Servizio impeccabile, anche il Concierge e' stato estremamente gentile e ci ha aiutato con grande professionalita'. ATM a disposizione, che accetta carte internazionali, spesso non facile in Giappone. Molti ristoranti e negozi all'interno, Stazione treni nello stesso edificio, grande comodita' per collegamenti con tutto il giappone.

L'albero si trova vicino alla stazione anche se la strada non é agevole in quanto bisogna attraversare un cavalcavia, ma tutti i giorni c'é una navetta a disposizione davanti al McDonald che fa da spola. Noi andavamo con il bus shuttle alla stazione e di lì ci muovevamo con i bus di cittá verso le varie mete di interesse. Albergo consigliato, se dovessi tornare a Kyoto soggiornerei qui.

La camera è molto grande, in pratica è un miniappartamento, con ingresso, bagno, stanza con due letti e altra piccola stanzina con tavolo basso e due mini poltroncine (alla giapponese). Il tutto corredato da ogni comfort. Alla reception sono molto accoglienti e disponibili e si sono fatti in quattro per esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti interessanti ristoranti e un mega supermercato con grande varietà di piatti pronti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci siamo stati in tutto 6 notti, magnificamente. I treni per Kyoto (30') od Osaka (10') sono continui e la distanza non l'abbiamo notata più di tanto (anche in città il traffico fa perdere tempo!). Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Gorgeous hotel, less than five minutes from Osaka (not Shin Osaka) station. The hotel has actually multiple access points from the station and its location make it an excellent spot to start exploring the city. The hotel's location can't be more convenient as it's right across the airport limo bus station and literally 2-3 minute walk to the Umeda train station where you can hop on to a train to nearby cities like Kyoto and Kobe. "Older rooms, great location"
The location of the hotel is close to Umeda Station. Easy to find. The rooms were older looking. Friendly cleaning staff. We requested a none smoking room. Our first room was on the 8th floor and it smelled like cig smoke. We slept a night and it was unpleasant. I called the front desk and the lady said it's a none smoking floor so it shouldn't smell […] like smoke. I explained to her that it does. Her suggestion was to have someone open the window for fresh air. We came back at night and it still smelled like smoke. I called front desk again to request a room change. It took some time to explain that the room smelled like cig smoke and that I know it's a none smoking room/floor. After 15 minutes we were able to get a new room on the 6th floor which was fine. "Great location"
The hotel is located across the street from the Umeda station which is the hub for trains and the subway in Osaka. This made it convenient to get around the Kansai area. Also the limousine bus to and from the airport stops right across the street from the hotel so you don't have to drag your luggage around the crowded streets of Osaka. "Great location, but hot temparture in the room"
The location is extremely convenience - 1st stop from the airport by airport bus, close to train station and shopping mall. Also, the staff are nice and friendly. "Good for Airport busses"
Stayed here for one night before flight, airport busses leave from below the hotel. Its in a busy part of town, not a lot to see around the hotel. The rooms are a little small but clean. It´s fine if you are just passing through. Fantastic location of hotel - central to Hankyu line, international limousine service to airport and close by to JR Osaka. Hankyu and Hanshin Department stores also close by. "Very Close to shopping area"
Value for money. Never expect to find such a classy hotel for the amount I paid. Very close to two train stations and shopping area. I've no difficulty in finding food. "Good stay at Hotel New Hankyu"
Stayed at Hotel New Hankyu in a single room for 2 nights. Caught the Airport Bus to the hotel arriving at 10am. Left bags there as I couldn't check in until 2pm. Good location as the hotel is surrounded by shops and malls so was easy to pass the time, however it is very easy to get lost in the underground maze as there are many different train/subway […] stations all connected and even though there are signs it is still hard to try to figure out where you are! The room had everything you need, free internet and a large bathroom. Shower pressure was good. My room had a view overlooking the main shopping centre so it was nice to see all the lights at night. 10min walk to Umeda Sky Building using the underpass, and can easily catch the subway to Shinsaibashi or Osaka Castle. "Terrible service - worst in Japan!"
I wouldnt have booked this hotel if not because all hotels im central Osaka were full. I have been to Japan over 20 times. This hotel provides the worst service in Japan. Front staff was extremely unhelpful and kind of rude - when I asked them why the room was so hot even when air con was on. The hotel told me they didn't have air con, only heater […] and asked me to open the window all night long. I found this excuse strange as the hotel was air-con everywhere, but I didn't argue with them - as I saw another 2 women with the same problem in their room and were told off by the front desk! The front staff also tried to sell me an adaptor which could have been bought at Yodobashi (exact same model) at half of the price (the electronic store is within 2 mins' walk from the hotel). Japanese people used to give me the impression of being very honest, very polite and well-mannered. My experience at this hotel definitely changed my impression. Right in the heart of Umeda and literally next door to the Hankyu Rail station and JR Osaka station. You can get anywhere by train or subway from here, even right across Japan. Staying in this hotel is wonderful ! As there is direct bus service from Kansai Airport straight to the hotel. "Pretty good hotel if you don't pay a lot"
I stay in Osaka often, but this is the first time staying at Hotel New Hankyu. Finding the lobby of the hotel while walking through Umeda station wasn't the easiest as the signs to be fairly vague about which direction to walk ("This sign is pointing to the escalator... do I go up?"). The hotel is listed as a 3 and 1/2 star hotel so you would figure […] that the bed might be slightly softer than the majority of beds in Japanese hotels, but you would be wrong. The bed was one of the hardest beds I have slept on in Japan. On the upside, the room was one of the bigger rooms I've stayed in while in Japan. You have more space than usual. We recently stayed in this hotel for 12 nights. Hotel location is excellent. No problem in finding hotel as airport coach stopped right in front of hotel entrance. Subway and JR station also next to hotel. Shopping malls and convenience stores all close to hotel. Hotel room a bit bigger than other same ranking Japanese hotels with free internet conncetions. "これ以上の便利さは。"
古い建物ではあるが、昔からの立地の良さは他のホテルには絶対真似は出来ない。あえて、文句を言うならば部屋のWifiの感度の悪さと、廊下の敷物の毛足が長過ぎて重いスーツケースを引くのが負担に思えるが、そのサービスもある。さすが、大阪の老舗のホテルでした。Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
