Can see the hotel from the train station--nice walk through parks to old town

Stayed 5 days and felt like a king. The staff is super friendly and helpful, service super and the hotel is beautiful and classy. Highly recommended..

I love everything about this hotel! Best rooms, best service and best staff. I highly recommend Regent Esplanade Zagreb for anyone visiting Zagreb.

A wonderful old world hotel. Convenient to the railway station in Zagreb, beautifully appointed, attentive and professional staff. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night in the Esplanade after taking the train from Budapest to Zagreb. Our train was late and we were hungry and tired when we arrived. The hotel is a short walk from the train station (short as long as you have packed light and have bags on wheels!). The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. We had two rooms, one for my husband […] and I and one for our two teenage sons. The rooms were very nice. Quite spacious with sitting areas. Very clean. Very nice bathrooms with L"occitane toiletries. The rain shower was Awesome! Best part of our brief stay for me:-). I will say the beds were very hard which we found to be the case throughout our travels in Croatia (except for the Hotel Berkeley in Dubrovnik). We asked for a later checkout and they were able to accommodate us with no problem. All in all a very nice stay! We loved Zagreb and would like to visit again. Continua a leggere

Could not fault this hotel,,,friendly staff ,perfect breakfast (with champagne) class with a capital C,,,maybe a little far from the action but not for us (we like to walk )would recommend this hotel to anyone....

Great overall service. Easy check in fast check out. Cheap Valet parking. Cheap money exchange. Cheap services. 10 minutes walking distance to town center.

We absolutely loved the hotel and staff. It is not located in the heart of the city, so there's a bit of walking involved in getting to the sites. The reception clerk who checked us in didn't tell us to walk a short block so we could at least walk into the main area along a beautiful park area. The parking @$50 per day is ridiculous!

We were only in this hotel for about 12 hours due to our travel schedule, but there was an honest to goodness KING staying there while we were there. I think that says it all :0)

Beautiful hotel - very comfortable room with large full bathroom. Close walking distance to restaurants and shops. Nice park nearby. We only stayed one night, but it was so comfortable compared to other hotels we stayed at in Croatia, we wished we would have stayed longer.

We loved the atmosphere & charm of this hotel so much that we have stayed here twice. The location is superb, the rooms are luxurius & the staff are super efficient & friendly. My wife & I are travelling with 2 children under 10 years old & we found the Regent Esplenade to be comfortable, convenient & good value for a family holiday in Zagreb.

I shared a room in the Regent Esplanade for 3 nights with my mother and 4 year old son. The hotel exceeded my expectations. We received an excellent room on the 4th floor overlooking the fountain and Glavni Kolodvor. For the price of the room, I expected to get an inferior room location, but it was perfect. The room was quite large with nice high ceilings […] and the service was outstanding. There was a very comfortable pull-out couch for my son which the hotel staff offered to set up before I even had to ask. I loved the deep tub in the bathroom and the separate shower. The location is excellent for walking to all the sites in Zagreb. The only thing the hotel lacks is a pool, but it makes up for it in service and the grand 1920's charm. All the rooms were renovated in 2004 and have all the modern amenities. It was also very helpful that all the hotel staff speak fluent English! If you're looking for a quiet place to unwind after a long day of site-seeing or a place to pamper yourself, this is the hotel for you. Just beware that he room price was the least expensive part of our hotel stay. If you are interested in dining in the hotel restaurant or enjoying the spa, be prepared to pay for it! This hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the train station and has an excellent location. It is comprable to the Four Seasons in appearance and ammenities but seemed to be missing something. You get Loccitane bathing supplies and the room was beautiful. Would stay again. I would rate a 4.5.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! Staff were polite and nice. It's in front of the train station which is convenient for us. The room was spacious. Use L'occitane for amenities and relaxing bathtub or powerful shower room.

This was our first stop in the 3rd week of a 3-week European road trip for the UK to Italy and back vian many other stops. This was by far one of the best hotels of the trip. A true 5-star righ in the center of town. The room was huge and beautifully decorated with pure class. The restaurant was ok, my meal was so so and my wife loved hers. We stayed at the Regent Zagreb in July 2009 for our wedding night. The hotel is amazing, staff really friendly and attentive. The decor of the hotel is spectacular and everything about the place exudes quality. I highly recommend this hotel, it is easily the best i have stayed in in Zagreb and would love to stay there again.

Todo perfecto, salvo en un tema: la confusión sobre los tres diferentes desayunos que ofrecen, ya que no está claro lo que cada uno incluye.

Très bel hotel, situé a proximité du centre de Zagreb. Les chambres sont luxueuses et confortables, à ne pas rater...

Séjour en famille.Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Outre le confort et le luxe, le petit déjeuner est excellentissime. Les enfants ont adoré y compris le chocolat servit dans la chocolatière en argent. L'hôtel est très bien situé; Le luxe n'est pas incompatible avec la "koolattitude"; On s'y sent bien.

Hotel très accueillant , propre et calme. Proche des rues commerçantes. Personnel irréprochable, sérieux et souriant. Bon rapport qualité prix.

ザグレブ中央駅を出てすぐに見える宮殿のような格式のある外観と近代的で落ち着きのある内装が良くマッチした快適なホテルでした。ザグレブへの移動には鉄道を利用したので、駅から徒歩3分程度と非常に近く、冬で外は寒かったけれど駅前地下街の階段を上ってすぐ前がホテルのためとても便利が良かったです。部屋はとても広く、落ち着いた雰囲気で十分満足できました。また、バスルームのアメニティがL'OCCITANEで統一されていたことは女性にとってとてもうれしいことでした。

Very nice hotel, well equipped, centrally located, helpful staff and nicely decorated rooms. Thanks to a pricing on hotels.com definitely a great value for the money if you are looking for some luxury.

Thsi hotel is highly recommendable. Try the restaurant, the food is fantastic.
