Overall a good place to stay if flying back to the states early the next morning from Calgary. Very dated outlet infrastructure for laptops, cell phones, iPads etc. All but one outlet was so warn that devices would not stay plugged in for use.

This was just an overnight stop for us because we were on our way to the airport early the next morning. The room was very nice and quiet. The hallways were wide and bright. I mention this because that was not the case with all of our hotels. We did not eat here, so I cannot comment on that.

Clean, quiet, well decorated and comfortable. Staff was helpful. My only thought would be that they need to run their airport shuttle more often but you can sign up for the time you need. Also nice that there is a restaurant on the premises so that you don't have to go out after a day of travel. Staff there was especially nice.

I have stayed at other Hilton Garden inn's before and this hotel holds up the same hight standards. There is bus service nearby which gets you the subway for quick downtown access. I wasn't as much a fan of the bed, it was supposedly adjustable but still pretty uncomfortable; and there was a slight mix up with my morning breakfast order but overall […] I did like the hotel. We checked in to the Calgary Hilton Garden Inn and found a lovely king size room with large bathroom and cozy linens and duvet on a king sized bed. It was quiet and comfortable. The adjustable mattress in our room emitted an unpleasant odor, which the hotel manager attributed to "stale air" in the mattress itself. This was the only slight annoyance that we had, and the problem thankfully abated before we went to bed for the evening. We were taking a Caravan tour of the Canadian Rockies and this was our start point and decided to stay and extra day to see Calgary. The rooms are great, the staff very friendly and the front desk is very helpful in answering all of my questions. The only thing I thought was bad is the price of the room.

One of the nicest "chain" hotels that I have stayed in recently. 15 minutes to the airport by free shuttle that ran precisely on time for my departure. Very clean and bright. Personel were friendly and efficient. The neighborhood is as expected for an airport location with no convenient attractions, but very nice as an airport hotel.

We had a room with one king bed and chair (no pull out sofa). Full amenities including fridge and microwave, great if travelling with kids. room is very spacious unlike most hotel rooms. Bed is very comfortable. Included all-you-can breakfast is fantastic made-to-order, not the usual continental breakfast. Arrived at the hotel late, tired and cranky. Check in was quick. Had dinner in the hotel because we were too tired to go out and it was good. Again quick, no mucking around. Hotel was very quiet. Shuttle to airport 24 hrs which was great for our very early international flight.

Stayed for one night before flying out of Calgary. Hotel was extremely nice and provided accommodations for early flights out, such as 24 hour shuttle service to the airport and a continental breakfast set up in the lobby for those who have to leave before the dining room opens. I would definitely stay there again.

We attempted to check in after 3:00 (check in time posted online) and the room was not ready. We had to wait over an hour in the lobby for the room to be ready although we were told it would only be about 20 minutes. The air conditioning unit in the room was not working well and the room was warm as a result. We were told they were all booked up for […] the night, so switching rooms was not an option. The bed, "the Garden Sleep System", was horrible and saggy. The controls that were supposed to adjust firmness did not affect the bed at all. The location to the airport is good and the breakfast buffet was very good. Awesome hotel. Nice king-sized bed with the most comfortable pillows. Spacious room with nice furniture. However, the hotel is located in an industrial area near the airport. Not at all convenient to shoping or any attractions even though the listing said it is located nearby various attractions. I think nearby in this case means within the city of […] Calgary but not in any practical means. However, this hotel's rate was comparable to those of much lesser quality. The room was very large with a large bathroom with all the amenities. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and we had no trouble taking public transportation from downtown Calgary to the hotel. We dropped our luggage off and they stored it in a secure area for us until our room was ready. We returned our rental car to the airport and took public transportation […] to the Calgary Stampede. I booked this hotel a month in advance which I was told was late to book for the City's big Stampede event. There was no problem and everything went smoothly. The people were very friendly and helpful. Also appreciated the free shuttle to and from the Airport regardless of the hour. The room was spacious and bright...the bed was very comfortable...the […] room very clean. Only downside was that I could hear every conversation in the hallway...even if people spoke softly. Extremely noisy at all hours. Thin walls. Front desk crew did not even inquire as to satisfaction of stay. Overpriced for area. It appears my credit card was hit with additional unincurred charges. In industrial district. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

We were checked in by some incredibly friendly and helpful receptionists who gave us information on the free airport shuttle service provided by the hotel (which was a very well run service). We used it to and from the airport (at 3am), it was on time and as the hotel is about a 15 minute drive to the airport it's a very convenient stopover. It was […] easy to request the shuttle service from the airport by using a free reservations telephone in the arrivals hall. Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet based on the proximity to the airport. It does exactly what you would expect a airport hotel to do and we would happily stay here again. This is really an airport hotel only 5 minutes drive from Calgary airport, with a free shuttle bus ... City centre is about 15 minutes drive. Staff very helpful at the check in and with any information / service required (local resturants, weather, road conditions etc) and the staff at breakfast are very attentive. Hotel was in a good condition and […] the pool was great. Room was VERY comfey. realsised they had a 'tempapedic' materass... so sleeping with the girlfriend i didn't wake once! Lovelly night sleep ... Breakfast was all you can eat for $14 (ish) most tastes catered for... Not a lot locally to do or go to ... everything is a drive.
