Grand Ambassador Seoul associated with Pullman Seoul

It is a comfortable hotel with excellent service; however, location is not close to bus, or metro. The furniture is little out dated. Price is high for what you get.

The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. It provides free shuttle bus service to Myeyong shopping area every an hour.

Overall, we are happy to stay at this hotel. Hotel allowed us early check in after a long flight from australia. Location is okay, as they provide shuttle bus to Myeongdong and Dongdaemun for guests. Subway is around 5 mins walk, and can get you anywhere around seoul. Hotel staffs are polite and friendly.

Good location, very good service and the price is ok. Will certainly stay in this hotel next time.

Although it may not a top 5 stars hotel, but i can tell the service is almost one of the best. Staff was very helpful, shuttle bus travel to landmark hourly, bellman didn't take tips and also they are very efficiency as they'd deliver anything to your room within 10min after you called to the operator. All in all very nice

Upon arrival at Grand Ambassador Seoul half-drenched and shivering cold, the pleasant and soothing ambience of the hotel took away the ordeal I had on the way for the accommodation. I was pleased at the fast service from the pretty and calm lady at the reception who was all smiles. The toilet at the lobby is very splendidly clean and spacious as though […] newly renovated. I also like the room design which is ideally spacious for a 2 persons and no mirror facing the beds. Free shuttle service to Myeongdong is also provided at the hotel. If you need to travel around Seoul, the City Tour Bus also stops at the entrance of the hotel which is very convenient. On the whole, I'm elated with my short accommodation in Grand Ambassador Seoul. Overall this hotel is quite good. Even tough it's not in the heart of the city but it has shuttle bus going to Myeongdong. But one thing that makes me and my sister very disappointed was one of the receptionist lady. She is very rude to us when we are asking for a request. About what I expected. I picked this hotel because it had a swimming pool and hot tub. They were both great. The hotel is located on a hill and has really nice views. It would be nice if internet was included in the hotel fee.

The hotel was nice but the location was average. It was not noisy but only a few convenient stores and a few local restaurants nearby. The hotel does have a shuttle that takes you around with sporatic departures daily. The good thing was there's a KAL airport shuttle that stops directly at the hotel.

i made a booking from July 25-28, 2011. Then I extended my stay as my children loved the stay longer. There are many things to write about this hotel. There are some other things, I quite dislike about the hotel which are...the bed sheets, duvet and all the linen are quite old, but somehow, it smelled nice and cleaned. The bathtub is quite old. The wifi in the room is a bit expensive. nowadays, even the cheap hotel or, B & B or everywhere else they have the wifi service for free of charge. this is the new world. The room is big and very clean. The decor is great and everything looks new. The service is excellent. But it seems like majority of the rooms are with a king or queen size bed. Definitely a good recommendation to others going to Seoul for holidays.

Wtih their welling service mind, and hospitality is very impressed us. for 4 nights, actually we have to check in-after 2 PM, but our flight arrived there in the morning with 2 childs and very tired of travel. fortunately they have room available so can offered us to check in before 2 PM .

We moved to this hotel after a TERRIBLE experience at the Hamilton Hotel (more to come on that one) Its rather ok, rooms are normal but a few things bugged me: 1) pricey 2) Location not great for sightseeing or shopping 3) lobby coffee shop was SUPER pricey 4) normal hotel for a rather high price On the Upside the view of Seoul Tower is nice!

The breakfast buffet was overpriced related to food and variety. The staff was not very friendly for a five star hotel

Lovely and spacious room. There is even a Nespresso machine in the room so we could enjoy freshly brewed coffee. Room is also very soundproof as we were not disturbed by any noise at all. The hotel was really high end and the room had many features deluxe including American type plugs for power. The room service was quick and the room was very clean. My only complaint was that the king sized bed was really two twin beds pushed together so it was a little uncomfortable in the middle. I would stay there again and would recommend it. For last 5 years of my trip to Seoul, Grand Ambassador has been my favorite when my schedule required me to stay in Kang Buk area. I like the service, location, and value GA offers.

Great value for money, good size comfortable, clean room with nice bathroom facilities and the staff are lovely. I frequently stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Seoul on business or pleasure.

Very convenient location - 5 minute walk to subway. Within walking distance to Dongdaemun shopping area. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to Myeongdong.

As of mid-2010, this hotel is decent value for the money. It could use a makeover, and when I was there, there was construction on the "Executive" floors, so maybe they're starting from the top down. On the down side: they charge for Internet, which to me is a no-no in this day and age. This is a very nice hotel to stay in Seoul However cost of food and beverage is extremely expensive and not justified. I bought a Cappuccino 14,000 w which is A$ more then $14 I could get 4.5 cappuccinos in the best hotel in Sydney. my wife ordered a Tea=14.000 W ,she love's her tea strong so she asked for anther bag of tea to be put in the pot +4000w […] so a cup of tea cost A$18 ! While it isn't the most luxurious place to stay in the city, it is a great option. The hotel itself is without flaw--comfortable and updated rooms, courteous and helpful staff, and well-priced. More importantly, it is very convenient located for tourists and likely many business travelers. You won't regret staying here.

The highlight was a gracious, helpful staff; the room price was fair; we appreciated the quiet room that we requested; the included breakfast options good, but tv in the concierge lounge was unpleasant. Decent health club, but crowded with outsiders.

The hotel took extraordinary steps to accommodate us when my spouse got sick and had to be hospitalized. Their courtesy and service was outstanding. Location is excellent. We're glad we didn't book a downtown hotel. There are at least 3 convenience stores nearby, the Dongguk University subway station is 2 minutes away, and down the street from the […] university is a strip with many restaurants frequented by students/lunch crowd. 앰베서더 호텔은 오래 전부터 들어왔던 호텔이다. 서울에 별다른 랜드마크가 없었을 때에도 이 호텔은 서울의 명소로 자리잡고 있었다. 이번 서울 여행에서 마침 적당한 가격이 제시되어 망설임없이 등록하였다. 비록 공항에서 호텔까지 오는 길은 조금 멀었지만, 남산을 돌아오는 코스는 내가 전에 타고 다니던 KAL 리무진의 코스를 간직하여, 나의 청년기와 힘들었던 시기의 기억들을 떠올리게 하였다. 호텔의 영접은 편안했고 다정했다. 방에서는 인터넷 사용이 유료였지만, 로비에서는 무료로 자유롭게 사용할 수 있어서 좋았다. 방은 매우 청결했고 이불 껍질은 매우 바꾸는 것 같았다. 저녁 때 호텔에 돌아와 침대에 누울 때 그 느낌이 상쾌하고 […] 좋았다. 또 두 개까지 무료로 제공되는 네스프레소 커피는 낮의 일정을 마친 내게 안식과 평화를 제공하는 좋은 친구가 되었다. 특히 비오던 날 우산을 빌릴 때에도 다정했던 도어맨의 얼굴을 잊을 수 없다. 이번 여행은 내게 매우 짧고 또 힘든 일정이었지만, 앰베서더에서의 휴식과 편안함은 오래 기억에 남을 것이다. 今回3度目ですが、前回より親切になった気がしました。 残念なのが、バスの表面が一部めくれていて入浴する気がしませんでした。

大変綺麗でよかったです。 日本語の対応もできてます。 乾燥してるからできれば除湿機あればいいけどまぁ仕方ないです。

가본 호텔 중 젤 만족도가 높네요. 업그레이드도 해주시고. 정말 대만족입니다.

アップグレードで、エグゼクティブルームに宿泊できました。　ロクシタンの石鹸がおいてあるなど、ちょっとしたところの心配りが、うれしいです。　現在韓国のＴＶドラマが舞台となっているようで、韓国の人たちにも有名なホテルでした。　明洞にも近い距離ですが、ソウル市内は渋滞も多く、タクシーは南山トンネル経由で、時間がかかりました。

雖然是舊飯店了 但整體感覺不錯 以市區來說房間不小 簡單整潔舒適 各單位的服務人員都很親切 飯店提供到明洞及東大門的免費來回專車 對累了一天大包小包的旅客來說非常便利 可多加利用 離地鐵三號橘線（東國大學站）約五分鐘路程 途中有多家便利商店 由於在大學區 附近環境清幽 治安很好

最終便の飛行機で、午後１１時頃、ホテルに到着した。 葉巻のような臭い（アロマ？）が、泊った階では、気になった。臭いについては、各々、好みがあるので、これはもう少し考えていただきたいと思った。臭いが強すぎ・・・ 3名の予約だったので、エキストラベットがあるものだと思っていた。追加料金を払うので、エキストラベットをお願いしたが、ベットのあきがないと言われた。 ドライアーがこわれていた。電話して届くまで、１５分もかかった。結局、疲れて到着したのに、さらに諸々、上記のような問題が生じ、やすまらなかった。 一流ホテルと思っていたが、がっかりした。

　地下鉄東大入口駅にほど近い立地は便利。周囲に店が少ない。送迎バスあり。 　エグゼクティブフロアに宿泊すると、フィットネスとラウンジが使えるのは他の高級ホテルと同じ。レセプションの女性はお店の場所を探してくれたり親切でした。エグゼプティブ朝食ブッフェは充実しているが、パンの味とおかずがいまひとつ。食べ終わってないのにどんどんお皿をさげようとするのは、韓国の習慣？フィットネスは、きれいでプールはすいている。ゴルフの打ちっぱなしが朝６時からできる。クラブとシューズは借りられボールだけ買う。スパは何故かバスタオルがなく、風呂用とフェースタオルのみ。シャンプーだけでコンディショナーは置いてない。あかすりは日曜日お休み。ガイドブックに書いてあるとおり、110Ｖの変圧器は借りられたが、携帯の充電はＯＫで […] も、くるくるドライヤーは壊れてしまったので、やはり海外旅行用を持って行くのをおすすめします。部屋でネスプレッソ２杯までと水２本が毎日サービスで助かりました。 　 Continua a leggere

スタッフはとても親切で、すばらしい笑顔をくれました。一人でしたので､とてもありがたかったです。部屋は毎日手抜き無く、綺麗にしてくれました。 一回も不快な思いをしませんでした。 但し、目的が勉強で、宿題をするには部屋の明かりが少し暗くて…………..それだけが残念でした。
