Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 25 feb 2013La posizione è stupenda in quanto si trova direttamente di fronte a Central Park. La nostra camera era veramente spaziosa. Per la colazione è meglio premurarsi che sia già pagata o meno altrimenti viene addebitata sulla camera e poi bisogna spiegare che era già pagata. Attenzione al frigo bar, ogni tanto caricano sul conto consumazioni non fatte. Nel nostro caso, dopo una breve spiegazione, hanno provveduto immediatamente a cancellarla dal conto finale e senza fare troppe storie. Il personale è stato gentile a parte qualche cameriere un po scorbutico durante la colazione ma con il quale abbiamo subito chiarito, parlando noi un buon inglese.

I stayed at the Hilton Times Square for a 5-day shopping/spa/Broadway trip with my daughter. We were exhausted after several flight delays and our trip across the ocean. The staff was so friendly and welcoming that it shifted my mood as soon as we arrived. We were given a lovely allergy-free room that was extremely clean and modern. Everything was in […] working order the room was also very quiet. We used room service on three occasions and each time both the service and food was top notch. We also ate at hotel bar/restaurant and also had the same experience. The whole staff, from housekeeping to reception to the door men at the entrance, were all super friendly and courteous every day. As far as the location, it was perfect. We had tickets to two different shows and everything was in walking distance. You are also surrounded by restaurants and had pretty much everything you needed at your fingertips. It's not the perfect location for shopping (well depending what's on your shopping list), but it's so centrally located that the bigger shopping areas are just a few stops away by subway or a short taxi trip. I've stayed in several hotels both for business and personal travel all around the world and usually there is always something that maybe isn't quite right. However, I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel stay was perfect from A-Z. Congratulations to the hotel management and staff. Thanks for making our trip exceptional! I work at a clinic and get ALOT of patients who encounter bed bugs on their trips to NYC! I was so paranoid that the first thing I did after checking in was check the mattress, and with the help of my boyfriend, checked the bed frame. I am happy to say, this place is BED BUG FREE!!! "Good location"
Can't comment much on the amenities. I was only there for one night. The hotel was super quiet! I arrived early and they had no problem with an early check-in for me (1:00 as opposed to 3:00). The room was decent, and pretty roomy for NYC. I had a corner room, with an excellent view out two windows of the city. My stay was okay. I stayed in a newly renovated King room, but the hot water in the shower did not work. Therefore, I was unable to shower in the morning right away. After reporting the situation to the management, it took them about 2+ hours to isolate the problem and rectify it. The management NEVER did offer to move my guest and I to another room […] for this gross inconvenience, instead they stated that they would give us a voucher for breakfast for the inconvenience while the engineer was working on the problem. I thought that was nice, but I truly felt that as their guest they could have made "reasonable accomodations" for a problem that was theirs and not mine. "New York time square trip"

"Perfectly placed!!!!"
This is the 3rd time I have stopped in this hotel and love it everytime. It is perfectly placed for Times Square, safe and extremely clean. The bar is take a mortgage expensive and the bar men arent the friendliest I have ever met - but they do their jobs and they do them well. We were in a room next to the lifts this time - I was a little worried about […] noise at night - but thankfully we were so tired we passed out very well and the lifts werent used as much at night - the mornings when all business people went out were the worst times.
