The only negative thing I have to say about this Hotel is that the Reception Desk Staff are completely, well, useless. They are not very helpful, getting... information from them is a struggle and they are incompetant, they don't even smile. I must say that the rest of the Hotel Staff are fine, very helpful and cheerfull. I would use this Hotel again but I would have to bite my tongue whenever I go near the reception desk.
