Al ns. arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche/non cambiate. Fatta presente la questione alla reception, dopo un attimo abbiamo ricevuto una nuova stanza. Per scusarsi ci hanno offerto la colazione gratis. L'hotel è molto pulito, al di là dell'incidente iniziale. Posizione proprio a downtown, vicino allo stadio di baseball e a tutte le altre attrattive. Ottimo anche il business center aperto 24h, con computer e stampanti. Al ristorante si mangia bene e più economicamente che negli altri ristoranti del centro: tutti piuttosto cari.

Avevo qualche perplessità per l'estrema economicità della tariffa da riferirsi a 4 persone con inclusa la prima colazione. L'hotel è in ottime condizioni, ben curato, il personale estremamente gentile, la colazione ricca e abbondante. E' presente anche una piccola piscina e una lavanderia per gli ospiti. Bella anche la zona, nei dintorni di un elegante centro commerciale e del museo Henry Ford (che consiglio di visitare) raggiungibili a pochi minuti di auto.

E' un hotel confortevole con grandi stanze e letti comodi. E' vicino all'università Nord di Ann Arbor. Come servizio è molto spartano, ma funzionale, come tutti gli Hotel della catena.

We arrived at the hotel and found our reservations all in order. We were given an early wakeup call as we flew early the next morning also a delicous breakfast was available.

I recommend this hotel if needing airport parking. The day staff was much friendly then the older man on the night desk. If I had never stayed their before he would have certainly been enough to send me to an adjacent hotel.

Is a convenient, reasonably priced hotel near the Detroit airport. Is modest, but clean. Like the fact that the park and fly location is right behind the hotel. We had time for their continental breakfast prior to our shuttle picking us up. The shuttle was prompt both for taking us to the airport and picking us up at the end of our holiday. "Great place to stay near the airport"
Very convenient with reliable shuttle transportation to and from the airport. A variety of places to eat within walking distance. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.

Stuffy, old, uncomfortable rooms. Beds must have been 20 years old. You can do better for the price, and we will definitely spend more next time rather than stay here.

Awesome,clean and cheap. Even pilots use this hotel. It deservers a higher rating. It was also very quiet.

Hotel was close to the airport so the shuttle ride was short. The breakfast was adequate in quality and quantity. Hotel condition was outstanding.

Convenient if flying out of detroit metro airport if you have a early flight. The hotel staff is friendly. We have stayed at this hotel a few times. We will stay there again.

Needs updated but the price with parking for airport departures, it's fine. The room was clean.

We stayed in room 302,(Non Smoking) the smoking odor in the bathroom was sickening. The ceiling over the bed showed signs of past leakage. Stained with tape peeling off. We had a king bed with sheets you could see thru and the matress pad was for a double bed.

The hotel is the nicest of the average price hotels we've stayed at near the airport. We've used a number of airports in the area over the years and always stayed at the budget hotels and were always a bit frustrated because of the quality of hotel.
