Vecchio e puzzolente. La camera sembrava quella di un ricovero per anziani in disuso. Moqette sollevata da pavimento, gocce di vernice a terra, bagno da incubo con water raso d'acqua. camere e bagni un po' vecchi. rumoroso. personale della reception molto poco disponibile soprattutto di notte, praticamente inesistente. ci siamo lamentati per il frastuono dei nostri vicini di camera: dopo 4 chiamate in reception alle 2 di notte siamo dovuti scendere di persona per sentirci dire "I'm sorry".!!!!?? 15dollari al giorno + tasse per uso […] piscina/spiaggia obbligatorio esagerati !!!! Hotel un po vecchiotto ma ben tenuto. Camere abbastanza spaziose ma armadi piccoli. Aria condizionata un po' rumorosa. Prima colazione a pagamento ma di buon livello. non bello dal punto di vista di camere, sono vecchie e poco curate,ma bellissima posizione, e piscina calda e normale molto bella.Servizi abbastanza celeri, nessun parcheggio, comunque ideale per vacanza, il mare è meraviglioso tutto l'anno.Che dire se non rimanete in stanza e non parcheggiate è fantastico.

The lobby of the hotel looks great! If only our room was as nice. My husband and I booked a king and got two doubles (not very romantic). The carpet of the room was cut about an inch short all around. The paint was poorly done. The parking was 'self parking' in a lot about a block away. The restaurant was nice but food was mediocre. Great hotel back in the day when the Beatles used to stay there. However, has not changed much since than, due to my assumption poor hotel management. If you are trying to spend some time on Miami Beach, ignore this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent area, accessible by public transit, with lots of restaurants nearby, on the front beach, and the pool is very nice. The service was great. I would definitely recommend it if you want to have a good time, close to everything.

This hotel is not for a family the front desk was very rude , no manners at all, the rooms look like a cheap montel , there was one small can for waste , i wouldnt recommend this hotel, if you decide to take your family , there is no close by restaurants by and also prepared to deal with rude people .....................

My husband and I stayed at the Deauville Beach Resort to get away for a long weekend without the kids. It's location is away from the huslte and bustle of the "strip" which was totally fine with us. The hotel itself was nice and the front desk staff was pretty helpful. The lobby is beautiful so I was slightly upset when I got off of the elevator and […] saw the condition of the hallway to the rooms. The walls looked a bit dingy like they needed to be repainted and inside the room was just okay. The beds (we had a double) were alright and it looked like they were aiming for a modern feel with the leather headboard, however there was no storage space in the room. There was a closet with hangers, but how can I hang shorts, t-shirts and bathing suits. There was a definite need for drawer space, so we basically lived out of our suitcases. The pool and beach areas were nice, the staff out there was very helpful as well. We only ate lunch once at the hotel and it was pricy for just pizza, but right in line with what we paid outside of the hotel. Continua a leggere

Was very disappointed that the hotel description said this hotel was on south beach, it is at least a 10 minute taxi ride to south beach from this hotel. If you want to be where the action and excitement is, stay in south beach or even near ocean drive... There isn't much happening near this hotel which was a bit of a down side. I went to The Deauville Beach Resort on May 16-19 and it was overall worth it. The room was very spacious and clean. The decor was very modern. The staff was very friendly and professional. Some suggestions would be to have a body length mirror in the room or more mirrors besides the bathroom. Booked it 'cause my friend had booked it there already. More expensive than it showed online since there were resort fee. Though the beach is not that that, but at least it's beach, right? However, there are wired smell in the hall way.

My room was not especially clean, it was dingy. The shower head was orange, the shower leaked too. I put down towels to mop up the water. When maid service came they hung those same towels up on the rack as if I wouldn't notice they were soaking wet. They made they bed, but that was it. No trash taken out, nothing else. The lobby was somewhat elegant. […] The front desk staff was polite. The valets (who don't actually park who car for you, you have to do that yourself a block away) were very helpful. I had a comfortable stay at the Deauville Hotel. I was very hesitant to stay there after reading some of the reviews on this site. Its true that there was no valet parking ,but I had no trouble walking half a block to park my car. The hotel needs remodeling but it is in clean and in good condition. The beach is nice and the ocean front view impressive. […] I was able to capture the most spectacular sunrises I have ever. The gym is one of the most complete gyms I have ever seen in a hotel. It looks like world gym. Their personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. They had sun tanning boots, massage services, beauty parlor, zumba classes, spinning. Its not truth that there are no restaurants nearby. The pizza place and bar next door is open 24 hrs. as well as Walgreens. If you walk few blocks you can find a super market and a good variety of restaurants: Sushi, mediterranean, Argentinian steak house, deli, etc. I believe it is of good value since most of the Hotels in Miami beach cost twice as much. We had a fabulous time, sunday ther was live music by the pool, the beach is soo close, the room as a nice size and clean. the hotel is soo close to restaurants and walgreens. Also only a 15 minute cab to ocean drive.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. I would rate this hotel a 0 from a scale of 0-10. The rooms walls were dirty, The bathroom was unconventional, The shower head was broken, The refrigerator was broken, the air conditioning was so out dated that it kept us up all night from its loud noise. We would even hear our neighbors air condition. As well […] i did not appriciate there dangerous door , every time i would open or close my room door it would slam immidetatly , this is not acceptable and can really injur anyone. they never had ice in the ice machine. The staff were not friendly. I did not appreciate all the hidden fees. I wanted to leave as soon as possible. They really need to refurnish the whole hotel, and fix there interior. This hotel is trash... we booked here for a week in Miami and we checked out 3 Days early. The service was horrible, they didn't even have microwaves in the room, no complimentary breakfast or anything. The best part about the hotel was the view of the beach we had.
