As usual the hotel staff were efficient, pleasant and helpful. The room was a generous size, spotless, the linen was of a high quality. The recreation facilities were excellent. The only down side was the cafe for breakfast on the ground floor. There was no heating and the morning was quite cold. The coffee was good, food OK but I had to clear my own […] table. Check in was very smooth. Arrived at Noon and room was not available but no problem we left our bags and went and had lunch and a bit of shopping. Returned at 2.30 to find our room available and bags delivered. Room was extremely clean and a lovely size. The king single beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was crisp and lovely. The position […] of The Grace is terrific as it was only a ten minute walk to Circular Quay or China Town and the shopping district was right at our door. The only fault I could find was the spa was quite cold, after a long day of walking the streets we were eager to ease our weary bones in a nice hot spa but it was quite chilly. Great for a weekend in the city, close to the rocks and darling habour. Room was spacious and clean. Trains and buses nearby

large, modern comfy room with awesome king bed. Highly recommended - as I am one fussy customer!

We had a beautiful room, the hotel is so central you can walk or a short cab ride to the sights. The hotel service was fast and the staff lovely. We will use again AAA

We really enjoyed our stay at The Grace. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and very comfortable and the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city with only a few blocks walk in either direction to Darling Harbour/China Town or The Rocks/Circular Quay. I would highly recommend The Grace. It is comfortable, clean and has amazing facilities. This includes a lap pool, gym, spa and sauna all located on the 11th floor. You are running on a tread mill looking out over the city. It is centrally located but very quiet. We were located on the 5th floor and although in the CBD we heard no traffic noise. A lovely hotel in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Rather old-fashioned but comfortable and spacious rooms in art deco style. The staff are exceptional - professional and helpful. The Grace is very conveniently situated being around an easy 8 minutes walk from Wynyard or Town Hall stations (airport line), about 15 minutes walk from Circular Quay ferry terminal […] and The Rocks. Sydney Opera House is about 20 minutes walk. I did not try the restaurant but enjoyed snacks in Bar 77. I would certainly stay at The Grace again and happily recommend it. housekeeping was not satisfy.didnot put fresh towels. food was clod didnot bring full order in once.

Over all it was good, we enjoyed Sauna, SPA and Pool. I will stay this hotel again if i have another oppotunity.

everything about the grace was first class and my husband and i had agreat 45 wedding anniverary and 65th birthday when we come back to sydney this where we will come to

very tidy and clean. Plush towels in the nice bathroom and a really nice king size bed for two. Nice located in the city and good service. Very nice hotel for the price

I used to live in Sydney, a few blocks away from where Grace Hotel is situated. I have even dined at the Grace Hotel restaurant a couple of times in the past; however, I had no idea what an amazing hotel it was. When I went back for my business trip, I wanted to stay near my "old stomping grounds" and close to work. This location was perfect, as it […] is located in the heart of the city, minutes away from Darling Harbour, George Street and some of the most convenient train stations and bus stations. The accommodations and the service far exceeded my expectations, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. The only less-than-excellent items to report is the gym/fitness facility which is quite skimpy in size and quality of equipment as well as the extremely expensive internet access... otherwise, thumbs up! Great hotel in a very good location! Walking to the rocks about 15 min! Construction going on now but we never heard anything so no problems!

We booked a deluxe room with king size bed for the both of us, and we booked it early. We were wowed by the size of the room, and the comfortability it gave us. Even if we felt that the extra space was a bit under used. More could have been put in the room for conveniences of the guests such as bowls and a sink, etc. It IS a deluxe room. But for the […] price, with such an early booking... The comforter/duvet was crisp linen style=noisy! But warm, and clean. A great service staff behind the desk, ready to assist you for sending out mail, guiding you to a great selection of restaurants in the vicinity, and helpful with clearing up any unneccessary charges. All i heard before booking with this hotel was that it was art deco, very nice, great value and in a great part of town. The hotel itself is in an awesome location, a simple 5-10 min walk to darling harbour which has endless choices for eating and drinking. Its walking distance to China town, the rocks, pretty much near everything. When we got there […] the room was a little dirty (hair in the bathroom) and the bed was very uncomfortable. We complained down stairs and to their credit they did offer us a free up grade which just looked exactly the same so we decided to stay put rather then move all of our stuff. The staff was not that helpful and our the wait staff in the breakfest area seemed to be mad at the world. Stay here only if you plan on being drunk every night and using this place just as a roof over your head. 部屋は広いが古い。場所は市内の真ん中なので 便利です。 フロントで最初に500ドルのデポジットを 取られました。滞在中何も無ければ返って きますが、慣れていないと驚く人も多いと 思います。 利便性は良い場所ですので、 観光には良いと思います。

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in zentraler Lage nahe Darling Harbour. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Einzig die laute Klimaanlage störte etwas.

Hotellet ligger perfekt, 5 min till Darling Harbour som har massa trevliga restauranger och 15 min till the Rocks, de gamla kvarteren i Sydney. Hotellet har charm och verkar vara renoverat ganska nyligen. Samtliga concierger var mycket hjalpsamma. Vi kommer garna tillbaka

Service impeccable, en plein centre de la ville, proche de tout. La chambre est très confortable et le spa très agréable. Nous y sommes allés pour le Nouvel An et parce que nous avons eu une grosse réduction. Cependant, je ne pense pas que j'aurai dépensé le prix réel si nous n'avions pas eu cette promo.

Très belle architecture, placé entre Darling harbour, en plein CBD (quartier des affaires), à 1 mn de la grosse artère George Street (pleins de boutiques), près du Queen Galery. Il faut juste savoir que vous êtes en plein quartier des affaires et que bcp de petits restos ferment le soir et le week end. Il vous faudra marcher à Chinatown, Darling Harbour, […] the rocks, Surry hills... A ne pas manquer: le quartier historique "the Rocks", ambiance géniale et vue imprenable sur l'opéra et le harbour bridge. ENJOY !!! Continua a leggere

治安の良くない所へ行くなら、しっかりしたホテルが安心でここは大丈夫です。

Ett toppenhotell när det gäller att utforska staden Sydney. Nära till de flesta sevärdheterna. Personalen är ytterst tillmötesgående. Prisvärt.
