Open seasonally, Hard Rock Hotel's expansive pool complex features 2 sandy lagoon pools, a water slide, 2 splash pools, a grotto bar, and 4 spa tubs. Scattered throughout the complex, luxury cabanas (surcharge) are outfitted with LCD TVs, refrigerators, phones, fresh fruit, and other goodies. Part of the pool area is closed to guests under 21 years old during the weekend.

Appena arrivati abbiamo chiesto un upgrade e siamo andati in una suite vista piscina bellissima! Preparatevi ad avere a disposizione, insieme a bibite e snack, cuffie per iPod e... Sex toys! E se quelli a disposizione non vi piacciono... C'è sempre il servizio in camera 24/7, con catalogo sul letto. ;) La stanza è davvero bella, luminosa, vasca e doccia […] grande e possibilità di ascoltare la musica dal proprio iPod. "Albergo molto confortevole"
L'albergo è molto confortevole e molto pulito. La posizione è abbastanza comoda rispetto alle principali attrazioni della città. Ho avuto problemi solamente al momento del checking-out perchè sul menu interattivo della tv il servizio risultava "al momento" non disponibile (ma in realtà non lo era mai stato) e nessuno rispondeva al telefono del Front […] Desk. Ho dovuto recarmi di persona al Front Desk per fare il checking-out, perdendo parecchio tempo dato che l'hotel è enorme e avevo la camera esattamente da lato opposto. "Molto bello ma rumoroso"
Camera molto bella ma hotel molto caotico, con molta gente che entra ed esce e discoteca all'aperto nelle piscine con musica molto alta. Appena entrati abbiamo trovato sui lavandini un asciugamano usato (bagnato e sporco). Chiamata la reception hanno mandato delle persone a ripulire interamente la camera in pochissimi minuti. "Favoloso!!!!"
Forse la più bella suite in cui sia stato!!! enorme, due stanze, un bagno faraonico, letti enormi e comodissimi, doppio TV da 40"... impianto per iPod, salotto con divano a sette posti... una reggia!!! il costo imbarazzante... ma si sa... a Las Vegas si paga in altro modo!!! :) veramente da consigliare anche perché leggermente fuori dal "casino" (o […] Casinò??) :-D Scherzi a parte, spostato di poche centinaia di metri dal Bellagio, Paris etc, è recente, non obsoleto come altre strutture (tipo il luxor) quindi assolutamente meraviglioso, nuovo, pulitissimo. Verso sera la piscina con la sabbia ti concede un'oretta di relax e di frescura (ad agosto fa caldo...), e l'interno dell'Hotel, con le mille teche di curiosità dedicate ai grandi della musica, è veramente da vedere!!! "An old casino that's showing it's age"
I booked my stay through hotels.com and as always it was simple and fast but then I showed up to the Hard Rock. Upon arriving the person at the front desk informed me that there were no non-smoking king rooms available even though I booked nearly a month in advance. Then shortly after he attempts to give me a lower tier room than my booking. I let him […] know I booked a non-smoking king with a pool view and again, none available. I ended up saying I would look at a 2 queen non-smoking with pool view and when I visited the room it barely had a view of said pool. Had to walk back down to the front desk and decided to work with someone else and ended up settling for a pool view king in with smoking. Fast forward to a day doing a bit of gambling and pool parties to that evening and wow are these beds uncomfortable. Combine that with seemingly old decor, poor lighting throughout the hotel and subpar service and that equals me never staying here again. The only good thing about this hotel is easier access to rehab (their sunday pool party) but even that is overrated and overshadowed by some of the newer hotel pool parties. "Can't get no satisfaction"
Room was not well cleaned. Minibar had not been restocked frim last oxcupant and in spite of a call to room service, was not stocked once during my 3 day stay. There were no towels in the room so had to call house keeping who delivered. The white comforter had makeup stains.... "Could Have Been Better"
Overall the HRH Towers are nice and full of amenities but the service was terrible. I was woken up at 1am by the staff to bring me more glasses that I didn't ask for. The staff knocked until they woke me up. Then I called downstairs later that morning to complain and was hung up on twice. After telling the front desk what happened he didn't apologize […] just said he would look in to it. To top it all off, I had breakfast at Mr Lucky and sat at the counter for 10-15 minutes before anyone even approached me to take my order. "Good Stay but hidden charges"
The only thing to disappoint me is the $26.00 "Resort" charge they billed me upon my arrival. This should have been factored into my cost or clearly spelled out when I was making a purchasing decision. I had no need of internet, pool service or work out facilities so this was simply a gauge in my mind. "NIce room - LOUD and not that great of casino"

"So much music history!!"
We loved it. The casino was small which meant you didn't have to walk for 15 minutes before arriving at your elevator bank! The pool area was amazing and we loved the opening french doors in the casino tower rooms. Also, the music history in the hotel and of the hotel was a treat. "Better than average"
We did not check in until almost one am and when we got there we were greeted by an actual happy person! We got the token upgrade which was really nice actually. "Great stay, as usual"
This was my second time staying at Hard Rock, and it has become my "go-to" choice of hotels in Las Vegas. Love the memorabilia, love the atmosphere. Had a fantastic meal at Culinary Dropout. Love the spa also! Great hotel.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Great stay!! IF you are 22 and looking to party."
However we are not. There is nothing wrong with that but it really isn't our style or taste. We stayed here for the convenience of the Def Leppard concert and while we did enjoy it, it was too far from the strip and other amenities. Strip shuttle stops at 5pm (BOO!) so it was either a late night cab ride or long 2 block (Vegas blocks!) walk. We did […] have an issue with some minor maintenance issues and the hotel maintenance person was very prompt and courteous - GREATLY appreciated!. "this was my 7th time at HRH, and my LAST.........."
Absolutely a JOKE, what this hotel has become. First of all, their pool has always been one of my big reasons to stay there, and it was closed for an event the entire 3 days I stayed there without notice to people who were considering booking, me. That pre-notice is something a customer deserves. Furthermore, a SINGLE POOLSIDE DRINK is OVER $15. ARE […] YOU KIDDING HRH, YOU 2 STAR HOTEL, TRULY. MORE, unfortunately, the staff is no longer first rate, as well as disconnected from their restaurants and sports book professionally, so any grievance, the hotel requires you settle it with the place you were "harmed". Also, they gave me a complimentary drink ticket, which I presented at checkout, since I left it in the room, and did have the required entree to get the comp, but the front desk was unwilling to do a bit of customer goodwill, and left the DRINK on the bill. Lastly, two get the front desk or operator meant waiting through 20 or more unanswered rings, on three different occasions in the 3 day stay. "Now I know why the room was so cheap"
They put us on the second floor with a pool view. At first I thought it was great because the view was beautiful, but then the music started. It went from 9-9, so even if I wanted to lay down and take a nap in the afternoon it was pretty impossible. Also on the second floor are all the administrative offices, which would have been fine, but two admins […] decided to have an argument in the hallway for over an hour when we were trying to sleep. Very frustrating. The beds are the best ones ever in a hotel, but you can tell maintenance is lacking. Small thinks broken or not working got to be annoying.
