Sono stata con i miei amici dal 24-04 al 30-04-12. L' albergo è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno è pulito ma sostituirei la vasca con la doccia. La sala da pranzo/colazione è carina e affaccia sul lago. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona vicino al lago (molto romantica), la CN Tower, il Roger Centre; per visitare parte più centrale (Yonge Street) è preferibile prendere l'autobus o il tram ( che passano ogni 5').

L'hotel è tenuto bene e pulito, ma situato in piena Chinatown, sopra un centro commerciale che dà più l'idea di essere a Pechino piuttosto che a Toronto (anche il personale è tutto di origine cinese). Comunque le camere sono spaziose e pulite, è situato su Spadina Ave quindi in buona posizione per raggiungere CN Tower e porto a sud, e parco e università a nord. Il quartiere circostante non è granchè, ma non dà l'idea di essere insicuro. E' dotato anche di parcheggio sotterraneo condiviso col centro commerciale. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

Hotel carino, pulito ma un po' distante dal centro quindi e' necessaria la macchina. l' uscita dell'autostrada e' a due passi e se vuoi fare shopping o mangiare(qualsiasi cosa) a poche centinaia di metri c'e' SEARS(centro commerciale). Per chi viaggia con l'auto e' l' ideale .... La zona dove e' situato l'hotel e' molto tranquilla e non trafficata, inoltre l'hotel ha il suo parcheggio .. Per noi e' stato Ottimo

The hotel is conveniently located. Staff were friendly, and the front desk approved a late check-out with no extra charge. I particularly liked the fact that all the bed linens are washed (including duvet covers) for each new guest. "Great Location, Great Service"
Being right downtown, there are some sketchy areas around this hotel. The trade off is that it's really close to a lot of attractions. The hotel is clean and the staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

Hotel was great but the house keeping is not very good and threw out stuff that did ot belong to them. Also, the location could be in a better area.

My daughter and I went here and celebrated my birthday. The hotel staff were wonderful. They upgraded us to the Penthouse. The night man (Ceaser) at the front desk was so kind. He left a birthday candle on a carton of milk I had gotten. So thoughtful. Very very kind and friendly people.

"close to massey hall"
friend and I were very pleased. very comfortable beds. Poutinerie across the street. Streetcar stops in front of hotel. jacuzzi was great. 5 minute walk to massey hall, yonge street, dundas square, hard rock cafe, eaton centre, imperial bar and grill...

"Great value location"
I would easily stay here again in Toronto. The room and amenities were fine. Free coffee/tea and internet is always great. Staff were very obliging. The breakfast is not included though, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby, of all varieties. Just be adventuresome and try the ethnic eats, or stay conventional and go to the fast food places and […] chains we all know. Many tourist attractions are in walking distance. This hotel was a great place to stay, all of the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, we stayed in a jacuzzi suite it was amazing.

Stayed there one night. Room was clean and spacious. Was not very happy with the front desk clerk. We asked if there were any public parking lots close to the hotel and he stated no( there was oine just around the corner that provided parking at a better price than the hotel). Just your regular hotel room. Staff, and function of, were impeccable. Walking distance (about 5 blocks) to Eaton Centre, et al. Trolley line immediately accessible from hotel. Decent neighborhood. Valet parking only, $30 per night.

Great location. On street car line and just 2 blocks from Yonge. Good pool for kids. Fabulous staff.

Very much enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet. Staff very helpful, excellent service throughout. Clean, comfortable beds. One block to Eaton Center and Yonge St. Will stay here again. Very good value with the breakfast which lasted up to 10 AM. Also liked the 12 noon checkout.
The only problem was that there are no conditions for desabled people in the bathtub (handrails & slippery bathhtub floor,

"Great location"
We had a great experience in this hotel, the location was superb, a couple of blocks to get to the highway, walking distance to many area attractions, and the service at the front desk and valet were excellent.

I was really disappointed with all additional costs, parking was 30. per evening, breakfast 16.99. The room was diffinately not one of their best - right next to the pool machanical room which made noise most of the evening. Not at all what we expected

very clean, beautifully kept and nicely furnished. pretty crappy area w/ a homeless shelter a block away and a dubious area on three sides...far more guys begging on the streets than anywhere in ny!

"Enjoyable stay at Hilton Garden"
The hotel was lovely and staff were welcoming and helpful Everything looked new and fresh and for a big, busy hotel it was very quiet with good soundproofing in the rooms. Our room was impressive, a good size with everything you could need - our son especially liked the fact that you could adjust the bed to make it softer! The gym/pool were good to […] have. "It was okay"
Our stay at this Hilton Garden Inn was okay. The room was clean and the location was convenient (walking distance to the Eaton Center and public transit). However the neighborhood seemed a little rough for what I expected to see surrounding a Hilton. One of our two beds had a worn-out mattress and was not comfortable for an adult to sleep in. The staff […] were helpful overall, however the housekeeping crew kept forgetting things... The hotel was very nice and clean. The continental breakfast ($10) is a expensive considering the price of the room. And be prepared to pay $30 a night for parking. Just park your vehicle and use public transportation - bus, subway, trolley by getting a one day pass that covers 2 adults and 4 children for $10 all day. Best way to get around Toronto […] area! I liked the Valet parking, but would have liked a way to get to my vehicle without having it brought to me because I like to leave items in the car that I won't be needing until I need it. I travel on my own with my three young children (all under 8yrs old) so I have many things to bring with me. I have tried a lot of hotels either personally or for work, and I have very rarely encountered staff so genuinely nice and pleasant. Whether the maid, the restaurant staff or the desk clerks made our stay. They were all so nice and really seem to enjoy their work. I was genuinely wowed. Another good note is the complementary breakfast - the quality […] and variety of the food was also pleasantly surprising. The cappucinos were perfect, the omelets and poacheds eggs are freshly made to order, the yogourt parfait was perfect (not too sweet - just right), we even could make our own fresh waffles (which was fun and delicious)... Very fresh and good, and even more so for complementary buffet. The gym room was clean, and pool seemed nice (though we didn't have the chance of using that facility). The hotel itself is what you expect from a Hilton, very comfortable and spacious - though it did smell musty - a bathroom fan could solve that easily.
