The hotel had a very friendly staff who went out of their way to asssist in helping out when I needed change, directions or even just playing cards for my friends and I. What a pleasant surprise we had upon our arrival. Everything was clean and the staff welcoming. We had a very nice 2 night stay and it was refreshing to see a hotel full of staff taking obvious pride in their work. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Great from startto finish.

We have stayed here previously with no problems. Convenient location for us near family. This stay, however, the thin walls were highlighted with an inconsiderate neighbor who kept their TV on 24/7. We could still hear background noise when turned to low volume (after hotel personnel intervened at 3am) and every word spoken when it was turned back up […] at precisely at 6am. We were routed by local flooding. The Hampton staff were very pleasant and accomodating. The room was very comfortable and met our needs so that we could get to work and get to school during the flood period.

Overall a very pleasant stay. The staff was courteous and helpful, the room and the hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

Rooms were a little outdated although the lobby was very nice. Breakfast was so so.

We spent the weekend here for our 28th Anniversary. The hotel was very nice, it is set in a business park with several other buildings. All of which were beautifully maintained. The grounds were also beautifully maintained. The breakfast was excellent when compared to many other hotels we have stayed in. The location was good for playing tourist in […] New Hope and Newtown area, but a bit difficult to find due local ordinances on signage. I would definately book here again! Continua a leggere

I and my family arrived around 7pm with a written confirmation of double beds. They only had rooms with one king bed available, and I was not the only family with this problem. Only stay here if travelling alone, then you will be more likely to actually have a bed.

We had a nice stay here for 3 nights. The staff was friendly, beds were ok, and the pillows were nice ones. The breakfast was a money saver for us too. It was a good price and I would definitely return on my next trip to the area.

The lobby was fantastic. It looked like a high priced hotel, beautiful. We left, got up to our room. It was on a "newer" wing. Elevator was horribly scuffed up, who cares really. Then, enter the room. Things look nice at first. Presentable, good temperature, then bam, a cork on the bathroom floor. There is no way you could miss it, if you walked in. […] Then you could see dirt and/or mold in the shower. YUK !!! I won't go back to that hotel. The breakfast really sucked. My trip was for business and the hotel made my life a lot less hectic. All went well and all was as expected.

This Hamton Inn is a good choice. It's got a random location off the highway and in a corporate park, but it's just minutes from everything. It is in an office park, which was unexpected based on the description. But it's convenient and clean with a nice pool, a decent gym and a good breakfast selection. Warning about ALL the children; as a corporate […] traveler it was a little unsettling to see kids in the PJs at morning breakfast. Kids in the hallways, the pool, and taking over the breakfast room. But maybe that's only during high season for Sesame Place. But for a weekend in Bucks County, you can't beat it. Continua a leggere

We were very pleased with the accomodations, very relaxing and enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay @ the Hampton Inn again, should we be in the area.

when i checked into the hotel the front desk agent didnr't greet me and just asked if i had a res. then for my credit card. he didn't say anything else, just handed me keys and my card back. i had to ask where the room was? it seemed strange, but i wrote it off as one bad apple. then, at midnight the fire alarms started going off. they went off for […] an hour. the front dsk clerk was yelling at guests who were asking what was going on and if it was safe? i get that it was frustrating and distressing for her,but seriously why can't a guest ask if it is safe to return to their room after the fire trucks have pulled away? I called another hotel and was in line to check out when the alarm stopped. the desk clerk was rude again and i really wanted to leave then but i have two small children and it was the middle of the noght. the next morning i talked briefly to the mgr who was running th front desk. i say briefly because she was also very rude. We had a great experience. The hotel was clean, the bed very comfortable. The hotel was 10 min from Sesame Place and very conveniently located off the highway. Everything went smoothly and comfortably.

I got back to my room about 4:00 and decided to take a nap. I awoke at 5:00by the sounds of my next room neighbors. The walls are very thin, but the accomodations must be great for a 5:00 rendezvous.
