The hotel is nice and clean and close to everything. The only downside is the fact that they allow smoking in the hotel in certain rooms and on certain floors. The smoke however gets into everything and the whole hotel smells of cigarette smoke. It's not a strong overwhelming smell...but you can definitely tell its there. Nice hotel, clean room, nice location and excellent price.

Everything was good except we were told we would get a continental breakfast and they told us they do not serve it on weekends.

It was OK. A bit run down but clean. The TV was terrible. Forget flat screen. We're talking about bad reception - something I haven't dealt with in a long time.

I absolutely enjoy staying at The Extended Stay Deluxe Melbourne- Airport. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly and the price is great. It's also located near nice restaurants and shopping in a addition to night life in Downtown Melbourne. This is where you can find me when visiting Melbourne.

For the price it was definitely well worth it!!

It's not bad for the price but I had to pay an extra 4.99 for WiFi which I thought was included and when I get to the room the WiFi signal was low and slow. Then the TV didn't work because it's ancient, I had to play with the connections for about an hour to get the DVD player to work. staff is so nice

This hotel is great if you plan on being in town for a while. Love the full kitchen they have. Only drawback was the storm that passed through and the power went out for a few hours. They need a backup generator.

Good hotel for the money. Close to shopping and Airport. No breakfast on weekends which was when we stayed there. No one informed us of this until monday when we were about to check out and I noticed coffee and muffins by desk. Our room was what we expected for the price we paid. The bathroom had dirt in the corners and cobbs webs in the window. But […] these were minor problems that I'm sure will be corrected. Overall we were very satisfied. Continua a leggere

I found the Hotel very satisfactory and comfortable. It also contained a kitchen which saved going out for breakfast or lunch. If you are going there and are a non smoker request a room on level 1 or 2.

The hotel looks a little old on the outside and in the lobby. I was very impressed with the room; spacious and clean. More like a small studio apartment than a hotel room. Very quiet and no smoking odor. One queen and a pull-out sofa bed. Kitchen has some items for preparing a meal (cups, plates, etc.). Well worth the price.

Surprised by the overall excellent condition of the room and building. Very reasonable price - only caveat is that this is not a "full service" hotel. It is meant for extended stays, but was also great for an overnight.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the cost for pets per night is a bit high at half the cost of the room itself.

観光目的ではなく、Ｋｉｎｇ　Ｃｅｎｔｅｒ　Ｆｏｒ　Ｔｈｅ　Ｐｅｒｆｏｒｍｉｎｇ　ａｒｔｓ　で行われたロックコンサートを観るための滞在に利用しました。 空港からの移動手段がないため、レンタカーを使ってホテル、会場、食料確保等しました。ホテル周辺にぽつぽつとレストランや店がありましたが、徒歩で出歩いている人はほとんど見かけず、車がないと不便不安に感じました。 食事面に気を使っていましたが、キッチンが部屋にあり、簡単な調理道具、皿等一式ありましたので、長期滞在や 自炊派の方にはお勧めです。（食器洗いスポンジはありませんでしたが。）徒歩圏内にスーパー等がありませんのでレンタカーを借りられるのが現実的だと思います。ビーチとう観光スポットにも車なしでは、移動が不便だと思いました。
