La colazione era poco varia e scarsa. Poco attenti alla pulizia dei tavoli nei cambi degli ospiti durante la colazione. La camera confortevole e pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola a giorni alterni.

L'hotel 17 è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a New York, con un eccellente rapporto qualità rapporto/prezzo. La posizione è tra i suoi pregi migliori, logisticamente comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi sia verso il nord che verso il sud di manhattan, e il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali per cene e colazioni. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, il bagno condiviso non lo abbiamo praticamente mai trovato occupato e sempre pulito.

L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

Bellissima permanenza, punto ideale per visitare la città collegatissimo e a due passi dalla 5th. Camera non enorme ma comfortevole, sempre pulita e molto curata nell'arredamento. Albergo ad altissimo livello, se avete qualche soldino da spendere andateci. Enjoy NYC

"Thirty Thirty Hotel - Good rooms and confort"
Ok: The rooms are large and with good furnitures; Beatiful 42 " TV screen, wide bathroom and bed; Good position near the Subway and the Empire State Building No: Card Key not working well every 2 days must have been reprogrammed; Safe not working; Awful wiew with another Building at 5 mt and taller. The room was very dark all day.

Hotel con buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Tenete presente che, al momento del nostro soggiorno lo stesso era in fase di ristrutturazione, quindi, alle volte ci sono stati alcuni disagi causati dai lavori stessi.

Location comoda anche se il quartiere circostante non offre gran che.. Hotel di buon livello, ma controllate che non vi diano la camera micro (una specie di cella..) Rapporto prezzo-prestazioni comunque soddisfacente

Great bed and bedding, yum! Corridor cleanliness could be improved, but actual room is fine. Filter coffee machine good. No desk in room. Staff fine - athough beware the fixed fare to JFK offer from the bellboy, as even in peak hour a normal taxi hailed on street cost 33% less.

l'hotel è in una buona posizione, vicino alla fermata della metro! le camere sono piccole ma pulite. vi consiglio di prendere la camera con il letto queen, noi abbiamo dormito all'arrivo una notte in quella con due letti singoli xchè l'altra non era disponibile ed era troppo piccola!!! buon rapporto qualità prezzo!!!

"Discreto e vicino a tutto ma con qualche pecca"
E' molto centrale, le camere sono discrete, dietro alla reception sono gentili, il resto del personale è sgarbatello, non c'è internet in camera ma solo nella hall e costa uno sproposito. Comunque ci tornerei.

Ci siamo trovati bene, abbiamo pagato poco e stavamo vicino a tutto. A pochi metri ha molti posti dove mangiare o comprare qualsiasi cosa.

Avevamo prenotato due camere con largo anticipo, all'arrivo in una mancava l'armadio e relativa cassaforte, nell'altra c'era una puzza di fumo persistente. Cmq le camere erano pulite e confortevoli nonostante le dimensioni veramente contenute, in fondo però volevamo risparmiare e ci siamo riusciti. "OTTIMA POSIZIONE AL CENTRO DI MANHATTAN"
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in camera standard,con letto matrimoniale queen size,all’8° piano. Il soggiorno è stato sicuramente positivo,soprattutto per la posizione strategica dell’hotel al centro di Manhattan, vicino all’Empire state b. L’hotel dista 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana(28th st).Da evidenziare che l’hotel ha una seconda […] entrata sulla 29th.Appena arrivatii n hotel mi ha colpito la presenza di 4 alti scalini per arrivare al livello della hall. Comunque a destra della scala c’è un montacarichi per le persone con difficoltà.Immaginatevi la fatica però di portare le valigie pesanti per quei 4 scalini!L’accoglienza dello staff alla reception all’arrivo è stata fredda:ci hanno dato le chiavi della camera senza spiegarci dove si trovasse; nei giorni seguenti invece ci siamo confrontati con altri dello staff che si sono resi disponibili a risolvere alcuni dubbi. Ottimo servizio di custodia delle valigie durante l’ultimo giorno: il facchino rilascia una ricevuta della presa in carico delle valigie e si concorda con lui l’orario del ritorno. La camera era molto piccola: c’è lo spazio solo per letto e comodini. C’era inoltre un armadio a muro, al cui interno c’è asse e ferro da stiro, cassaforte e spazio per appendere i vestiti e per le valigie. Noi avevamo la tv vecchio stile, appoggiata su un mobile che occupava quel poco spazio disponibile nella stanza. Il bagno invece era spazioso, fornito con tante salviette. "Chic hotel made me feel like a celebrity"
The hotel is so chic and sexy and gives you the perfect feeling for a NYC getaway weekend. It wasn't right in the middle of tourist areas but perfectly situated centrally, close to subway so we could get anywhere easily. Loved that there were affordable restaurants nearby along with higher end choices if we wanted it. Definitely go!
"Nicely renovated, but there are issues..."
We enjoyed our stay at LOLA and the renovation is quite nice, but they need to work a bit on room maintenance. Mold in the shower and a bathroom door that would not lock or even stay closed were problems. Amenities were not replaced during our stay and our laptops would not fit into the safe! Drinks in the bar were wildly overpriced, but the lounge/lobby […] area is quite comfortable. Nice hotel with trendy feel to the lobby area. Queen rooms are quite small even for New York. King rooms are very nice.

Hotel was very trendy. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. Complimentary drinks at the bar upon arrival and extended ur check out until 1:00 for free.

"Euro-style hotel perfect for a night"
Just me in the city for one night on business. Perfect for that, though I thought the Internet access charge a bit high. Used my smart phone instead. Rooms smallish even for this type of place, but comfy and quiet. Sleek lobby and bar area. Outside construction hampers overall look, but assume that's temporary.

I was pleased to find a good deal on a hotel close to my office. I was much more surprised to find the room nicer than I had been led to believe I was getting. As my review title said LOLA over-delivered and I would go back again any time I need a NYC hotel!
Very stylish hotel with reasonable prices. Staff is very kind and helpfull and the bartenders are the best and friendliest you ever met.

I was very surprised by the luxury of this Hotel, considering the great price.In Manhattan no less.! Very nice lobby, two entrances that were great. Would definitely stay again .

The room was very clean and modern - loved the bathroom with the tub area converted to a large shower. The only thing that would have made this a perfect stay was that there wasnt a clock in the room....good thing I have a cell phone with an alarm feature on it!

"Hotel Lola is a scam."
This hotel is overpriced and a sham. There is no wireless internet connection available unless you pay 20 dollars a day, which is ridiculous. The rooms are incredibly tiny and the bathrooms leave much to be desired. There are no curtains in the rooms and instead they have cheap blinds that do not go down all the way. "It's newly renovated and that means a lot in NYC"
The Bad (or not so good): Standard queen rooms they assign from hotels.com are going to be very small. Bathroom is tiny and no leg room to actually sit on the toilet. Weird configuration to be honest. They also charge you for WiFi and its $13 so that hurts a bit. The room was also dusty and not cleaned very well (e.g., duvet under sheets was dirty). The […] Good (and it's quite good): Great TV with lots of HD channels. The WiFi is fast. Shower is good. Rooms are quiet. Staff are friendly. Great location. Great price (if you score a good deal). Beautiful lobby (if you like that sort of thing). Rooms are renovated so they look fresh and modern. In room safe is large enough for PC. I loby was too dark and hotel seems to be tucked in a alley. It's renovated but the room is toooo small. The bed was very comfy! The ac/heater adjuster in the room was broken so we were freezing the whole time. The bathroom is very modern but no counter space at alllll! The location was very convinient.

I visit New York several times a year and have stayed at hotels on every level of the ladder, from the comfortable to the nightmarish. Lola may be the nicest, cleanest, most elegant place I've stayed in the city. The hotel itself is so elegant that just walking through the lobby makes one feel like they're on the A list. The staff are helpful and friendly, […] the elevators quick and efficient, the halls clean and quiet and the rooms as comfortable as they are beautiful...the shower was positively a work of art! My personal favorite touch was the "do not disturb" signs...one of which I simply couldn't help swiping as a souvenir! The first room we were put into was so tiny, you couldn't turn around without hitting something. When we entered the room, the door was not a regulation size door and my husband had to walk in side ways. Make sure when you go to the bathroom, you are not in the way of the door as you will get hit. It barely misses the opposite wall. NOT impressed. They spent all their money in the lobby. Rooms are standard NY tiny but mostly clean. Floor smells like smoke. I called downstairs to inquiry and the A/C, which didn't seem to be working. They sent up an "engineer." I'm guessing more so the bell hop. "Hotel Lola"
Great hotel in a great area! QUIET, QUIET, QUIET - no street noise in my room. The hotel was clean, comfortable and close to everything I was in the area for. Nice rooms and the staff was friendly!

Loved it...great location, quiet neighborhood. Liked the fact that after certain hours they ask you for key card in order to let you take elevator...therefore safety is a PLUS!!!
