Enjoyed our stay. Great hotel-was nicely surprised! A word to the wise, though, of you book online and you get the option to include breakfast with your stay for an extra fee- don't do it!!!!!! I thought it was a great deal, but when we went to breakfast, they didn't have a clue what we were talking about! Ended up paying for breakfast in the restaurant […] as well as having it tacked onto our hotel bill because I prepaid!!!! Otherwise, it was great- clean,spacious room and pleasant staff. "Wonderful Hotel"
We stayed 2 nights at this Holiday Inn. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly! The hotel rooms are very large with a small refrigerator and large counter top in the kitchenette. "Ok for the $$$"
Seemed like a nice place but the rooms are outdated. Nice enough. Not filthy.
The only bad experience we had was at the restaurant. Kids eat free unless it is the buffet. The hostess told us to go to the buffet instead of offering us the menu and we had to pay a lot more than expected for breakfast. She would not change the order even thogh 2 of our kids ate cereal. They would have at least gotten a banana had we ordered off […] the menu. The next morning we ordered off the menu but we still had to make our own drinks and get our own silverware...from the buffet. The food is very good, better than most restaurants. Continua a leggere
"Good place to stop for the night."
The hotel was nice. We were just stopping for the night and it totally fit the bill. Room was clean. We purchased a rate with breakfast. Good hearty breakfast and got us on the road. We will stop there again. Added Bonus: It is right next door to a "Stuckey's". For those of us that traveled as a kid by car in the 70's, it was a total flash back. very comfortable bed but bring your own pillows; they would comfortably fit on a toddler bed.

Although I requested a non-smoking room, they gave us a room on the smoking floor (5). The entire floor and room smelled of smoke, and so did we and all our clothes and luggage when we got home. "5 Stars in Hattiesburg"
It had been some time since my last stay in Hattiesburg. I was plesantly surprised with this Holiday Inn. The room was well above my expectations and the bed was so comfortable I considered calling to buy a bed!!!

"Holiday Inn Express - quite a pleasant stay!"
I was very impressed with this hotel. Our room was very updated and spacious. The decor was very nice. The bed was so comfortable. We ate in the dining room while there. The food was good but the service was a little slow. The indoor pool area was very nice and my child enjoyed it. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

My stay was a very pleasent one. When I checked in the young lady at the desk was very friendly. When I'm in Hattiesburg I have found myself a new place to stay.
Had a great stay...Wish the indoor pool could have been a little nicer...No pool towels...Overall very satisfied.

Best overall satisfaction of any hotel we've stayed at. Staff extremely friendly. Restaurant food rates five stars with us. Only complaint is Parking lot lights filtered through the sheer curtain, That needs to be addressed. But overall would recommend highly.
The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. However we had 3 problems with our room. 1. TV was out of focus 2. Shower rod was sagging and the curtain wouldn't stay closed 3. Some baseboard tile in the bathroom was missing.

It was an excellent stay I was even allowed to check in early at 12:30 and also upgraded to a King Suite with no extra charge. Check in was swift and easy, Staff was extremely nice and helpful would recommend this hotel and also would recommend thru hotels.com.

"just dont eat in the restaraunt"
service was horrible, and the waitress only had 3 tables when we were there. they were out of absolutly everything, it became a joke to ask for something because the response was sorry we're out of it. she tried to explain that it was the end of the month and they had to reorder- it was the 19th! seh never filled our drinks, forgot to bring stuff adn […] took forever to bring the food Continua a leggere

Small dinning room is right next to bar, took family to eat dinner service was horrible but main problem was F bombs comming from bar. Had breakfast next morning thinking service would be better, it wasn't and food was not good, great hotel except for eating
