Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 30 ago 2012Il soggiorno presso questo B&B è stato meraviglioso. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e stile. Al momento del check-in la stanza che avevamo prenotato non era disponibile per un guasto al sistema elettrico e ci hanno sistemato in un'altra di livello superiore, senza maggiorazione di prezzo. il B&B è comodo per raggiundere la 16th strada dove ci sono molti negozi, bar e ristoranti e al LoDo (Downtown). La colazione, oltre a cereali e pane tostato, varia ogni giorno con un proposta calda cucinata al momento. Un giorno c'erano dei deliziosi waffles con banane, fragole e mirtilli, il giorno dopo omelette con funghi. Tutti i prodotti sono rigorosamente bio, come anche lo shampo, bagnoschiuma e crema corpo. La zona circostante è tranquilla e il B&B si affaccia su un giardino pubblico. Un bellissimo soggiorno!

Inviato da Francesco F di "Venezia" il 29 ago 2011L'hotel è vetusto, ma almeno due camere, la mia e quella di altri dueamici, avevano "vista sul sistema di condizionamento dell'hotel" con un rumore infernale che ci ha impedito di dormire tutta la notte. Comunque l'hotel è sconsigliabile, malgrado la vicinanza al centro.

"Crystall Inn di Denver: perfetto per l'aeroporto!"

La notte dell'arrivo ho soggiornato in un'altra struttura, più cara di questa, con poca soddisfazione, soprattutto per la qualità della stanza. Il Crystal Inn, invece, si è rivelato al di sopra delle aspettative. L'unico difetto è l'orario in cui servono la colazione che nei giorni feriali è a partire dalle 6,30 e nei week-end dalle 7. In molti altri hotel americani, soprattutto quelli nei pressi dell'aeroporto, essa viene servita molto prima (a volte anche alle 5) consentendo così di fruire di un servizio in più. Nulla da eccepire sulla qualità della camera, molto ampia (io avevo la 427) e sulla silenziosità. Impossibile pretendere qualcosa dalla location: è pressoché in mezzo al nulla ma chi deve solo pernottare per poi prendere un volo è assolutamente perfetta. A pochi passi c'è un ristorante della catena "Denny's" arricchito da un supermarket frequentato dai camionisti che si fermano nell'ampio spazio loro dedicato. Importante per chi deve fare il pieno alla macchina noleggiata: vicinissimo all'hotel (sulla Airport Blvd.) c'è un distributore i cui prezzi sono tra i più bassi della zona!

"NO GO!"
Trash in a clean room? Used soap in the shower, trash on the top of the bedside table. No do not disturb sign in the room. Went to the front desk to get one and the agent was on the phone...sounded like a personal call. After we stood there for 3 or 4 minutes his response was "are you waiting for me"...well we were not just standing at the front desk […] because the lobby is nice, which it was not. Pool was closed alot. Their ammenities for the bathroom were soap and shampoo. Not what was expected at all. The couch in the room had many stains. The room I hope had not been rented in quite a while as there was black mold in the toilet bowl. Not a great impression and WILL NOT return. "Good, quiet hotel."
The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff very friendly & helpful, except I didn't think the cleaning staff did the best job. Not that the room wasn't cleaned, but they didn't refill the toilet paper and we ended up running out, they took the bar of soap we had opened, but then didn't replace it with a new one, they didn't replace the used cups or all […] of the used towels. "Great hotel deal."
We stayed at this hotel for only one night on our way to our vacation cabin. Hot breakfast was only a waffle so don't expect eggs, etc. They did have oatmeal, but hot water and old-fashioned, not instant oatmeal, does not oatmeal make. (They need to use instant oatmeal). Overall, there were no unpleasant smells, I didn't notice things torn up, the room […] seemed clean...and I'm pretty fussy...especially when it comes to smells. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I almost always find rooms at this cost have issues, but not at this hotel. For the price we paid, it was a very good deal, and why our family would definitely stay there again. "Good value bad memories"
Good value for the money. Did talk to thr front desk twice about 3 people using the pool to carry out some very questionable activities and was assured they would handle it. "Clean and comfortable"
Everything was clean and in good repair. It smelled like smoke in the hall but our non-smoking room was great so no big deal. "Please tell me a dog did that!"
We spent the night here to attend the Colorado renaissance festival. I picked this hotel from the other 4 in the same area primarily because it was a bit cheaper. I certainly wasn't expecting much, but was still somehow surprised when upon arrival that a dog had done his business outside our 3rd floor (inside hallway) room's door. I'll assume it was […] dog since they do allow pets inside this hotel. My son went down and told the front desk guy about it then we went to the pool. Upon our return it was still there. We tidied for diner & left to walk to the nearby brewpub (not bad) - still there. Came back to the hotel after and it was raining, surprised to see a large congregation of folks cooking various items on small portable grills under the pull though carport & blocking the entrance. I guess they probably intented to use the back deck but got rained out. Just seemed unprofessional of the hotel staff to let them block the only public entrance with a highly odiferous cook -out party. Really, it was weirder than I can describe! So back upstairs, yep, still there. Went to bed. Woke early & packed, got a call which I assume was a. room -to -room, "YOU IS VERY LOUD!!!", well, perhaps our stirrings annoyed one of the previous evening 's late revelers. Whetever, at least the hallway surprise was gone in the morning!. General cleanliness was worse than average. Breakfast was dismal. Stale rolls and crappy coffee do not make a decent breakfast. Fruit was apples or apples. No one ever cleaned the tables in the week we stayed there. Elevator was constantly dirty. Remote control needed tape to hold the batteries in place. TV reception was poor. Sound traveled clearly […] from room to room. Front door was partially blocked by tourist pamphlet rack on one side, luggage carts on the other. Overall the experience was nice. Although the pool was small and the fitness room was out of order. other than that it was a nice stay. It was perfect location to all the places we needed to go during our stay with a great restaurant just down the street in walking distance. it was also a short distance from the wonderful walking path in Castle Roc […] k!
