Ciao!!! Questo albergo vi piacerà di sicuro! è pulito, elegante, confortevole...ve lo consigliamo!!!e quanto sono comodi i letti!!!! ;) E' a pochi metri dal tivoli, offre una super colazione e spuntini x tutta la giornata ed il personale è gentilissimo...cos'altro chiedere???

Albergo posizionato vicino al parco Tivoli e quindi vicino al centro di Copenhagen.La zona è frequentata anche da alcune prostitute, ma non è pericolosa.L'albergo nel complesso mi è piaciuto, Le camere superior sono di dimensioni accettabili e ben arredate. Buon livello di insonorizzazione e possibilità di bersi un tè o un caffè gratuitamente a tutte […] le ore. Belle sale di fianco alla reception, dove poter leggere o sorseggiarsi un tè. Alla sera c'è un buffet gratuito dalle 18 alle 21 e 30 che permette di risparmiare sul soggiorno a Copenhagen. Lati negativi sono la sala per la colazione troppo piccola( conviene fare colazione prima delle 8 e 30) e il fatto che avendo pagato in anticipo per una superior, mi sia stata data inizialmente una camera classic. In seguito ho fatto notare la cosa alla ragazza della reception che ha prontamente provveduto al cambio di stanza. Trattandosi di un hotel a 3 stelle ed essendo abituati a frequentare alberghi a 4 stelle un po' in tutto il mondo, lo abbiamo trovato positivamente sorprendente: accogliente con i suoi salottini, con il suo punto ristoro coffee & tea 24 ore su 24, personale gentile (a parte una piccola stonatura con una persona addetta al breakfast, decisamente un […] po' troppo nervosa e poco "customer oriented"), camera graziosa, pulita e spaziosa quanto basta, bagno nuovo e pulito. Punto internet agevole. Anche i bagni negli spazi comuni molto puliti. Si capisce che l'hotel è stato ristrutturato da poco. Vicinissimo al centro ed ai Tivoli Gardens. Unico punto da lasciare alla valutazione soggettiva dei singoli (ma per noi è stato divertente spunto per simpatiche battute goliardiche, anche da parte delle nostre signore - eravamo due coppie) è l'affaccio dell'hotel su un locale a luci rosse, sulla cui facciata campeggia la gigantografia di una bellissima ragazza danese assai poco vestita, nè più nè meno - del resto - come quelle che siamo abituati a vedere sulle copertine dei nostri settimanali e nelle pubblicità televisive. The 'all inclusive' aspect of the hotel was a pleasant surprise with an excellent choice at breakfast; beverages and cakes throughout the afternoon and a light buffet meal in the evening.The hotel was ideal for a short city break.The Hotel is on the edge of the equivalent of London's Soho but in the opposite direction there are large department stores, […] restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpfull and we were pleasantly suprised over the food service, breakfast buffet, afternoon coffee and cakes and evening buffet meal; all included in the room price! There was also a cosy lounge area to sit and enjoy and relax along with bowls of fresh fruit to nibble on. Nice homely atmosphere.

A warm and friendly boutique style hotel. The staff were obliging and friendly. Our suite was comfortable and well furnished but the staining in the toilet bowl(limescale i think) was disappointing. This is a cozy little hotel with a friendly staff. Breakfast is provided as well as a light dinner buffet. I enjoy this as a single traveler. In the evenings when I don't want to venture out, I don't have to. It is a short walk to the train station and close to the shopping restaurants and museums. I stayed for a weekend with my girlfriend in the Clarion Hotel Mayfair in November. The hotel is in a great location close to Tivoli Gardens. The rooms are pretty good although small, but this is common in Copenhagen. The included breakfast buffet is fairly good but not an extensive selection, the free evening buffet is very limited and very small […] portions. I used my welcome rewards on this hotel, it was a good weekend, the hotel did the job and was perfectly adeqaute and in a good locaiton, but I would have been disappointed in I'd paid full price for this particular hotel. Like the cozy feel of the hotel. Room quality is mixed. Very small. My first room seemed fresh and modern. My second room seemed worn and tired. Bed was softer than I like. The breakfast is adequate. This hotel was easy to find and close to the railway station. It is quiet and the breakfast and evening buffet are excellent. The evening meal is only light but very good variety and it can become quite a big meal if you try everything. The staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel is close enough to walk to all city venues

A gem of a 3 star hotel in Copenhagen, close to attractions, friendly, helpful staff, satisfactory rooms, terrific breakfast, 24/7 coffee and fruit in lounge, and original asiatic artwork in public rooms. The free light evening meal makes this hotel outstanding value for money in expensive Copenhagen.

The location was central - easily accessible from the main bus stop or train station from the airport. We paid to upgrade our room to a larger room as standard rooms are quite small. Excellent loaction, close to Tivoli Gardens, the Market Square & train station. Room was clean but very small. Was ok for one night but would have been uncomfortable for a longer stay.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy walk of less-than 10 minutes to/from the central train station. Seriously good breakfast and the dinner buffet (appetizer, two salads, an entree, cheese, fruit and desert) was very welcome, given the price of Copenhagen restaurants.

room on street side was noisy and bright at night and if you cose the curtains it was too hot. Meals were a terrific value--breakfast and supper were plenty.

very small rooms. Strip bar right across the street with glowing neon signs. Location convenient to tourist attractions. Biggest draw was the included dinner and breakfast as meals in Copenhagen are very expensive.

On the plus side, the people in Denmark and at the hotel were friendly, helpfull, and quick to provide service. The hotel has two contiguous 'salons' where you can meet, read, sip coffee or tea. Clients kept talking about the convenience of having the hotel restaurant and how food was expensive elsewhere. I did not share their hipe, as I felt the food […] was more than ordinary, the fruits too ripe, and the menu desperately short and repetitive over 5 days. The room was very small, and the 'desk' did not appropriately allow any sort of work. The free WiFi was slow (sometimes too much to hold a conversation on Skype, no video), and you could connect only one iThing at a time thus forbidding syncs. The drain of the shower filled and the shallow basin overflowed; the T° of the hot water was barely body temp, and it took forever to raise from the magma layers deep under the crust of the earth if you were on an early schedule and were the first to open the hot water tap. To be fair, it is my first stay in Denmark and I cannot compare. Would I go again? I would probably want to compare. Continua a leggere

Convenient hotel, staff helpful, clean, very quiet. Good breakfast, lovely light dinner buffet.

No real complaints about this hotel. Room did not have a/c, and I love the room to be ice cold, so this was my only major issue. Room was fine for the one night we stayed there. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We did not try to the buffet downstairs so I cannot offer an opinion on that. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Good location, just 5 min from train station and Trivoli. Nice lobby with a library. Always coffee and tea + pastry. Good free breakfast and good free dinner. Drinks for dinner are not free but one does not have to order and can have free tea/coffee. Also outside area fro eating with a hidden romantic corner. Rooms with good insulation. Never heard […] any noise from the street but I could hear someone from above; probably the ceiling from the 4th floor to the fifth top one was not concrete. The Mayfair is perfectly located for the central station and Tivoli gardens no more than 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast buffet is ample, and the evening supper meant we did not need to look for a restaurant at night - very handy as Copenhagen is not the cheapest city I have visited. Stayed for 5 nights. Great hotel, close to train station and shopping precinct, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, nice light dinner, reasonably priced, can be noisy thanks to "Lady Love" across the street!!

This was our first visit to Copenhagen, and this hotel was a great choice. Only a very short walk to central train station came in handy for all our public transport needs. The quality of the breafast included in the rate was very good indeed. And of course the added bonus of a light buffet dinner really made our stay an economical visit. Caught the train from the airport to Copenhagen's main train station, and walked to the hotel within 5 minutes. We arrived after 9pm but the receptionist was still able to offer us something to eat and was extremely welcoming. Free internet terminals and Wifi-access was a bonus and plenty of tea available downstairs when coming in from the cold Copenhagen […] air, (and even some cake)! The lap dancing club across the road didn't bother us and isn't in keeping with the rest of the road, with several other hotels and restaurants lining it. Very cosy lounge downstairs was a nice spot to relax in, especially as the room was on the small side, however it was very well presented and clean, nothing fancy, but fine for a short city break. The free evening dinner isn't huge, but we tried it one night as we'd already had a large lunch and couldn't manage another mighty Danish meal! Being a mere 5 minute walk from the central train station meant the hotels location was ideal in both getting around the city and travelling to and from the airport. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and were able to help us concerning sight-seeing as well as with hotel business. The food offered is also a real life-saver in such an expensive […] city, a breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold food setting you up nicely for a day of exploring, and an evening buffet involving a hot main accompanied by various cold foods and desserts helping round off a busy day out. Fresh fruit and drinks are also available throughout the day which is also a real bonus. All this is included in the price of the room. The hotel itself was of a very good standard, the room being small but comfortable, and the decor being modern yet homely. The only downside was looking out of the window resulted in staring directly into another, but this is only a small detail. The walls are also rather thin, but come late evening there was very little noise at all. Great morning and evening buffet with a wide selection of food. We loved this place. The lobby is like a grand living room nicely decorated. Good location near the trin and buses and lot's of the sights. The room was a bit small by American standards, but comfortable. The bed was great! A bit noisy at night but it's n the cityso we expected that. We liked it that we were given a option of what floor our room could be as we prefer either the ground or 1st floor and whether to face the courtyard or the street. However, it was a very small room and the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen. Thinking back, I now wished we had asked for an upgrade as the room size was very impractical for two […] people. Luckily the shower had a floor ridge so that the water didn't run all over the bathroom floor like many hotels in Europe. The reception staff was very helpful.
