Everything was wonderful! The front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating! They checked us in early and helped us with directions around town!

I had a Friday and Saturday reservation but decided to drive straight through. I arrived around 5:30 am and inquired about a day rate for the day I showed up early, Check-in is usually at 3:00. I was giving an early check in and not charged for it. The room was clean and comfortable. "The holiday Inn express"
The Holiday Inn Express was a great experience. The staff were great and very willing to help. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and breakfast. The beds and the room was very comfortable. The only problem we had was impatient maids.

Comfortable bed, clean room and quiet. Also had a nice continental breakfast. Would definetely stay there again.

Our "non smoking" room was, obviously, HEAVILY smoked in. It reeked. Either the hotel lied or just switched the room from smoking to non smoking like that WEEK. Disgusting.

My only complaint is that the T.V. had a poor picture. Everything else was great!

"Great room for the money"
Room was comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast had lots of food choices and was a great way to start the day. I did not rent a car so I was pleased to have places within walking distance where I could purchase some last minute items I forgot to bring with me.

The facilities were nice, breakfast was good, but service at check in was poor. Nobody was at the counter and there was no bell to ring for service. Had a similar problem later that night when I went looking for towels for the pool.
