. Also, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. "Should have been nicer"
I feel that we weren't given the experience that was advertised by the hotel. Unfortunately there was construction going on right next door to the pool, which made laying poolside noisy and full of eyesores (cranes, construction fencing, etc.) I had to fix the stove in the kitchen as well. It was the little things that made a big difference, the fountain […] in the courtyard wasn't working, which made the hotel seem run down. There were days where are room was not made up. Parking is very tough, and the hotel staff was not very accommodating. The "tickets" for overnight parking on hotel property sold out very quickly, ever though there was plenty of space to fit several more cars. All in all it was a great location and comfortable room, just seemed like the establishment didn't care too much for the hotels presentation or too much about helping their guests have a comfortable, stress free stay. I was very impressed for a 2 and a half star hotel. The 'suite' was plenty big enough and comfortable with good clean bedding and a sofa bed too which came in handy when a friend stayed with us for a couple of nights. They even left us the extra bedding and towels without any fuss at all. We used the hotel mostly as a base and the location was really […] excellent with the beach just over the main road and plenty of good bars and restaurants within a short stroll. The hotel was happy to extend our booking for a couple of nights when our plans changed and we even managed to negotiate a really good price with them. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful- we used them to make restaurant bookings for us as well as get information about excursions and taxis. Would definitely recommend this hotel. As dependencias da suíte são bem velhas e precisam de uma reforma, principalmente o banheiro que é pequeno e desgastado. No mais, só tenho elogios à equipe do hotel, principalmente a Silvana que fica na recepção. Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen Ideales Hotel. Wenn man sich etwas Komfort erwartet , dann lieber ein anderes Hotel wählen. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten um seine Wäsche vernüftig abzulegen. Kästen die nicht vorhanden sind. Balkontüren die nicht schliessen und von aussen zugänglich waren.Safe im Zimmer der nicht Funktionstüchtig war, nur einer in einem […] improvisierten Kästchen,welches man jederzeit mit dem Safe hätte entfernen können. Also Zimmerwechsel, ging aber nicht , da alles ausgebucht war.Kein Frühstück am ersten Tag, da die Tische nicht mit benutzten Geschirr abgeräumt wurden. Nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit eben kein Frühstück. War aber wie wir dann feststellen durften eh besser,schmutziges Geschirr,Kaffeelöffel voller Kaffeeflecken und angebranntes Rührei glaube ich sollte das sein, ersparte uns die Entscheidung noch einmal in diesem Hotel zu Frühstücken. Sehr hellhöriges Hotel.Pool benutzen ist nicht , da man ständig den Baulärm vom Nachbarhotel hört. Insgesamt sollte man dieses " Hotel " lieber meiden.Genügt auch nicht Amerikanischen Standard. "Suite of Dorchester à Miami Beach"
Hotel tout à fait correct, les suites sont spacieuses, propres mais pas luxueuses. C'est très pratique de pouvoir disposer d'une cuisine. L'hotel est très bien situé par rapport aux bus qui sont un moyen de déplacement très pratiques à Miami. Attention, petit supplément au moment du départ non annoncé.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"petit déj catastrophique"
hôtel sympa très bien situé mais le problème c'est que nous avions réservé une suite pour 3 et le coupon petit déj n'était que pour 2 tout comme pour les transats! pas très logique sinon super suite style mini appart et très bien situé pour sortir à miami beach à pied! on traverse la rue et on est à la plage!Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Bien situé près de Lincoln Road"
Nous avions une suite avec deux chambres et un salon. C'est simple mais bien. Les points négatifs sont le bruit de la clim et de la petite route derrière l'hotel et la dimension de la salle de bain. Les points positifs sont l'emplacement, et le rapport qulité prix.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"tres bon emplacement"
l hotel beneficie d un bon emplacement par contre les chambres ont besoin d etre renoves par contre on peut apprecier la kitchenette et l espace dans la suite piscine mal entretenue etqui donne sur un chantier de construction mais le rapport par rapport au prix est correctRecensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia

Malgrè sont prix bas hotel de mauvaise qualité. les + : Bonne emplacement, proches des boites de Washington avenue, des restaurant-pub d'ocean drive, de lincoln road la rue marchande et à une rue de la plage. les - : Chambre défraichi (un bon coup de peinture serai pas de trop) avec aucune isolation, climatisation bruyante à coté de la chambre, grasse […] à une clim premier prix il fait soit trop chaud soit trop froid des tout l'appartement, piscine très sale (verte et qui pue) et petite, enfin cuisine mal équipé Continua a leggereRecensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia
