"Falsa partenza, ma ottimo hotel"
Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 8 ago 2011Al ns. arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche/non cambiate. Fatta presente la questione alla reception, dopo un attimo abbiamo ricevuto una nuova stanza. Per scusarsi ci hanno offerto la colazione gratis. L'hotel è molto pulito, al di là dell'incidente iniziale. Posizione proprio a downtown, vicino allo stadio di baseball e a tutte le altre attrattive. Ottimo anche il business center aperto 24h, con computer e stampanti. Al ristorante si mangia bene e più economicamente che negli altri ristoranti del centro: tutti piuttosto cari.

L'hotel è in ottime condizioni, ben curato, il personale estremamente gentile, la colazione ricca e abbondante. E' presente anche una piccola piscina e una lavanderia per gli ospiti. Bella anche la zona, nei dintorni di un elegante centro commerciale e del museo Henry Ford (che consiglio di visitare) raggiungibili a pochi minuti di auto.

"Clean room, friendly staff. Great value."
Needed a room nearby since we were in the area to attend a party. Very convenient location, easy to find, close off the highway. Very comfortable bed, nice staff. So, I had a great stay here. Everyone who worked there was really great to me and my kid. It was my daughter's birthday and whenever she told a worker they would chat her up about it and be really nice to her. The hotel was very clean, the pool area was very nice as well. It was clean but not OVER chlorinated like some places. The only problem I had […] was with other guests, but the staff dealt with that in respectful way to both me and the guests causing the problem. "Great place to stay for business"
I came just for a one night stay for business. The front desk person was a wonderful friendly guy when I checked in. The woman who checked me out in the morning didn't quite reach her counterpart's level of friendliness and efficiency, but she wasn't bad either. Nice full breakfast and very clean, neat room. "Very quiet even though it is close to I-275"
My husband and I were in Livonia for a family Christmas party and were very satisfied with the Fairfield hotel. It was surprisingly quiet even though it is located very near to I-275. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. 24 hour coffee service was nice since being from Texas we are used to temps in the 80's. "Horrible Check In Experience"
The check in process was horrible and left us standing in the lobby for over an hour to straighten out. Very disappointing after a 4 hour drive. "Rewards and Recognition"
Well, the hotel facilities and location was excellent. I also stopped at the Fairfield in Ohio prior to staying in Livonia and saw that the quality of the chain of hotels extended beyond my final destination. In terms of the staff -They took their job seriously without taking themselves too seriously. That approach to their job, also made me feel secure […] that they would go out of their way to provide a quality stay for their guests, beyond just handing out keys and blankets. The coffee was hot, the gym was clean, the internet and print area was organized. The bagels could be softer but the waffle and orange juice was delicious. "overall, not bad"
Clean, decent room. Not a lot of "ambiance" as the location is basically in the middle of an office park. but is convenient and seems safe.. My only negative is that the facility seems short-staffed at the front desk, especially during busy times. Also, because I was there on a weekend, the facility had a lot of kids staying there, so the first floor […] noise level was fairly high, especially with the pool right off the lobby and next to the elevators. "Comfortable Hotel, Convenient Location, Very Good Breakfast Buffett"
This was a nice hotel in a convenient location. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. Everything in my room "worked" and I had no maintenance issues or complaints. The breakfast was VERY good for a free buffett including freshly scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and waffles. I would definitely stay here again. We only had one complaint -- the buffet breakfast hours are rather early.
