Appena tornata a casa dopo una bella vacanza tra Wisconsin ed Illinois e, dunque, un bel soggiorno presso questa struttura! La mia esperienza è stata davvero soddisfacente, pulizia, cortesia, organizzazione, insomma, io che sono spesso "on the road" sono rimasta piacevolmente sopresa da quest'hotel! camera grande, spaziosa, pulita, cambio giornaliero di asciugamani e risistemazione della stanza, colazione ricca e sala breakfast pulita, con l'addetta alla colazione, la signora Margareth, se non ricordo male, presente e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. A proposito di questi ultimi, persone tranquille, distinte, famiglie, e, nel mio caso, anche tanti jammers accorsi lì, come me per il PJ20...go and check! Io la consiglio a tutti e di sicuro tornerò presso una delle loro strutture per il mio prossimo viaggio negli States! Rock on!

"Americinn - Germantown: Great Breakfast"
Great location, excellent service and staff...the breakfast was top notch with hot and cold foods all well stocked. The pillows and mattresses were the worst I have seen in a long time.

Ha. No way. This room was nice. It had a hot tub, fireplace (fake), and 2 tv's. I was not expecting that. I wasn't in the room very long but I used the hot tub. I have nothing bad to say about the place. :)

"GOOD DEAL"
Got a smokin deal on a room, for the night in between our move, my 2 year old and my 6 year old loved the pool, little to chlorinated but it was all good.. staff was very freindly and helpful..rooms were your average room and were nothing special... which is ok, this is not a 5 star hotel... everything was satisfactory and staff was awesome...

"Great Hotel"
My daughter goes to college in the area. When we first found this hotel it was because of the price. Since the we have been back 3 times. We love this Hotel, every time we've been here its been wonderful. The pool, the hot tub, the room, the service & staff. We will be back.

"AmericInn NW Milwaukee"
The Motel was reasonably priced, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had a decent amount of choices. It is conveniently located for travelers in the NW Milwaukee area, although downtown could be accessed as well,.
"hotel close to work"
We stayed at hotel night before day off of work. Had a nice pool for our son and a free breakfast next morning at great price. Not the Ritz, but still a ncie hotel with nice staff. We'd stay there again! :)

"Family Pool Night"
We came for a family night and enjoyed the pool area very much. It was clean, warm, and well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable. We left a few items behind and the staff bagged and called right away - great service.

We had such a great time at this hotel! Let's start with the pool--Only 5 feet deep which was perfect for me and my children, the water was clean and WARM. Then theres the whirlpool--it fits up to ten people, it was so relaxing and I almost fell asleep in it! I was very impressed with this hotel. It was an excellent choice. The room was very clean and looked new. I would stay at this hotel again.

"Good hotel, limited services nearby"
The hotel was fine, clean, quiet and comfortable. I got in late (almost 9 pm on a Sunday night) and there were very limited food options nearby. Make sure you eat first if you are getting in late.
"Great hotel at a great price"
I've stayed here multiple times, and the service is always very friendly and prompt. The rooms are well maintained and the pool / hot tub are in a very nice setting - big rooms with high ceilings and a lot of windows, unlike many hotels this size.

Sunday morning there were 3 young children running & yelling down the hallway. When I went to the lobby to read the paper and have a cup of coffee, the same 3 children were jumping from the sofa to the love seat and onto the coffee table, totally unsupervised, in their pajamas, with bare feet. "Very Quiet"
This hotel was nice. The rooms were clean and neat. The best thing about my stay was it was extremely quiet which was nice. Didn't hear people in the hall or up above (I was on first floor). The hotel itself is kind of off by itself. Not really near anything which was o.k. for me. Overall my stay was pleasant.

"Used Condom under bed"
Stay wasn't bad until I walked between bed and window and stepped on a used condom. I was just happy my five year old's hadn't found it. When we let the front desk know all they said was Gross. IF you stay at this hotel make sure and check your room before you get comfortable. OR you might find a surprise

This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at. It was very clean and the staff very courteous. It had an excellent breakfast. The rooms are quiet. We heard no noise from the adjoining rooms even though there were some small, quite active children next to us.

"Worth the money"
We were pleasantly suprised with this hotel. I don't believe I have ever stayed at a hotel with a restroom (including a shower) in the pool area...great for someone who has small children! THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN. THE HOTEL WAS WORTH THE PRICE AND WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. I WILL DEFINETLY BE BACK HERE AGAIN. VERY CLOSE TO RESTAURANT, AND SHOPPING.
"Hotel was great"
No problems with the hotel once we were checked in. The hotel did not have our reservation made with hotels.com. We had to call and wait 10-15 min. for an operator to confirm our reservation. Lucky they still had a room. Guess I will call hotel directly next time and confirm directly.
"Needs alot of improvement"
My room key didn't work, and I had to have someone at the front desk. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the remote to the TV didn't work.

"Very Comfortable"
The inside of the hotel was very modern, clean, and welcoming. The room was well kept and the pool area was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.
