Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 14 feb 2013Ci siamo stati alla fine di gennaio, eravamo un po' in ansia perchè prenotato all'ultimo minuto e con un buonissimo rapporto di prezzo. L'hotel è molto carino, vicinissimo all'Universal studio (per il quale forniscono un pullman molto comodo). Pulito, camere molto spaziose, caffè e tè 24 su 24. La colazione è insuperabile (caffè,the,latte,succhi,hamburger, uova, bacon, pane e dolci,waffles,e frutta a volontà).Personale disponibile. Palestra piccola ma attrezzata. Wi-fi in tutte le camere e spazi comuni, lavanderia e un ampio parcheggio. Spero di tornarci presto!!! Paola e Andrea Roma

Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 7 gen 2013Un bel resort a prezzi abbordabili all'interno del Walt Disney World. Servizio di navetta con partenza ogni 30 minuti per tuttii parchi disney anche se in realtà ce ne sono di più. Sarebbe bene indicare gli orari di partenza esatti in quanto sono abb approssimativi. Le stanze sono belle e pulite. Belle piscine, sul lago spiaggia con amache e sdraie. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la consegna dei bagagli arrivati con oltre un'ora di ritardo in camera dopo ripetuti solleciti.

"Excellent Hotel"
I thought it was great. Spacious king room, with a fridge, very clean, and a very helpful staff. Rick, from the front desk greeted us, answered all our questions, he was great! Very conflicted review here....Location and hotel staff were perfect. The whole hotel smells musty with a strong de-odorizer smell that try's to cover it. The room was the worst. "Very good hotel close to airport"
Have never stayed at a Hyatt Place before and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Friendly airport shuttle driver. I arrived well before check in time and front desk made me quite comfortable in the lobby while the worked on getting a room. Plus I requested a quieter room, being Orlando and not traveling with children we were concerned about […] the noise factor. We were placed on a higher floor and except for the lobby we did not hear a peep. The one suggestion I would offer is to make it a bit easier for those who wish to take breakfast back to their rooms. I appreciate the lovely set up with real dishes etc but we prefer to avoid crowds in the morning. Granted I did not ask if this was a possibility. "Excellent stay, friendly staff."
This is a very nice place to stay very near the airport in Orlando. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and they seem to enjoy their jobs and making sure you have a great stay. "Wonderful & exceeded our expectations"
We only stayed for one day/night & were very impressed with this hotel! We used the shuttle 3 different times: 1. to be picked up from airport, 2. to go out for dinner & 3. to get rental car. We were suprised at how big our room was with the pull out l-shaped sofa! The food was outstanding & many options for breakfast. I really had high hopes for this hotel. Normally the Hyatt is a great place to stay. They didn't clean our rooms very good at all. The bathroom tub was nasty, rusted and old. This was a pleasant surprise, having never stayed at a Hyatt Place before. Spacious and comfortable, with a great wait staff! We stayed for one night on December 15 upon arrival in Orlando. The staff were exceptional in attending to all our needs. A very friendly and inviting atmosphere. "Convenient airport location"
We only stayed one night, before taking a cruise, but it is very convenient to the airport with free 24hr shuttle. There is also a free hot breakfast with good selection. The room itself was OK, the bathroom was not as updated as we like, but clean.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Convenient to Orlando Airport"
The Hyatt was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. My only "complaint" was that they did not have laundry facilities on site. Having just come back from a cruise, I allocated that day to clean my clothes before getting on a plane home the next day.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Good Value for Money Close to the Airport"
We only stayed for one night but we had a very nice room, that was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast finishes a little early at 10.00 but only a minor issue. There are several restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Clean Friendly Hotel!"
Very nice hotel conveniently located a few miles from the airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport and a pretty good continental breakfast were also a big plus!Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia
