"Falsa partenza, ma ottimo hotel"
Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 8 ago 2011Al ns. arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche/non cambiate. Fatta presente la questione alla reception, dopo un attimo abbiamo ricevuto una nuova stanza. Per scusarsi ci hanno offerto la colazione gratis. L'hotel è molto pulito, al di là dell'incidente iniziale. Posizione proprio a downtown, vicino allo stadio di baseball e a tutte le altre attrattive. Ottimo anche il business center aperto 24h, con computer e stampanti. Al ristorante si mangia bene e più economicamente che negli altri ristoranti del centro: tutti piuttosto cari.

L'hotel è in ottime condizioni, ben curato, il personale estremamente gentile, la colazione ricca e abbondante. E' presente anche una piccola piscina e una lavanderia per gli ospiti. Bella anche la zona, nei dintorni di un elegante centro commerciale e del museo Henry Ford (che consiglio di visitare) raggiungibili a pochi minuti di auto.

overall great ,the maid missed emptying the garbabe can minor oversight after i took it to office. Would be nice if they had outside 110 v electric outlets to charge up the boat batteries and not have to run cord across the sidewalk and thru the door to the inside of the room . The staff were all very nice and helpful, the location was convenient-close to freeway and some stores-certainly not a area for views/walking, but never felt unsafe. Also, while room was clean and towels etc fresh-do not expect any 'extra perks' in room-definitely a budget set up--but that is what I expected so was not disappointed in the least. "Very Good price for decent room"
I used this hotel during a winter storm when I worked late and had to be back early in the morning. Found the price to be very good for a clean decent room. My only complaint is it could be a little more sound proof. As I hardly slept because of hearing all the snow plows during the night. Good place to stay if you desire cheap. Room was clean and they Febreeze it daily. Right next to freeway so easy access. The room was perfect for what we paid. We only needed a place to sleep and shower and this spot suited us. Although we booked for 3 people, the room only had 2 towels. Our stay was fine except for the fact that we had to have either the heat or air on because it wouldn't stop when we put the dial on stop. So we were either too warm or chilly not to mention the sound of the unit going all night. I mentioned this to the clerk at the desk in the morning and she thanked me for letting her know. Overall good room for the money. Nothing fancy but I didnt pay for fancy either, and I was in the room for maybe 12 hours total. My only gripes were the matress was very hard, sheets were like sleeping on paper sheets. Also the shower head looked to be from the mid 90's and sprayed everywhere like it too. It was hard to find light switches because it was a handicapped room. Also no parking was available near the room due to the place being nearly full. (Or seemed that way.) I managed to park in front of the room, but got a ticket because it was a handicapped space. Not their fault, but I only realized that the pants pocket height switches in the room […] were due to it being for the physically challenged.Door lock did not operate properly either. It served it's purpose with no frills or special amenities. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet considering my upstairs room opened to the freeway. "Great Stay"
Relaxing after the drive. Great room. I have stayed here before but this time i got the King suite and for me was a nice little room. Had a safe in the room so i didn't have to leave my valuables in the car or out in the open which i was very happy about.
