Piccolo Hotel a tre stelle a due passi dal centro storico di Vinci, molto pulito, con personale simpatico e sempre disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ideale per chi vuole godersi un piacevole soggiorno nella campagna toscana. Vicino a luoghi d'interesse storico, culturale e paesaggistico (a 30 km da Firenze, e a due passi da molti borghi medievali). Le camere sono dotate di ogni confort con graziosi balconcini che si affacciano sulle collinette e sui vigneti retrostanti. La proprietaria, gentilissima, si è rivelata molto utile nel consigliarci i luoghi da visitare e da scoprire, offrendoci veri e propri itinerari e suggerendo ristoranti abbordabili e pietanze davvero imperdibili!! Il giudizio finale, quindi, non puo' che essere molto positivo.

se non avete molte pretese e desiderate essere a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, questo è l'hotel che fa per voi.

Un Hotel che di 3 stelle ha solo la posizione rispetto a Firenze. Il personale (in particolare un signore bassino e grassoccio con capello brizzolato) è piuttosto poco cortese, le camere sono incredibilmente sporche, moquette per terra, intonaco che si scrosta, televisore infognato rispetto al letto, mobili non antichi, ma vecchi e sporchi. Il parcheggio […] per una giornata costa quasi 20 euro (09 aprile 2012), la colazione è degna di un 2 stelle. Insomma ottimo posto per lasciare le valigie e rimanere a dormire in stazione. Nel complesso sufficente;di negativo: odore sgradevole entrando in camera(probabilmente dovuto a moquette ed arredi datati) e tv malposizionata (basterebbe una staffa per una visione adeguata dal letto).Posizione ottimale,in centro e vicinissima alla stazione.

albergo comodo per la sua posizione, economico, ricevimento molto cortese, un pò trascurato e con pochi servizi, ottimo per dormire.
I mobili son tutti da cambiare son troppo vecchi. A colazione non c'è nessuno a pulire i tavoli e quando finiscono le cose non li rimettono fuori.

"Sufficiente nel complesso"
Niente da eccepire nel servizio, disponibilità e cortesia del personale. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione di S.M.Novella e molto vicina ai maggiori punti di interesse culturale della città. Ciò che mi ha deluso è la fatiscenza della camera; nel mio caso buchi nell'intonaco, carta parati strappata e del tutto assente coperta dalle tende […] della finestra e presenza di muffa nel soffitto. La qualitá del servizio e lo stato delle camere non é certo delle migliori. Anche la colazione é piuttosto scarsa. Tutto comunque sufficiente per spenderci qualche notte senza particolari pretese. Il prezzo e soprattutto la posizione lo certamente consigliabile.

nel complesso esperienza positiva. La struttura e la posizione dell´hotel sono ottime, le camere avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione. Colazione ricca e abbondante. Da consigliare: buon rapporto qualitá- prezzo!

arrivando con il treno è veramente comodo. il duomo è a 5 minuti a piedi. colazione a buffet ricca l'arredamento è un po datato, il bagno e la camera erano pulite ma con un po di "rattoppi" mancavano un po di servizi dichiarati nella descrizione. qualità/prezzo più che soddisfacente

Hotel vicinissimo a tutte attrazioni storico/artistiche, alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro. Ottima e abbondante colazione a buffet. Camera accogliente e silenziosa.

"Hotel Boccioni -- not for the summer/non in estate"
Though the personnel are helpful (and speak some English), our attic rooms' weak a/c just couldn't keep up with the Florentine heat. The rooms were clean except for a mildewy smell from the a/c, and the bathrooms very clean but with a shower too small for adults. In general, this hotel is clearly on the verge of a rennovation -- how long can it go on […] with aging carpets, furniture, etc.? Pretty poor breakfast buffet, with half-barley coffee, to boot. Vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella e ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la città. Hotel pulito e ben tenuto, con una piccola sala-salotto che fa invidia a molti hotel! Nonostante sia affacciato direttamente sulla via, di notte non si sentono le macchine che passano; inoltre anche le camere sono molto silenziose (probabilmente […] isolate acusticamente). Pros: -Great location! (close to the train station). -Relatively inexpensive for Florence. Cons: -Internet: This was very important to me and I was extremely let down... as the description promised internet in the rooms. The truth is if you are staying in a room higher than the first floor you can expect not to have any internet connection at all in […] your room. The signal doesn't reach that far. I was staying on the 4th floor and had to come down stairs each time I wanted to check my email... plus the connection was extremely slow... sometimes took 15-20 seconds just to load Google's home page for example. -The whole place has a strange moldy smell. -It's dimly lit and dreary inside. -The puke green color motif of the carpet, bed-spread, and curtains is not working for me. I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot on the carpet. -The bed blanket looked like it hadn't been washed for a year... there was long black hair all over it (not my own, yuck!). -The bed was hard and and the padding thin. The first morning I woke up my back was aching a bit... I got used to it by the second night though. -The staff is helpful as long as you don't ask them for help. -The breakfast was not great, the pastries we a tad stale, the coffee on-tap tasted like NesCafe, the plates were not washed with care, and they were still wet, and there was remnants of food still crusted on them from previous meals. -The rooms were very small and the shower was tiny and awkward to use. The blow dryer wasn't great either... looked like a vacuum cleaner attachment. -The elevator goes only to the 3rd floor so if you're on the 4th floor like I was you have to hall your luggage up a flight of stairs. -The rooms were a tad cold even with the heat on... the lobby felt like they never turned the heat on. -The toilet didn't flush well... occasionally I had to repeatedly flush like 3 times. You should tell me in advanced that the access for private cars to this hotel is impossible !! I wasted hours to find a leagal way to arrive there.

We could have done a little better for the same price. Although many older Europeon hotels are small and a little worn, this one had more than a few issues. The shower was smaller than anything we'd seen and the plastic closure had no choice to hold a little mold. The paper was peeling and duct tape was holding a few things together. We were here 4 […] days and the sheets were never changed. I can say that it was in a nice location and convenient to the train station which was good for the arrival and departure. "Only things good were location & breakfast"
YUCK! Hotel is well located - only a 5 minute walk to the train/bus station which was our primary reason for booking it in the first place because we took day trips by train out of Florence. But location to the train & breakfast were it's only redeeming qualities. The lobby was dimlylighted even at night...plaster peeling from the walls, in poor repair […] all around. It was not possible to connect to the internet from our room so we had to use the lobby. The reception staff were pleasant enough but not particularly welcoming or engaging. Our room was large - probably because we were a party of 3 (for which we paid dearly!!) and it was the only place we stayed for 10 days where I felt uncomfortable walking on the carpet in bare feet... it looked & felt shabby & dirty. The bathroom was especially unclean & in disrepair - the last renovation job (am guessing 25 years ago) was a disaster. But breakfast was good - if that saves it for you. "Closed to must see sights."
Perfect for a short stay if you are traveling through Italy. The price and location is very good. Hotel is situated just 5 minutes walk from the train station and a short walk to see must see sights. You are basically right in the town so in the mornings it can be a little noisy. The hotel staffs are friendly and keen to help. Their is also a hop on, […] hop off bus tour across the road from the hotel. You can purchase your tickets from the hotel reception and enjoy tour of Florence. We didnt stay for breakfast as their was plenty of cafes. Beware of the ice cream shop next door named Very Good. Ice cream was just the same as any other around but they over charged us..16 euros for two scoops. Also the reaturant just along the hotel called Giglio Rosso. We waited 45 minutes for food so don`t bother wasting your time in there as service was bad too. They are not keen to serve English speaking customers. This was the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in. I was extremely embarrassed or mortified by the condition of the bathroom, and even more so because I had my daughter and her friend with me. There was mold all over the ceiling and shower curtain. There was an opening between the tub and wall, which was moldy. It was just overall disgusting and […] unhealthy. I can't believe this hotel would be rated anything more than a 1star. The Bonciani definitely needs major renovations, which are more than long overdue. It wasn't very nice and was it very expensive, so we thought it was alright. It was a block away from the train station, so that was convenient. It's also very close to the duomo and shopping. Our first room was the worst one I've ever seen. The decor was clashing floral print, the carpeted floor was disgusting and the noise was loud. Our shower backed up as well. We ended up changing rooms to one that was better though by asking for a quieter one. The new one had all white walls and a wood floor. The bathroom still had nasty stains behind […] the toilet and duct tape in the shower but it was 100% better than the first one. We were booked for four nights and the first night I woke up and found my hotels.com info sheet to see how I could get out of this place. After changing rooms it was definitely bearable and the breakfast was good. The location is close to the train station and to the main piazza. The receptionist was a bit annoyed at us that we kept asking questions. The hotel itself was a 5 minute walk from the train station, very easy to get to. "The worst hotel that I have ever stepped foot in!"
When in a historic European city you expect the hotels to be small and the buildings to be old. This place was the most disgusting hotel that I have ever been in. The first room that we were sent to had not even been cleaned. The reception was aggravated when we returned to ask for another room in hopes that it would be better than the one that we had […] seen. The second room that we were sent to had been "cleaned" to their standards. There was still hair in the sink in the bathrrom and in the sheets. There was no view outside of the room beyond pipes, walls, and a dirtyy rooftop. The carpet appeared to be about 40 years old and the walls were missing pieces. There was not a true shower, only folding panels to pull out from the wall that were covered in mold. There are no words to describe how disgusting this place truly was. We immediately left to look for another hotel. When we returned for our luggage the staff was rude when we told them that we would be leaving. This is the best place to stay in Florence if you are arriving by train. The train station is about 2 blocks away, as are all the bus stops including the Hop On Hop Off bus. "Cheap, but you get what you pay for."
Florence is an expensive city, so finding a cheap hotel is great ... But you get what you pay for. The Bonciani is old, sad, run down, dirty and tired. But if you need basic accommodation it is fine. Staff is there to essentially stand guard and nothing else. They aren't helpful in recommending restaurants and places to go. It was a blah stay at best. […] Rooms are tiny even by euro standards. "Perfect for the two of us"
I traveled with my 16 years old niece. It was a good choice. The hotel is very close to the train station. At first it seemed a bit outdated and dusty, but once you get used to the place, and the city, you learn it meant to be like that. The room was clean and quite large compared to the one we stayed in Rome. The bathroom was very neat, spaceous, fresh […] towels. They have wifi in the large room downstairs. It is safe. My niece spent many hours there while I was up in the room with no problem. Breakfast room was nicely decorated and they served a very substancial breakfast. And the price was perfect for our budget. "Bonciani - very convenient"
This hotel is very close to the railway station and suited us well. We were happy with the service. The room was a little dilapidated but we thought it great value and were quite content. Breakfast was ample - not the best we've had but much better than just a coffee and pastry. We would go there again.
