La colazione era poco varia e scarsa. Poco attenti alla pulizia dei tavoli nei cambi degli ospiti durante la colazione. La camera confortevole e pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola a giorni alterni.

L'hotel 17 è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a New York, con un eccellente rapporto qualità rapporto/prezzo. La posizione è tra i suoi pregi migliori, logisticamente comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi sia verso il nord che verso il sud di manhattan, e il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali per cene e colazioni. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, il bagno condiviso non lo abbiamo praticamente mai trovato occupato e sempre pulito.

L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

Bellissima permanenza, punto ideale per visitare la città collegatissimo e a due passi dalla 5th. Camera non enorme ma comfortevole, sempre pulita e molto curata nell'arredamento. Albergo ad altissimo livello, se avete qualche soldino da spendere andateci. Enjoy NYC

Progettata da Philippe Starck, la sorprendente hall del Paramount è di per sé un simbolo con i suoi alti soffitti e un imponente candelabro a forma di ciambella con cristalli.Un'imponente scalinata asimmetrica in argento porta al Mezzanine Restaurant.Il rinnovato Paramount Bar, con grandi spazi aperti, offre lampade in vetro di Murano, tavolini in velluto rosso e DJ che si esibiscono a rotazione.Per una scelta più tranquilla, è possibile bere un cocktail nell'elegante Library Bar.È possibile prendere un pasto da gourmet a portar via in una succursale del famoso Dean & DeLuca, all'esterno della hall.Desiderate un po' di relax?Il servizio in camera è disponibile dalle prime ore del mattino fino a tarda sera.
Il centro fitness dell'hotel dispone di attrezzature cardio e fisse all'avanguardia e di diversi televisori.Nell'area snack è possibile consumare gratuitamente acqua imbottigliata e mele.Uscite?Il personale della reception sarà in grado di fornirvi indicazioni su come raggiungere tutti i luoghi da visitare di New York.

Camera piccolissima, nonostante fosse una tripla. Non si riusciva a passare tra un letto e l'altro. Non c'era un posto per poggiare le valigie, le abbiamo dovute mettere a terra. Non c'era il frigo bar in camera nonostante sia un albergo 4 stelle. Il bagno veramente troppo piccolo. Non lo consiglio !

Hotel in posizione fantastica. Pulito, personale gentile e disponibile. Unico neo, la camera standard broadway venduta per 2 persone è minuscola, al massimo per una persona "piccola".

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana in una camera doppia "rinnovata" ed è stata un'esperienza da non ripetere per le dimensioni incredibilmente ridotte della stanza: a malapena poteva essere considerata una singola!La superficie della stanza, bagno incluso (con vasca) non superava i 9mq! Il letto era un tipico letto americano singolo (circa […] 110 cm di larghezza) in cui abbiamo dovuto dormire in due. Arredamento della stanza moderno, bagno decente. L'hotel in generale è collocato vicinissimo a Times Square in una posizione ideale, edificio esterno, Hall, gym e parti comuni ok, servizio e pulizia di qualità. Peccato per la camera... "Paramount Hotel a NYC"
L'unico vantaggio di questo hotel è la sua posizione strategica a un passo da Times Square. Calcolando l'efficienza e la velocità con cui ci si sposta con la metro di New York, questo vantaggio ovviamente viene meno, di conseguenza il rapporto qualità prezzo è pessimo. Le stanze sono minuscole, il bagno quasi inesistente con un termosifone attaccato […] di fronte al WC che vi obbligherà a stare in diagonale ogni volta che sarete in seduta. Il Wifi è gratuito al primo e secondo piano mentre prevede un costo aggiuntivo se lo si vuole in camera. Infine, se potessi tornare indietro sceglierei sicuramente un altro hotel, con stanze indubbiamente più grandi e magari in una zona più tranquilla ma comunque molto accessibile come Riverside Park. Buon hotel in posizione centralissima. Stanza non molto grande comunque comoda per 2 persone, in 3 si sta sullo stretto. Servizio di deposito bagaglio con mancia obbligatoria. Ascensori veloci, ma spesso affollati con tempi di attesa lunghi durante gli orari di punta.

ottima posizione, a 2 passi dalla fermata della metro e times square, dimensioni del bagno e della stanza un po piccole ma nello standard di NY. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per brevi soggiorni turistici.

La posizione di questo hotel è davvero il suo punto forte: era la mia terza volta a New York, avevo sempre scelto hotel in zona Times Square ma questo è proprio all'altezza della piazza, sulla 46a strada, tra Broadway e l'8th Avenue. Perfetto. Le camere sono davvero piccole, l'armadio quasi inesistente e la ventilazione molto rumorosa (come succede […] spesso negli USA), ma a parte questo, il prezzo è conveniente per un hotel di questa categoria, in questa zona di NY. La posizione è perfetta non si può chiedere di meglio a pochi metri da times square ma defilato quanto basta per permettere di dormire la notte senza essere disturbati dal caos di times square.Hotel di desing hall bellissima e personale molto gentile nessun problema! la camera era confortevole ed abbastanza grande per lo standard newyorkese il bagno […] idem completo di tutti gli accessori per la cura della persona. Io e la mia amica abbiamo soggiornato al Paramount subito dopo Capodanno. La camera assgnataci aveva il letto minuscolo, ma dopo averlo fatto presente alla direzione, ci e' stata subito cambiata con una stanza con due letti ad una piazza e mezzo. Le stanze il generale sono forse un po' piccole, ma e' un particolare decisamente irrilevante sul resto: […] l'albergo e' nuovo, moderno e molto pulito. Il personale e' gentile, professionale e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La posizione e' indiscutibilmente strategica: Times square e il cuore della vita di New york sono immediatamente dietro l'angolo e questo rende tutto piu' facile, e soprattutto sicuro. Hotel centralissimo (Times Square) ristrutturato da poco. Tutto ok, unica pecca le stanze piccolissime.
"Troppo piccola e troppo rumorosa"
La camera, seppur con due letti singoli, non permetteva a due persone di muoversi o aprire i propri bagagli contemporaneamente. Il bagno piccolissimo con vasca scrostata e doccia protetta da un naylon vecchio stile. E poi il rumore proveniente dall'esterno dovuto ai condizionatori era quasi insopportabile. "A good deal ( if you find discounts!)"
I stayed only one night in this hotel and the experience is good. I went here because i like this kind of hotels and of course i wanted to see the Philippe Stark's design and the hall ( it is hella amazing!) When i arrive i found some line to register.But i waited only 5 minutes and they give me the room! In the night there is a little bit of noise […] but you're in Times sq where there are 24h and 7 days per years peolple walking at every hours! I'd like to come here another time, if i found other discount like this time! A positive experience. PS: in our room there where no frigo bar, but i stayed only one night and for me it didn't matter! "Consistency. You can depend on it."
Finding a "GOOD THING" these days can get harder and harder. For this reason when you come across a 'good thing" it is priceless. One of the most recent "good things " that I have come across is the PARAMOUNT hotel in Times Square. The first thing that I leave the hotel impressed by is the professionalism and commitment that is demonstrated by the staff. […] Starting with the front desk where I was checked in by Catherine and continuing until the driver which I received at the hotel hands me my luggage at the airport. Catherine followed the details of my visit until the moment I checked out. The only dislike that I had which eventually i got over was the view of the alley where the boiler or some loud machine was placed. I know that from now on I will request a room that faces anywhere but there. If you are going to New York and plan on taking in Broadway there could not be a more perfect location. I love this hotel so much I find myself wanting to travel to NYC more. I cannot wait until my next visit to the PARAMOUNT which I hope will be in the next few weeks. Continua a leggere

"Close to all the sights"
This hotel is right on times square which is great for getting close access to most of Manhattan. However be prepared for very crowded streets around Times Square at all times of the day and night. Once you get a few blocks away it is not as busy. Otherwise great location and good hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Bed was made, but the trash had not been emptied, carpet not swept, no fresh soap. Room was exceptionally small. Called front desk to report room condition, and could not get through. Went downstairs and told them I tried to call. The answer was we have been busy - too busy to answer the telephone.
"Exceeded my expectations"
I loved the Paramount! Located literally 1 block off of Times Square, I was very close to tour buses and subways. Upon arrival, I felt very welcomed and check-in was super fast. I read so many reviews about small rooms, that I actually held my breath upon entering my "queen" room. Amazing! 2 huge windows made the room feel very open (blackout curtains […] were included and used when sleeping). The space is set up so efficiently, TV mounted on the wall, lighting above the bed and very modern. The air worked great and made the room very comfortable. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was a great use of space as well, shelves mounted on the walls, and a space for towels behind the mirror. I had plenty of hot water and great water pressure and a full length mirror behind the bathroom door. At night, I had a great view of the lights from Times Square, but the room was quiet. Elevators were fast, never had to wait. My trip was just as a tourist, so I was only in the room to sleep and shower, but the Paramount exceeded my expectations. Also, the photos from the hotel are very representative of the facility. Hotel staff was very friendly, hotel and room were very clean. Very modern and hip, overall great NY experience. "Not a 4 star hotel"
The suite with sleeper sofa reserved was "out of order" when we arrived at midnight after a full day of travel, so we were "upgraded" to the entertinment suite that only had one bed for the 4 people I reserved accomidations for. Our son & his wife shared a twin roll away because that was all the hotel could offer. The suite had stained carpet and very […] "tired" furnishings. We had to move our bags to the lobby early the next dayand where bothered by housekeeping to do so because they couldn't relocated us in the suite we had reserved until after 3:00... then moved again to the standard Queen room for our last night which was unbelievably small and spartan. Over three nights, we had to call in requests for sheets(none on the sleeper sofa), ice buckets, glasses, and a blanket..of course tipping each staff member that brought what should have been in the room to begin with.With all of the moving, I never did unpack. I would never recommend this property... there are plenty of others in this price range. Nice staff... not well managed...really awful bathrooms and not well kept. Continua a leggere

It is in a good location for plays and Times Square. But the service was terrible. It took two days and many complaints from me to have my telephone fixed. It took 6 hours to get hand towels. The air conditioning is very noisy, etc.

"very small room but location & price worth it!"
I had seen on previous reviews that the rooms were small but I was still surprised when I walked in the room and there was the bed one step away. The hotel did say at check in that it was the smallest size room with a full bed and that larger rooms with Queen beds were available for an additional fee. We were only there one night so definately not worth […] upgrading since we'd rather spend money outside the hotel seeing the city. We ordered the pricey room service for breakfast and plus another pricey fee for parking overnight and tax (yes, there's tax on parking) ! They did let us keep our car parked there for a full 24 hours which made it a bit better. Needless to say we ended up spending a lot more than anticipated but it is NYC and the hotel's location is awesome! You can walk to the center of Times SQ. in less than a minute and it's in walking distance to so many great restaurants and bus tours. For the price and location, it's worth dealing with the tiny rooms if you'll be out of the room most the time anyway! Continua a leggere

"Great Location but Mediocre Accommodations"
Our family went to NYC to see a show and booked this hotel because the location was great-within walking distance of the theatre, great restaurants, and sight-seeing venues. However, other than the location, I would not recommend this hotel. We were told it was recently renovated, but that was not apparent to us. The room smelled musty and was extremely […] small. Overall, it didn't seem clean. Even the elevators were dilapidated--one that we rode in had an entire panel missing and splintered wood exposed. Worst of all, it was not price-friendly either. "Fantastic locations but need detail attention"
Great location in the middle of times square NY. Front desk were perky and helpful. Rooms were smaller than expected but this is new York. The thing that I find most irritating is that I found a woman's hair on the bathtub which is a bit of an eyesore. Our room was situated opposite the lift hence its a bit noisy come 5am. I felt a little cheated because […] I need to pay $2 per luggage item for storage post checking out. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay. Due to high occupancy, the lobby can be overcrowded as everyone is using the complimentary wifi. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel given its location and reasonable rates.
