Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per 4 notti ad aprile 2012. Amiamo viaggiare e quindi siamo abituati a vedere strutture alberghiere di ogni genere e tipo ma dobbiamo ammettere che questo resort è veramente unico trovandosi all'interno di un condominio di lusso che si affaccia sul quartiere di Bay side. L'esclusività dell'arredo e la ricercatezza del design vanno a pari merito con la cortesia del personale. Di facile gestione anche il parcheggio auto che richiede necessariamente il valet e quindi un supplemento di spesa. L'hotel trovandosi in un quartiere molto ricercato non ha purtroppo store di generi alimentari o caffetterie vicine. Tuttavia all'interno dell'albergo il caffè e le bevande calde venivano offerte gratuitamente. Va specificato in ultimo che la struttura, traffico permettendo, dista solo 10 minuti dall'aeroporto, una comodità che deve essere valutata. Ottima esperienza! Laura e Domenico

Camera spaziosa con angolo cottura attrezzato e tavolino pranzo.Spazio per far giocare i bimbi. Bagno un po' piccolo. Perfetto per chi viaggia con bambini. Disponibilità anche di lettino da campeggio.

"PLEASANT EXPERIENCE"
I PERIODICALLY MAKE TRIPS TO THE SOUTH MIAMI AREA FOR BUSINESS AND MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS. THIS WAS CONVENIENT FOR MY STAY AND GAVE ME A QUICK ESCAPE IN THE MORNING MINUS MOST OF THE COMMUTER TRAFFIC NORTHBOUND. THE VALET SERVICE WAS REASONABLE AND CONVENIENT BECAUSE THE CASINO TRAFFIC/PARKING WOULD HAVE MEANT A LONG TREK TO CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT. THE […] STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND SEEMED TO BE WELL MAINTAINED. I STAYED ON A NON SMOKING FLOOR WHICH HAD A PRIVATE ELEVATOR DOWN TO THE POOL/HOT TUB AREA. BECAUSE OF THE CASINO THERE IS A LOT OF SECURITY - ALWAYS A PLUS. THERE ARE SEVERAL RESURAUNTS ON SCENE - I HAD A WONDERFUL MEAL AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THE BONUS IS IF THERE'S NOTHING ON TV YOU CAN ALWAYS HIT THE CASINO. FOR THOSE NOT FAMILAR WITH THE MIAMI AREA THE LOCATION IS NOT GREAT FOR THOSE WHO WANT SOBE NIGHT LIFE. No early check-ins. The employees were very rude and did not speak much english. When we got to our room, the carpet was damp - like they just shampooed it. I was very unsatisfied with this hotel and do not recommend staying here.

I was very dissappointed i thsi HOtel. It was smoke filled and did not have an outdoor pool. I had a course to go to in Kendall, 17 miles away and I could not get a taxi to take me there without a hassle. Staff was nice. Do not stay here if you want to experience Miami and if you do rent a car!

Was a nice hotel and gambling was fun bonus although didn't pay well & no 21 tables (just slots & poker). Room was nice w/comfortable beds and service was good ok. Breakfast in AM was also good. Hotel a little out of the way for quick access to the port for cruise, but special pricing was much better than many hotels at the time.

"Airport convience"
We stayed here because it is close to the airport. We were satisfied with the hotel all in all. The only complaint/downfall is that it was very smokey as the night went on.
"Coolers"
The only thing I can complain about is the fact you can not bring a cooler to your room. If the room had a fridge i would not say anything. There is no way to keep anything cold to drink.

The food was not very good. Couldn't get a drink in the casino, never saw a waitress.

Perhaps they should change the name to the Phillip Morrison Memorial Resort. I've never seen more smokers in one place except as a child when I went to a boxing event back in the 60's. We had to bag our smoked clothing and seal it in order to drive back home. The only escape was the "non smoking room." I thought I was in one of the lowest slums of Cuba. "Less $ per nite comes with a price at Miccosukee"
While the price was right through Hotels.com, the facility itself was very disappointing. Would not recommend Miccosukee Resort & Gaming to anyone I called "FRIEND". Rooms advertised as being recently upgraded, but could not tell where: rooms were clean but bathroom really needs an upgrade, better bath/shower, new floor tiling, etc. Floors are unsupervised, […] realize you are at a casino, but while parents are gambling on the ground floor, kids are left to run through the hallways. Have stayed at other Florida casinos and this is rated the poorest (personal opinion). No consideration for those staying as guests vice gaming visitors (unless you pay the price for valet parking, don't expect to leave your vehicle anywhere never the building. "Casino Stay"
We went for the casino. It was really nice. Our room was great except the bathroom. There was lipstick spots on the floor in three different locations. And Small bottles of body wash or shampoo under the sink. Kind of pushed into the corner. They sure keep it cold in the hallways and rooms. Casino was nice temp.. "Ideal for a stop over to Everglades"
We stayed here for a night as we wanted to visit the Miami Dolphin Shopping Centre and then head to Shark Valley and other places in the Everglade national park. Location was ideal for this. The room was very good and comfortable, so no complaints. The only thing for anyone to consider is if you don't like gambling/casino/slot machines. The room was very clean, the food was really good. the only problem is the there is too much smoking on the floor, you will end up stinking very bad if you stay around the gambling floor.. Poor ventilation and really cold......

Nice hotel. Great buffet. Nice, clean rooms. The indoor heated pool was not warm but rather hot, about the temp. of the spa. the doors to the outdoor patio were left open to cool room. There was steam coming off the pool water. Way to hot to fully enjoy.

The surrounding area seems a bit remote but keep in mind you are out on an indian resort. Atmosphere is upbeat and inviting. Room was very clean and check in and out was a breeze!

The Hotels Location is very convenient for me and when I get bored I go downstairs to play the slot machines. I always park my car in the parking lot I don't like Valet parking and I always know that my car will be safe. "Good room for the money"
Hotel chosen mainly for the Gaming aspect. My husband and I play only slot machines. However, we were disappointed as most machines were altered to allow for higher minimums for each spin thus eliminating choice of outlay. This can be very expensive for guests from the caribbean. When we checked in we were assigned a room that was already occupied and […] this was a very embarrassing situation for us. "Needs Improvement"
I was truly not satisfied with my stay and my reasons are as follows: The comforter of the bed that I slept on had gum stuck on it and it stuck on my husband's body. The 2nd bed which was the one my son slept on also had gum on it. It seems that your housekeeper's did not check the room properly upon the checkout of your previous guest. Then my family […] and I went to the Deli and I requested cuban bread, the waitress said I would have to pay extra, I told her no problem, but I had never paid an extra fee before, then she went to the kitchen and I heard the chef who was cooking scream really loud "SHE HAS TO PAY EXTRA FOR CUBAN BREAD" This seemed very unproffesional to me from his behalf and his comment was truly not necessary. "Okay, if you want a place in the middle of nowhere."
This hotel was okay. The food offering was mediocre, and the location was not good, unless you were looking to drive the Tamiami trail. Next time, we'll book in Miami Beach. It's not that far, and you can drive to the Everglades.
"Poor Front Desk Service"
When asked to verify my information for accuracy. I mentioned that there was only 1 guest staying and not 2. Desk clerk said if it is going to upset your wife I will change it. VERY unprofessional to say the least. When asking for a 7:00 am wake up call it seemed to be a problem again with the front desk. Room was clean but service was terrible.

"Very Clean! Friendly Staff!"
We were pleased with our over night stay here. The the staff were friendly. Our room was a smoking room. It was clean and DID NOT have a detectable cigarette odor. Its location is somewhat isolated although it is on a main road. There were no 24 hr stores opened in the area aside from the convienient store across the street. This was my reason for the […] "4" rating for location and neighborhood. We ate at the buffet on the 2nd floor. The food fresh and tasty and at a very reasonable price! Like other casinos I have been to, people have their favorite machines, so you need to get there early. Over all we were very happy with the service, the cleanliness and the whole experience. We will be going back! Oh, by the way.... book it through Hotels.com.... their price was considerably less than booking it directly through the hotel. Thanks Hotels.com for the great deal!
