Bell'hotel, ristrutturato di recente, moderno e con una doccia meravigliosa. Stanze pulite e personale disponibile. E' situato in una delle vie principali della città, quindi ad un passo dal World of Coca Cola, dall'Acquario e dai negozi e ristoranti. Il parcheggio è a pagamento, ma vale la pena stare tranquilli!

There is hotel basement parking, but it exceeds the hotel's capacity, so you are likely to have to park in a pay parking lot across the street. The 2011 renovation of the hotel was very good, and the rooms are pleasant.

Very friendly staff. Nice to have breakfast every morning and quality, choices were just right. Liked the room, which was quiet and comfortable.

The parking garage is around the corner and I am lucky that it had stopped rainning or i would have had to walk in the rain

For the overall stay it was good just no food and everything closes up to early, but we understand this is a business area we stayed in.

lA very nice place to stay. Walking distance to Aquariam. Had to pay for parking but was worth it. Loved the shower head.

Nice little hotel, breakfast staff very friendly.

The Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The rooms were small, the curtains would not close completely and light was shining into room, and parking was a block away. Other then a few minor inconveniences the overall stay was good.

Good for the price and clean but not aimed at a crowd looking for the finishing touches (concierge, room service, skim milk, etc.). The A/C smelled a bit musty.

I'd never been to Atlanta before. Found the Hotel online and booked it mainly on price. I arrived at 7a.m and the manager managed to get me into a room straightaway, and gave me breakfast. She was super helpful and gave me great directions and advice about getting around town. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice soap and sheets. Hotel […] is in a quiet area but close to several bars/clubs and a 3 minute walk to the Marta Civic Centre train stop. I bought a $9 all day pass and really saw a lot of the city. The HIGH gallery was the best and Atlantic Station was a good shopping stop. I would definitely stay there again. Friendly staff, Clean comfortable rooms and good location at a budget price. I had stayed at this hotel for 3 nights earlier in the week and then came back to stay just one night before we went to the airport. The 2nd stay I was actually quite disappointed. There wasn't any parking available so we had to park in a lot about a half block away. The lot was a parking garage that was dark and isolated so it didn't feel safe - but […] nothing bad happened. The hotel staff was helpful in letting us leave our luggage in the lobby while we parked and walked back from the garage. When we had stayed there earlier in the week, we were able to park in their garage under the hotel for $15 per night. They charged us the same amount to park in the gargage farther away, which I did not understand. Then when we got to our room, the air conditioner was not working. It was 80+ outside and the hotel is downtown (great location) but not convenient to open the windows. I had to call several times to get someone to come up and work on the air conditioner. The maintenance man finally fixed it at 11pm. Considering we got it fixed on a Sunday night this was great - but nonetheless frustrating when you want to stop sweating. Overall, though I would recommend this hotel to others because my first stay earlier in the week was great - no complaints. The location for us was fine, in walking distance to a lot of things we wanted to see and do. The staff was great and very friendly. There is a courtyard with a fountain and chairs that is wonderful to go out an eat breakfast, read a book, or just sit. Continua a leggere

Visited Atlanta for a convention, The location is very convenient, MARTA station only 2 blocks away. Close to several attractions and restaurants.Great room rates. I like going outside with the covered corridors just outside your room door. Breakfast is so nice, no waiting, good eats, Belgium waffles my favorite, great coffee. Very comfortable beds […] and pillows. Nice shower with upgrade fixtures, Rain shower head. The friendly staff is always available. Nice size refrigerator and flat screen. The service was GREAT at this hotel. All the personnel were very kind and helpful!

I stayed in room 225 and the room was fine with daily room cleaning. The door was ill fitting so could be draughty and the glass on the window was single pane but it was no worries as the temperature in Atlanta is generally ok. The room heater was efficient. Hotel staff were very friendly. We were suprised when we went up in the lift to our room as […] the walkways into individual rooms are open to the air/outside so it gives it a cold feeling when arriving in the night. The best rooms are on the ground floor off the breakfast room. The business room is useful for internet but there is also wifi by all accounts. I enjoyed the breakfast and attentive staff. Very convenient alternative to the Marquis and next door to Max Larger Restaurant which is a lively place. Continua a leggere

A friend and I were in town for a conference and wanted to find a hotel nearby. This hotel fit the bill. It was within walking distance and had reasonable parking prices. The parking lot was underground and you were able to leave and comeback without any hassles. The room itself was a little small, but not too bad. It smelled a bit and the carpet was […] not in the best of condition. We sprayed an air freshener which seemed to work. The curtains did not fully close, so you could see outside and others could see inside. We remedied that with safety pins. The room's refrigerator was a nice size and worked well. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection food. The fitness room was small, had only a few machines, but was well maintained. The room (aside from the carpet) was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here, because of the price and the location. It was walking distance to many things in the area. The neighborhood felt safe and was not too loud. The hotel was very nice. I liked it. The only two main issues I had was finding somewhere to eat. It seemed as though I had to drive forever and a day away to enjoy a meal. The only other issue is that it wasn't very convenient to get to my room from the parking garage. Had to go outside to get to the other area of the hotel for perhaps ice, the lobby, […] etc. It wouldn't have been an issue if it weren't so cold out. Good service, clean rooms, convenient location. Beware of $15/day parking fee. Probably below market when compared to other hotel parking rates in the area.

Pretty awesome hotel......small and cozy and relaxing. Comfortable bed and room. The only thing I didn't like was that it didn't have a microwave located in the room....you had to go down to the lobby to use the only microwave they have. Besides that me and my partner had the most romantic stay.

My stay at the Best Western was the most of pleasant. The only problem was the small parking garage which limited spaces available to other guests. Overall I enjoyed myself and will definitely consider visiting again.

This hotel is in a great location. There are many more expensive hotels in this area and they do have coffee shops but we were so pleased not only with the free breakfast but the wonderful staff. It is a perfect location for the Georgia Aquarium!

It was cold the time I was in Atlanta and we could feel a breeze from the door to the bathroom. I would stay again but maybe use a towel or something at the door.

My standards are kind of high, but we decided to take this trip last minute and I refuse to pay full price for anything. The location was great, a short walk to the GA aqum, Childrens Muse, & World of Coke. The inside of the lobby and rooms were recentely reno'ed & were very nice. Outside of the hotel was lacking - a bit like old they slapped some paint […] on a building that was falling apart. I failed to realize before I booked the room that the doors are accessed from the outside (i usually steer clear of this). It is a "courtyard' access,but it is open and anyone can walk into the courtyard from off the street. It was cold outside and our door didn't seal properly so there was a draft in our room, but nothing too bad. The "noise" level mentioned in other reviews it true... you can hear EVERYTHING going on outside - however we stayed thru the week and it didn't keep us up or anything. Free breakfast was good and a REAL PLUS! $15 a day parking was steep, but lower than other area hotels and i would reccomend paying it vs parking in the public lot accross the street - another hotel guest had a problem there and her car was booted (i didn't catch the whole story, but she wasn't very happy about it). Over all, I wouldn't stay there again, but there wasn't anything i would say was "wrong" with the place. Continua a leggere

The hotel appears somewhat old but inside the rooms have been renovated and are very nice, clean, and comfortable. Its location is ideal for being downtown with a good restaurant right across the street. Inside parking is a bonus.

The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Atlanta with a great view. There is a lovely courtyard complete with great landscaping, fountains, and tables. Just needed a bed for the night. It was a GREAT choice. Close to where I needed to be in downtown Atlanta, Room was small but very clean.

Nice hotel, cool courtyard, very convenient.

The hotel doesn't look like much on the outside, but I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff was excellent and my room was very clean. Fantastic showers!

Great place to stay in downtown area for the money. Good HOT breakfast! Would definitely recommend. The only con was paper thin walls.

My room was fine, the hotel is a bit dated. The stopper in the sink in my room 231 did not work but I worked around it.

Carpet had sticky stuff and blood on it..bed was nice and clean..very noisy.

Everything was great except there was a lot of noise throughout the night and early morning that kept waking us up. Had a lot of construction going on around the hotel. Very clean, decorated very well, and whole staff was very kind and helpful.
