bello e caratteristico l'ingresso, inadeguate le camere, in particolare segnalo le dimensioni insufficienti in particolare del letto.

great position! (close to the Alamo). The room was small but comfortable even if the air conditioned was noisy. Good and funny Texas shaped waffles for breakfast.

Ottima posizione, essendo circa 10 minuti a piedi lontano da downtown. Camera piuttosto confortevole, pulizia accettabile, personale alquanto gentile e disponibile. La colazione fin troppo spartana, ma accettabile. Tutto sommato, consiglio a tutti di scegliere questo hotel per il prezzo davvero basso rispetto agli standards degli hotel americani (very expensive!) e la qualità dei servizi e della camera che si sono dimostrati essere più che buoni.

Excellent location, everything in easy walking distance. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms very spacious, decorated and furnished in style and comfortable, although I did have a little issue with the shower. I wouldn't hesitate going back or to recommending this hotel.

"very nice"
This is a great hotel for the money. The staff is super courteous, with superb customer service and hospitality. The breakfast is very good also. The parking is free, but somewhat limited if the hotel is full. I will definitely stay here again.
"posada ana - get in early!"
Even though we had a reserved room, we arrived late and found out our king size bed room was no longer available. The person at the desk did apoligize for that but the only king size bed room left was a smoking:( . Other than that everthing was pretty good.
"Best Western close to Medical Center; San Antonio"
Overall pleasant experience. Very friendly and accomodating staff, quiet hotel and rooms. My kids loved being able to play PS3 and surf the net from our room. Next time we travel to San Antonio, I plan on staying here again. Breakfast was good; hot eggs, saugage, as well as muffins, cereals etc.

The staff at this hotel are second to none. They make up for the minor short comings of the older hotel. The breakfast was also very good. Rooms are clean. Overall very nice for the price and again the staff make this a very special place.

Arrived late at night and the hotel is very secure. We were helped at 1 in the morning to get a better rate than the original rate, since we had not informed the hotel we would arrive after 12 the reservation was canceled. The room was clean and the bathroom had all the features for someone needing assistance (bars to hold on to in the tub and toilette). I would reccomend this hotel!!! Clean and and comfortable. Good neighborhood. Close to Six Flags and Seaworld.
"My Stay Was Okay. I Have No Real Complaints."
The hotel was nice and the room was nice, very cozy. I liked the flat screen tv's. The hotel itself was kind of small but other than that everything was okay. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. I would stay here again.
The hotel was in a good location. It was not a smoke free room and please mention that either to hotwire before purchase or at the front desk. The attendants were helpful.
