Hotel carino, pulito ma un po' distante dal centro quindi e' necessaria la macchina. l' uscita dell'autostrada e' a due passi e se vuoi fare shopping o mangiare(qualsiasi cosa) a poche centinaia di metri c'e' SEARS(centro commerciale). Per chi viaggia con l'auto e' l' ideale .... La zona dove e' situato l'hotel e' molto tranquilla e non trafficata, inoltre l'hotel ha il suo parcheggio .. Per noi e' stato Ottimo

"Annoyance"
Nothing is more annoying than trying to get some sleep at night and be constantly awakened by the slamming of other room doors. This was a regular occurrence between the hours of 10:30 pm and 1 a.m. as other guests were arriving or were otherwise returning to their rooms on the 2nd floor. Stayed here because of a conference that was being held in the same hotel - awesome stay. Nice rooms, free wi-fi, beautiful pool with free aqua-fit on certain days ... loved our stay. The only complaint we had to do with Alloro, the in-hotel restaurant - we were a bit disappointed with the price-quality ratio. The service was amazing. My room was very clean and comfortable.
Main feature for this hotel per my selection decision was the extensive pool and workout facilities. These met my expectations, and I used them every morning during our 5 day stay.

The Burlington Hotel and Conference is a great place to stay. They are currently updating, which is good since a lot of the decor is pretty outdated. Our room was nice however, and looked like it had already been updated. My only GRIPE is associated with the large atrium that this hotel has, which includes the pool, hot tub, video games and pool tables. […] It's a great space but, unfortunately for us a large group of parents and kids with a youth hockey team pretty much took over this entire area during our one night stay. No pool or hot tub for us... If you are planning on staying at this hotel you may want to call ahead and make sure the same thing doesn't happen to you. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Had a bit of trouble finding our room, front desk could have given better directions to room since we weren't located in the tower. I would recommend this hotel for business travellers.

The in-room fridge made a whiring noise so I unplugged it. Unfortuantely, the ice in the freezer started to melt in the night and caused a loud drip. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay

If you need info, check with Catharine at the front desk. She was wonderful! Hotel is interesting in that our room had no exterior windows. We were on the second floor and overlooked the game room, pool, and restaurant. Fortunately, it was pretty quiet the two nights we were there. Rooms are a bit old and outdated. A face lift would be welcome for […] the price being asked. Hotel has easy access to the highway and is very close to the Royal Botanical Gardens. Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake are less than an hour's drive (during non-rush hour, of course). Free parking at this hotel. Free wi-fi, but very difficult to get in our interior-facing room. I used Boingo instead. You can't walk to downtown Burlington from this hotel, but there are some fantastic shops and restaurants down there. The Queen's Head Pub has fantastic food -- the sweet potato fries come with a lemon-lime creme fraiche for dipping, and the chicken & leek pie's pastry is WELL worth the wait. Continua a leggere

Great location to where we were visiting and the restaurant service was very fast. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great experience!! Microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator in room was excellent convenience. Room, towels and linen were clean. Wifi worked well.
