la notte trascorsa è stata positiva ma dopo aver chiesto di passarne altre 2 successive,mi è stato chiesto un prezzo 5 volte superiore .poca serietà aziendale.peccato perchè il prezzo pagato in offerta era ottimo ,ma quello proposto fuori mercato

Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. A 3 minuti a piedi da bus e metro, si raggiunge il centro in 15minuti di passeggiata. Da un lato l' hotel confina con un parco. Ottima colazione a buffet. SPA ben tunuta e pulita, piscina abbastanza grande x nuotare.

Ho apprezzato molto la mia camera singola con un arredamento essenziale e funzionale. Era pulitissima, così come il bagno. La sala colazioni è molto decorosa e viene offerto tutto quello che serve per iniziare bene la giornata. La posizione è comoda: la fermata St. Pauli è vicina e si raggiungono in breve tutti i luoghi più interessanti di Amburgo.

"Value for money"
Stayed there for few hours, hotel was clean. One funny thing there was a chair to sit while having a shower. ;)
"A very adequate hotel"
A good all-round impression and a very good deal for the price we paid. 10-min walk to the main railway station, but one has to know his way, as it may get be a bit tricky to find the first time - write down detailed directions. Best exit - Hauptbanhof South, and then past the museum. The best transport link is by bus to the Fischmarkt - a must-see […] on a Sunday morning, and a place you can't get to by S or U-Bahn. The bus journey takes about 20 minutes directly there. We found a good fish restraurant at Fischmarkt, 4, so took a bus there just for a meal and back to the hotel. Continua a leggere

Nice hotel. Not 4 stars, but 3½. Breakbast service was bad. Only one person to service 30 guests. must wait 15 minutes for a clean table. Overall good to the price.

Sorry - but in spite of clear demands of two non-smoking rooms, there were an annoing odour of sour cigarette smoke in both rooms.

Nice hotel located a short 10 minutes walk from citycenter with the main railwaystation and shopping streets. The hotel's immediate surroundings are a little sad, but that is clearly outweighed by the good location. Everything was super clean and neat. Room was conveniently furnished with 2 single beds that could easily be pushed together to form a […] "double bed". The hotel does not offer rooms with double beds. The hotel has its own parkingspace which costs 8 euro ekstra pr. 24 hours though. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Breakfast, which however was not included in the roomprice but cost 12.30 euros extra per. person consisted of a large and well-stocked buffet. The 12.50 euro was in our opinion well spent. Pros: The hotel is placed in a comfortable walking distance to the city center. Free internet in the lobby. Cons: Constant noice from streets due to location between two major roads. No queen beds, although sold as having. Cleaning of room could be better. Shower water handle really bad chosen as you all the time hit it with the body resulting change […] in water temperature. "Arcadia Hotel Belmondo - Nowhere Near 4 Star"
I was meeting two colleagues, one from Sweden and one from Denmark in Hamburg to secure a deal with a client from Argentina. While not expecting the most luxurious Hotel for the price we are all accustomed to the quality synonymous with a 4 star rating. We were all very disappointed with this hotel. In fact on arrival before even going inside we agreed […] that we had to find another hotel for our client to stay in before he arrived. Various websites mentioned that Wifi was available in the rooms. This is technically correct as there is a local provider who charges per hour if you can get a room close to the router on each floor. The speed is hopeless and connection intermittent. There is a free access computer in reception but is hopelessly slow and the connection interrupted. We had all booked a room with single occupancy as we were each travelling alone. Never before have I stayed in a 4 star hotel where single occupancy means a very small single bed in a room too small to accomodate anything larger. Having said that I must agree that the room was clean and everything functioned correctly. The Restaurant area was small but adequate and the breakfast was ok. Location is fairly close to the centre and perhaps 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. The area is not great. We found many drunk and homeless people loitering beneath bridges and alleyways that you need to navigate to walk into the centre or just to the train station. All in all I think if we had booked a 3 star hotel we would have accepted that it just about qualified, but for a 4 star, in my opinion not even close. Continua a leggere

The location is convenient. An easy 10 min walk to the from the train station..and the hotel directions were perfect. The day time walk is good and worry free. However the walk at night was very dark. The bed and bathroom were very clean and comfy. The building itself is not new. Reception were helpful and the buffet breakfast looked really great. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Vom Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Das Frühstück kostet einen kleinen Aufpreis und ist ok. Die Einzelzimmer sind mit Flachbildfernsehen, großer Ganzkörperspiegel, Bad mit schöner Dusche, Minibar (war […] allerdings leider nicht gefüllt) ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren gründlich sauber. "Fint hotel tæt på Hovebanegården"
Glimrende hotel, tæt på centrum - gå-afstand. Stort værelse med pænt badeværelse. Hotellet ligger i byen så selvfølgelig kommer der en bil forbi engang imellem, men ikke noget der generer. Fin morgenmadsbuffet.

Een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en plezierige medewerkers. Een hotel waar ik vaker gebruik van maak als ik in Hamburg ben. Schoon hotel met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een goede nachtrust.

Klar keine 4-Sterne wert. Alte und kalte Zimmerausstattung. Wohlfühlfaktor sehr gering. Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung, nette Bedienung.
gut: zentrale Lage nahe Bahnhof und Innenstadt, sauber nicht so gut: eher drei als vier Sterne, lautes Umfeld

"Alles i.O.! Top nur zum Übernachten."
Umgebung tiptop. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Gute 10 Minuten Laufen zum Hafen oder zum Jungfernstieg. Hotel in "Industriegebiet", aber alles okay. Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Perfekt für angenehmes, günstiges Übernachten!

Vi havde et fuldt tilfredsstillende ophold på jeres hotel i forbindelse med julemarkedet i Hamborg.

Hotellet levede ikke op til noget som helst! Lydt, beskidt, ufunktionsdygtigt, pauver beliggenhed, dårlig morgenmad med industriprodukter og megen trafikstøj. Slet og ret elendigt hotel.

Jeg har været på to- og trestjernede hoteller med værelser på samme niveau som Belmondo Arcadia. Det første værelse, som vi fik tildelt, var på rygeretagen, på trods af, at jeg havde bedt om ikke-ryger. En stor skuffelse.

For et besøg i Hamburg med god beliggenhed for at gå på indkøb sightseeing etc OK. Kunne godt ønske mig at morgenmand var inkluderet i prisen.

Hotellet er ganske fint, ok beliggenhed, men det er ikke et 4 stjernet hotel i mine øjne, max 3 stjernet. værelset var meget slidt og sengene dårlige. jeg forventer lidt mere, hvis det skal have 4 stjerner. morgenmaden var kedelig og billig, der var fint udvalg, men ikke meget kvallitet.

Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til centrum. Det tager kun ca. 10 minutter at gå fra hotellet og til hovedbanegården. Der er rent og pænt og mulighed for parkering på parkeringsplads lige bag ved hotellet. Det koster 8 Euro i døgnet. Ankommer man efter kl. 18.00 på hverdage kan man parkere gratis lige foran indgangen til hotellet, hvis der ellers er […] plads. Hotellet var OK, men förvänta dig ingen lyxtillvaro. Bar hotell till bra pris om man bara ska ha det som sovplats. 8 euro för parkering 1 dygn utanför hotellet. Men för att komma till Reeperbahn så gäller taxi.

"Gute Lage zum Erkunden"
I.O.. Die Betten/Matratzen sind zu einfach. Bett auf Rollen. Andererseits zentral gelegen. Nähe zur Innenstadt, Museen und Hauptbahnhof. Frühstück für den Preis in Ordnung. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in diesem Hotel stimmt.

Svært at se hvordan dette hotel kan opnå 4 stjerner, baseret på både den generelle standard samt de begrænsede faciliteter som det har. Positivt at personalet taler engelsk.

Godt hotel til prisen. Ligger tæt på centrum ca 10min. gang. Morgenmad var rigtigt lækkert. Der manglede ikke noget. Værelset var fint. Der er meget trafik på gaden, men vi var på ingen måden generet af støjen derfra, det er kun hvis man skal have vinduet åbent, man lægger mærke til støjen. Receptionen havde døgnåbnet og var vældig flinke. Helt sikkert […] et hotel man godt kan benytte igen. Continua a leggere

"Intet net & betalings tv!"
I beskrivelsens af hotellet på "hotels.com" står der at der er trådløs internetadgang på alle værelserne.... det var der IKKE på det værelse vi boede på!!! der står ligeledes at der var mulighed for at se betalingsfilm.... dette var heller IKKE tilfældet!!! Mildt sagt skuffende.
