La camera assegnatami era un pò piccola e con poca luce. Ho chiesto di cambiarla e me ne hanno dato una migliore. In complesso l'esperienza è stata buona.

Se dovete andare a Thonon les Bains per lavoro e non avete eccessive esigenze, ma cercate un residence pratico e pulito, questo indirizzo fa per voi.

L'hotel Beau Rivage è splendido sotto ogni punto di vista, straordinaria la struttura, panorama sul lago e sulle Alpi magnifico, eccellente servizio. é un albergo a 5 stelle, quindi è conseguentemente costoso, ma si rimane comunque ampiamento soddisfatti.

"Short stopover"
Right outside the Metro at its top level exit (do not come out of the metro and go down to lower street level) this is a very convenient stopover hotel. Staff are very friendly and professional . However it is in a noisy location and the triple glazing does block out the street noise to some extent. The downside is that with no air con the room gets […] hot and stuffy. "Pleasant Stay at Hotel City"
I have stayed at this particular hotel several times. It is directly on a Metro stop for convenience and you get a free Metrocard so that is nice. They have added a hot water pot and coffee/tea serviced to the the rooms which is nice as well. It was not there on previous visits. The room was quiet even though it is on a main street. This particular […] room had a very narrow space between the door and sink/refrigerator which made it quite a challenge to squeeze the luggage in but we managed. TV is great, tons of channels. My only complaints are the luggage cart that once was there to help is gone, and internet access costs way too much- almost $30 US per day! Ridiculous in this day. Continua a leggere
"Hotel City, Lausanne"
The hotel was modern and efficient. I stayed one night in late January and found the surroundings reasonably quiet. The breakfast seemed a bit expensive, but was of a reasonable standard with a wide choice of fare that suited my requirements well.

"Hotel City in Lausanne amazingly quiet!"
This is my 2nd time staying here at the Hotel City. I am already planning on staying here again on another business trip in July. I am amazed at how quiet the rooms are considering it is on a busy road and both stay I had the same location over the street. While the carpets are a bit worn (bring slippers) the rest of the room is quite pleasant. Very […] comfortable sleeping and the TV has tons of channels in all languages. There are small conveniences such as the refrigerator in the room that are nice. My only wish is that there was a coffee maker! The bathroom is fine and the water hot. The bathroom fan in my room #503 was making a loud grinding noise to attempt to turn on but then didn't go on and was silent. Otherwise no complaints at all. I don't smoke and am happy it is a smoke free environment. The hotel also provides you with a free Metro card for the the Metro. The Metro stops directly in front of the hotel and is an easy connection from the train station. Very easy to get to the airport in Geneva from the hotel unless you have tons of luggage, then take a taxi. I am looking forward to my next stay in July! Continua a leggere

J'ai été très ennuyée car la connexion Internet qui ne fonctionnait pas bien du tout avec mon portable dans la chambre et que leur ordinateur était vraiment obsolète et très lent ! Les petits déjeuners sont aussi bien trop chers !

"Emplacement idéal"
Mais vetusté de la déco, de la sdb et du mobilier. Cependant bon confort et rapport qualité/prix très correct!

"Hotel City centralt beliggende i Lausanne"
Ingen luksus, men værelset har hvad man behøver og beliggenheden er supergod. Hvis man beder om et værelse vendt mod katedralen er der en rigtig flot udsigt. Flere restauranter meget tæt på, og metrostation lige uden for døren, hvilket var hvad vi havde brug for under vores ophold. Der følger et kort med til gratis transport med bus og metro som gælder […] fra ankomstdag til afrejsedag, begge incl. "Hotel City, junto a la Catedral de Lausanne"
Bien en general, aunque el baño necesitaba una reforma. El hotel no tiene parking y te hacen un descuento para aparcar en un parking "más o menos cercano" (con mucho equipaje más bien lejano). Por lo demás, muy bien situado, junto a la Catedral.
Chambre agreable mais bruyante en ete, dificil de dormir avec fenetre ouverte.Emplacement ideal, dans l'ensemble tres bien.

Für den Preis kann man sich nicht beklagen. Die Website des Hotels verspricht zwar einiges mehr als dann auch wirklich geboten wird, jedoch wenn man nur nach Lausanne kommt um Party zu machen, ist es das ideale Hotel. Günstige und in einer guten Lage.

"Ausgangspunkt für den Ausgang"
Sehr gute Lage. Kein eigenes Parking, dafür Reduktion in nahegelegenem Parkhaus. Ausgangszone (Flon), Métro, Bahnhof zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Zimmer mit schöner Sicht auf Altstadt. Preis-Leistung sehr gut (ist aber ein typisches 80er-Jahre-Hotel. Zimmer ordentlich und sauber (Teppich dürfte jedoch einmal gereinigt und Wände gestrichen werden).

Le personnel d'accueil est particulièrement disponible et agréable. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner s'entendre dire à 9h50, qu'il est impossible d'obtenir du lait chaud est un peu déroutant. Les produits mis à disposition, pour ce petit déjeuner au prix de 20 Fr, sont tout juste digne d'un hôtel 1 étoile. "Das Hotel City liegt zentral."
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind entgegen anderer Bewertungen die ich vorher gesehen habe sauber und in ansprechendem Zustand. Leider haben sie keine Klimaanlage und bei geöffnetem Fenster ist bis später als 1.00 Uhr nicht an Schlaf zu denken da der Lärm aus den Strassenrestaurants viel zu laut ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht unbegriffen […] und für einen stolzen Preis äusserst übersichtlich gehalten und könnte um einiges erweitert werden wenn man denn wollte. Am Abreisetag wird eine nicht deklarierte Taxe (Taxe de Séjour (pro Tag? war nur einen Tag da) erhoben. Parkplätze gibt es nicht, es werden jedoch in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus ermässigte Tarife angeboten. Continua a leggere
"Gut gelegen mit mässigem Service"
Das Hotel ist gut gelegen für sämtliche Verkehrsmittel. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur Strasse hat, ist es sehr laut. Zimmer zur Altstad sind gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, aber der Service ist schlecht: Schlechter amerikanischer Kaffee in der aufgewàrmter Kanne, sehr dürftiges Frühstück.

"Lage"
Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer U-Bahnhaltestelle mitten im Stadtzentrum und drei Stationen vom Bahnhof entfernt. Man kann mit und ohne Frühstück buchen, aber sollte es lieber lassen. Allerdings ist der Ausblick aus dem Frühstücksraum auf die Stadt ein Erlebnis.
