TERRIBLE SEFVICE WAS MADE TO WAIT EXTENSIVELY FOR A ROOM.. IT WAS THE HARDEST BED I HAD EVER SEEN,, HAD TO STACK UP 6 PILLOWS TO SLEEP ON, THE TV WAS AT LEAST 10 OLD...THE TUB WAS PEELING,, THE BATH DOOR WAS HARD TO MANOVER AROUND THE BATHRM WAS SO SMALL....IT WAS SO OLD COULDN'T TELL IF IT WAS CLEAN OR JUST FALLING APART...STAFF COLD A RUDE... Basic HIE hotel in an exclusive neighborhood. Front desk is moderately or non-helpful, making faces for polite Spanish speaking requests as well. No rooms ready for check in at check in time for a Priority Club member in a non-busy season. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is good. No food or drink purchase after breakfast. This hotel is excellent value for money. The hotel itself is very attractive with all rooms looking onto a large enough pool area. Some the the rooms are quite a walk from reception so watch out for this when checking in. The only potential downside is that it is in a residental area somewhat removed from the hotel zone.Of course some people would be […] happy to be away from the hotel zone ! It is a 7-8 minute walk to the main road where buses costing 8 mexican dollars (v little) arrive literally every minute that can take you anywhere in the hotel zone. The neighbourhood around the hotel is quite nice, with a laundry / grocery story and take away pizza / italian food place right next to the hotel. Rooms lack a safe or a fridge, but could not expect this for the price. Breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended hotel, but if you do not want to walk to the bus, taxis are dear at 100 Mexican dollars to go anywhere.With kids you would need a hire car here most likely. Continua a leggere

Great value for the price, free breakfast, clean rooms, good location

Everything was great. Staff was helpful, room was nice, and I enjoyed the breakfast. About a 25 minute walk to all the action on the beach, but I enjoyed the walk and a quieter neighborhood.

excellent hotel, very clean, great buffet breakfast, outstanding quality for its price. Quiet and beautiful residential neighbourhood yet less than a 10 minute walk away from Kukulcan Blvd. where you can catch a bus down or up the Hotel Zone every minute or so

The hotel itself is located in a nice convenient area, reception and concierge people are very nice and educated, but they do not have the service advertised: wi fi high speed internet is not in the rooms, not a good place to lodging for business. Breakfast very limited. Very disappointing experience. Not reccomandable at all.

Our one night stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cancun came at the end of a one-week stay at a full-service resort. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, although the location was at least a 10 minute walk from the main road. Nice place, except the approach to it runs right beside the sewage treatment plant (but it's only smelly for 30 seconds as you drive by...). Rooms were very narrow and too crowded for a family of 4. Great breakfast included in rate, with yogurt, eggs, mexican hot dogs, cereals, juices, fruit, etc. that is probably worth US$8 each. Large, clean pool […] with 2 small water falls that you can duck under. Friendly front desk staff and only a 30 minute walk (yeah, past the treatment plant!!) to Caracol Beach (no surf). The Hotel was just in my taste; small, clean, cheap and friendly. It is situated in a peaceful area. Taxis are always present just outside the hotel. Although it is a 10-minutes walk to buses, the bus takes you in five minutes to the Conference Center and in 15 minutes to downtown Cancun. I was very pleased.

A very typical HIE with great amenities: good breakfast, free wifi, tremendous pool, etc. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel is located in a quieter area on a spur away from the main strip, but it's less than a 10 min walk up to the main road to get the very frequent buses that run all along the strip, or there's a taxi rank right outside the hotel that always seemed to have a few cabs. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable with new, unsoiled […] linen, the A/C was brisk and the buffet breakfast by the pool had a good selection, though it can get very busy! I didn't use the relatively spacious pool but it looked nice enough. The front-desk staff were helpful and can arrange things in and around Cancun if needed. This hotel isn't a honeymoon destination or the scene for some Spring Break madness, so if you're looking for beaches and nightlife on your doorstep, you'll probably want to be closer to the strip. But for us, the hotel's selling point was its consistent standard coupled with an excellent price, and we didn't mind the walk / easy cab ride to other areas. I'd recommend this hotel. This is a great place to stay the night on the way to your destination. We arrived late and stayed one night, it was very comfortable and a good price!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at his hotel. The bed was superb (wish I could have taken it home!), the service was excellent and the interior courtyard with pool were a very pleasant surprise. very clean and trustable hotel, great price. located next to downtown and hotel zone. Car is needed for sigtseeing. Free WIFI Internet access and Breakfast is big plus. People are very nice here. We once missed our plane during the stay and came back to the hotel without of the question. Pool is very clean and nice. We visit there at the end of Feb. […] Tempature is around lower 80s. Awesome breakfast included. Pool is not heated. Great value. Located in a quiet residential area.

Everything was nice and clean, except for the mold odor in the room. The housekeeping staff tried to control the odor using a strong room deodorant, but didn´t work. We didn´t have hot water in the shower and had to ask for another room to take a shower. The front desk person was not aware that such section of the hotel had a problem with their hot […] water pumping system. He offered us the room next door to shower, but didn´t know that the service shaft served both rooms. We had to take a shower in another section of the hotel.... quite far away from our room. This hotel deserves a 4 to 5 star rating. Its actual rating is lower than that because one person gave it a 1 due to his having experienced a theft. That could happen anywhere. For value, I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay there on my next visit to Cancun. I would rather spend my money on a fancy dinner than a room that has more […] than what I need. The problem someone mentioned with his key card occurred because the hotel frequently changes the codes for the key cards. They do that for security reasons. Simply inform the front desk when you leave for the day that you will be returning in the evening, and the code for your room will remain the same. The concierge was English-speaking and was eager to help us. I thought our room (in the back) was unusually quiet. I admit that I am very fussy about noise, so I was very impressed with this hotel. I never heard a sound after getting into bed, and I stayed there for a week. Many tourists who pay five times as much for their rooms on the busy boulevard will simply not have as quiet a night's stay as I had every night at the Holiday Inn Express. The included buffet breakfast was more than adequate, and had a lot of choices. This hotel is not a resort. and if that is what you are looking for, don't stay here. Instead, it is a clean, comfortable and quiet place to spend the night at an unbeatable price. If that is what you want, then stay here and you will not be disappointed. Continua a leggere

muy bueno el hotel cerca de la plaza comercial enfrente y muy segura la zona

El hotel esta mejor de lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos, fue muy agradable ver lo bien ubicado que esta, asi como sus alrededores, nos ha gustado mucho en general, su alberca es ideal asi como el desayuno muy completo en terminos generales, la pasamos muy agusto durante nuestra estancia, lo recomiendo..

Vi bodde her siste dagen i ferien vår . Man merket med det samme en mugg-lukt på rommet , ikke bra...Ellers var sengen god med både en myk og en hard pute ( genialt ! ) Fint bassengområde og frokost helt gjennomsnittlig . No tube ningun problema en este hotel, todo funciona muy bien. Es tranquilo y seguro, a 5 minutos del centro de la zona hotelera. La avenida kulukan esta a menos de 10 minutos caminando. Yo la camine como 2 veces y ningun problema. Por su relacion - Precios - Servicios aceptable. Buenas Instalaciones, Desayuno rico. Se requiere Taxy para salir de ahi. Lo recomiendo

Wir hatten uns das Hotel auf Grund seiner ruhigen Lage ausgesucht. Drumherum gab es leider keine Möglichkeit etwas einzukaufen oder ein Restaurant. Man konnte aber In wenigen Minuten die nächste Bushaltestelle zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel hatte einen großen Pool und bot ein gutes ausreichendes Frühstück an. Optei por este hotel pela tranquilidade da região onde está localizado. Perto do burburinho, mas longe o suficiente prá ser um lugar muito silencioso. Acesso bastante facilitado pelo transporte urbano (ônibus), que é muito bom. Prá que preferir, uma ótima pedida prá uma boa caminhada. es un hotel aceptable si se llega en auto mejor hay servicio de taxis un poco incomodo ya que es de dos planta y no tiene elevador y los botones no te ayudan con las maletas salvo ese inconveniente esta agradable su alberca y restaurante lo recomiendo para uso de negocios

Situé à moins de 3 km de la zone pour noctambule, c'est hotel est un bon compromis sur cancun si la plage n'est pas un imperatif.
