L'accoglienza è sorprendente, oltre alla gentilezza dello staff ed alla bellezza della struttura, siamo stati sorpresi dall'ottimo happy our offerto dalle 17.00 alle 18.00 - quasi una cena - e dall'abbondante colazione a buffet. Un vero trattamento di mezza pensione. bella anche la piscina.

We offer those facilities as a great value for those who may not require more spacious facilities. We do have larger rooms available. The larger rooms include a king bed or two queen beds. Our location is ideal for so many reasons. Our Clayton address comes with world-class shopping and dining. We are neighbors to Washington University and Forest Park. We are convenient to the airport and we are only a short Metro-Link ride away from downtown St. Louis. The team will work hard to earn that 5th star when you visit us again.

We had a nice stay. We were upgraded to king suite which was very nice. The last time we stayed at this hotel we had a standard room that was adequate but pretty small. This is a pleasant hotel in downtown Clayton near restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean with all the expected amenities. I was sorry to read that your stay was less than satisfactory. There is certainly no excuse for our inability to properly clean your room. I feel that a clean room is at the very basic level of the services we provide to our guests. We have an excellent director of housekeeping which makes your experience even more frustrating to me. Additionally, he/she has been unable to provide me with a reasonable explanation as to why we failed to live up to our own high standards. Nickle and dimed on everything. Dirty baby diapers under our bed-so that's what the stink was! Staff tried to be kind but you could feel they were miserable. Do they not like their boss? My stay was fabulous from the second I picked up the phone and Christine was a delightful and extremely helpful friendly person. She remembered me and was helpful in a difficult situation. I traveled with a full family and a lot of needs including some handicaps. "Money not well spent"
Our stay at the hotel was ok, the last two days of our stay our bed sheets wasn't changed. The price for parking is a bit high and if you are a non smoking hotel you should let all bookers (Expedia etc.) know so that they don't advise the guess that they can have a smoking room when you don't offer them. "Okay experience. Add 14$ to the price of the room!"
I think it's ridiculous that you had to pay for parking. I understand that parking is at a premium in that area, but come on! Raise the price of the hotel room them. It's almost dishonest. We also did not have a clean room on Saturday until 6pm. We were gone from 9am until 6pm. They must have forgotten and just came to our room. Really? Sounds like […] poor management to me. Seriously disappointing. We also were awakened at 8am on Sunday to a false emergency alarm. My elderly mother was scared to death at the nose and was very concerned about her safety. "Great hotel for family"
Great service with an excellent family atmosphere. Front desk was very friendly and inviting and location is idea for visiting the Galleria Mall. "Not as ritzy as the Ritz, but not as pricey either"
We were in town for a marriage conference a few blocks away at the Ritz-Carlton. We stayed at the Sheraton, because I was able to find a room for about $30 less per night. For this discounted price, we got a king-size bed in a room on the 11th floor, which is for "Starwood Preferred Guests." I'm not sure how/if those rooms are any different, except […] that they are higher up, and therefore, would have better views. Our room did not have a mini-fridge, but one call to the front desk and about a 10-minute wait solved that--at no extra charge! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. There is a $9.95 charger per day per item for wi-fi use in your room, but it's free in the lobby. I saw two people with dogs, so I assume they are pet-friendly. The location is ideal in the Clayton City Center, with many excellent dining options in easy walking distance. VERY quiet area at night. Surroundings seemed very safe and clean. "best nights sleep ever"
I thought the layout of the hotel was a little strange (lobby is on the 3rd floor)but we had the best nights sleep ever. We woke up a couple of hours before our alarm went off but we were total fine with it because we woke up so refreshed. "Good location - Lots of hidden costs though"
I travel for my job and stay at least 140 nights a year in hotels and this so far has been my worst experience. It costs money to park, money to use the internet, and their is no free breakfast. For the price of the room they should include at least one of those. We got up to our room and there was no toilet paper or kleenexes. There were people hanging […] out in the hallway when we got up to our floor. We actually had to step over some people and their food boxes to get out of our room to go to dinner. Rather than park at the hotel, many guests take advantage of our complimentary airport transportation or the complimentary shuttle services we offer to those visiting locations within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. Others take advantage of our complimentary Link@Sheraton experienced with Microsoft computer and printing center located adjacent to our lobby lounge.
