hotel/residence di recentissima costruzione, moderno anche negli arredamenti, camere che sono mini-appartamenti con possibilità di avere la colazione (abbondante e abbastanza varia), pulito, a 100 mt dalla fermata del tram che porta nella città vecchia e di fronte a un centro commerciale con Carrefour e McDonald's (che consente di risparmiare cucinandosi i pasti da soli - c'è una mini-cucina ma completa di tutto, anche microonde, lavastoviglie e piano a induzione). Nel complesso, ben pochi difetti!

Ancorché periferica rispetto al centro di Antibes, ed in un quartiere collinare suburbano ancora in fase di insediamento, l'Hotel - con piccoli spazi comuni ma piuttosto confortevoli - è nella posizione ideale quale punto di partenza per ogni escursione in Costa Azzurra. Non ha attrattive serali, se non - se piace - un grande Bowling con caffetteria a non più di 100 metri. Non sufficientemente segnalato nelle recensioni di altri utenti, a non più di 5 min di auto si trova il parco della Valmasque, con numerose aree attrezzate per pic-nic.

L'hotel é facile da trovare. Attorno all'hotel ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti (24h/24h) basta essere in grado di fare i parcheggi laterali! :-) Altrimenti l'hotel mette a disposizione un parcheggio per 10€ al giorno. L'albergo é vicino a dei baretti carini e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città! Il personale é gentile e simpatico. Sempre disponibili. […] La camera é bella grande e molto silenziosa se pensiamo che la finestra si affacciava ad un grande boulevard! Il bagno é separato dal WC....dove c'é il bagno tutto é moderno e bello mentre dove c'é il WC...per una persona alta o per una persona in sovrappeso é difficile sedersi comodamente sul WC!!!!!! La colazione é fantastica!!! E non c'é supplemento alcuno se si fa portare il vassoio della colazione in camera da letto! Sono stata molto soddisfatta di quest'hotel! L'albergo descrotto a quattro stelle è davvero sovrastimato. Non ha alcuna comodità. I bagni sono microscopici ,angusti e vetusti. Non parliamo poi della piscina che andrebbe bene forse per il mio cane per fare quattro bracciate.......Insomma un vero delirio.

l'hotel è carino, pulito, il personale è gentile si trova vicino al centro, alle spiagge ed al porto. x essere un 4 stelle xò mi aspettavo di più, se avessi pagato la tariffa piena sinceramente sarebbe stata esagerata x la camera e x l'hotel, ho fatto 2 colazioni ed ho spesso 20 euro a colazione (tot 40 euro dal momento che eravamo in 2 80 euro) x una […] colazione normalissima a buffet che servono in qualsiasi hotel anche 3/2 stelle . Dico xò che a Cannes tutto è caro e x forse il prezzo è giustificato dalla posizione e dal fatto che si trovi a Cannes. Cmq mi ha dato l'impressione di un hotel da congressi. "insoddisfacente"
l'albergo, seppur vicino al centro, rende necessario l'uso dell'auto. Ha un parcheggio piccolo e scomodo per le manovre e tendono a farlo pagare, anche se sul sito è indicato come gratuito. Non è all'altezza di un 4*, la camera è piccola e poco curata, il bagno e minuscolo.

"Molto soddisfatti"
Camere spaziose, pulite, tenute in ordine da un personale molto disponibile. Seppure l'hotel non sia posizionato nelle immediate vicinanze della Promenade de la Croisette, esso si trova in una via molto spaziosa, piena di attività commerciali di ogni genere (alimentari, farmacie, boulangerie, bar, etc..), sicura e molto frequentata anche di notte, […] che dà la possibilità di raggiungere, con estrema facilità, il cuore della città (la Promenade de la Croisette per l'appunto, le spiagge, la zona dei ristoranti e dei locali, rue d'Antibes -una via di soli negozi che offre proposte per tutte le tasche-). L'albergo dispone di un pargheggio interrato dove è possibile laciare la propria automobile. Il personale alla reception è molto gentile, preparato nella lingua inglese. Immediata è l'individuazione dell'albergo una volta che si è usciti dal casello dell'autostrada e si sono seguite le indicazioni per "Cannes". Bad location, did not feel like a 4 star hotel besides the prices, over priced mini bar and internet when I stayed there in april 2012. Worst hotel pick out of the 7 which me and my wife stayed on our 3 weeks hols. Only positive was it had a pool, also rooms... were tidy.. as you would expect of a 4 star hotel

In need of renovation, to keep up with competition. But with that said. Clean rooms & central location. Generous staff offered me to park the car just outside the entrance for free. Breakfast is overpriced at € 20, for what it offers. On the whole not really the staying experience one expects at a 4 star hotel.

I was met early morning and was allowed to check in at 10.30am instead of 3 pm.much appreciated. I was shown a room next to elevator. i asked to change and they did. Nice big room. Lovely double bed...Quite isulated windows, heard no traffic..Nice T V. lovely bathroom and seperate toilet. Breakfast exspensive not worth. 20 EURO. went out for breakfast. […] Had a nice pool on the back but it was no sun in the afternoon. Valerie in reception was so helpful in every way. coffe was 3.60 Euro... Restaurant closed during evening as it was Low season. Stayed bed and breakfast over christmas with very elderly parents so next to lift, staff all very helpful especially with booking requirements. clean and comfortable with connecting door between rooms. Very convienient location as spending Christmas with relatives living in the area. good value for money. would stay here again.

"Lots of negatives but OK location"
I stayed at hotel Amarante 7-12 July 2011. Photos looked good and there were good reviews plus they had a good discount over this time which is why we chose it. Location: 10 min walk from Cannes train station and 15 mins from the beach and main shopping strip. The only down side is that the hotel is up hill from everything which gets tiring in the heat […] if you are doing that trip a few times a day. I hated the room! No effort made to make the room look nice (room 504), stunk of urine the whole time we were there, the shower leaked everywhere so we had to use hand towels for the floor to soak up the water. It was a very small and basic room. (Suggestions: bring own hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner). The hotel is overrated as a 4* when they would be a 2* or 3* at best in the UK. Plus this hotel is quite expensive for what you get!!! (However the price is down to location) Reception wasn’t really helpful when it came to suggesting places to see, eat or drink, (may have been the language barrier) Continua a leggere

"A great place to stay"
We stayed here during the Christmas season. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was fairly large for a French hotel and was very clean. The location was very convenient right on one of the main streets. However, I never heard any street noise. One negative side was internet access was pretty expensive.

For a 4 stars hotel the carpets in the room and hallways are very dirty not to mention that breakfast dishes can stay up to 24 hrs on the floor in front of the elevator, the services that are posted on the description are false (concierge services, coffee in the lobby, remote lighting/drapery/curtain control, private beach, incomplete complimentary […] toiletries). The pool area can only accept 7-8 guests. The restaurant has been closed ( impossible to know since when though the menu is still in the lobby and the elevator) for lunch and dinner which you would not expect in an hotel with this ranking, considering the fact that there is no restaurant within a 1.2 KM and also the bar was closed on September 1st. To top our experience, in the middle of our stay, we were called at 10:45 am and asked if it was possible to leave our room so the cleaning staff could leave early that day! Continua a leggere

"Very nice hotel"
Hotel Amarante was a very comfortable and pleasent experience. The hotel was very clean and well attended and the staff was extremely helpful at all times. I highly recommend this property. It is a pleasent walk into the town and near public transportation.

This was an ok hotel in an ok location. The staff was semi helpful and it was about a 15 minute walk to anything cool. There were several hotels closer to the main strip and this hotel seemed kind of no thrills. The room was completely simple and the bed was the worst we had in europe. I would look elsewhere but this was acceptable
Die Bilder entsprechen definitiv nicht der Realität! 4* waren viell. vor 10-15 Jahren ok. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, das Bad und WC aber WINZIG und die Ausstattung eben bereits älter.

Hôtel bien situé à 15 minutes du bord de mer à pied. Les chambres côté court sont calmes avec la vue sur la piscine extérieur et employés à la réception agréable. Cet hôtel est idéal pour les familles avec 3 enfants car les chambres sont assez grandes.

"Dårlig service, resepsjonspersonell udugelige."
Svært dårlig informasjon vedr. parkeringsforbud foran hotellet grunnet et maratonløp dagen etter. Vår leiebil ble tauet vekk fra hotellets egen parkeringsplass grunnet dette. Dette skjedde natten til vår hjemreisedato tidlig dagen etter, noe som igjen førte til at vi måtte ta en taxi til flyplassen i Nice. Et lite oppslag på resepsjonsdesken var alt […] av info. om dette patrkeringsforbudet. Resepsjonen var aldri noe vi benyttet grunnet servicen, og det forhold at vi aldri hadde behov for den i og med at vi hadde kortnøkler til rommet. Personnel très agréable et très efficace. Cet hôtel est très confortable , le quartier est assez bruyant, la salle de bain aurait besoin d être rafraichis . Malgré cela le rapport qualité prix est très bien.

Hotellet ligger ved en travel, litt støyende gate ca 15 minutter fra stranden. Etterhvert begynte jeg å like gaten godt. Fikk svært god sevice. Frokosten var rikholdig pg god. Fine lokaler.

"Está bien pero tiene que mejorar"
Acabo de pasar 6 noches en este Hotel y realmente es un 4 estrellas muy justito. Para empezar el parking es muy estrecho, si tenéis un coche grande pensaros tres veces si meterlo en el parking. Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas , como casi todo en el Hotel, el baño está bien , la piscina es pequeña y sin socorrista y solo hay una persona en recepción […] con muy poco encanto, muy sosos. Sólo contraté el alojamiento pero por lo que pude ver el desayuno parecía poca cosa para los 20 euros por cabeza que cobran. Continua a leggere

Très moyen. Prestations inexistentes, chambres viellottes, personnel peu qualifié, ..A ne pas recommandé.
La prestation ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles. Prestations mesquines : - wifi payante alors qu'en hôtel formule 1 c'est gratuit - des suppléments à 5€ pour compléter le petit déjeuner à 20€ - absence des chaînes info sur la télé Piscine peu accueillante compte tenu du vis à vis avec l'immeuble d'à côté. Hôtel éloigné des centres d'intérêt : Croisette, […] plages, rue commerçante et de la gare. Par contre, les points positifs sont le calme, l'insonorisation (aucun bruit ne perturbe le sommeil), le confort du grand lit, la proximité de l'arrêt de bus, la décoration élégante "façon cabine de bateau", l'attention du personnel. gammelt hotell langt fra stranden. 80`talls hotell. plaget med mye maur rundt basseng og uteplass. masse bitt takker.. masse smil, men de kunne lite om sin egen by. alt for langt til strand og andre serverdigheter. 20 euro for en ordinær frokost er for dyrt
"Gode billeder - men også god service"
Hotellet er fint nok, men de fleste billeder er ikke retvisende i forhold til min oplevelse af hotellet og det værelse jeg boede på. Især det sidste billede, der viser kysten, kan jeg ikke se har noget at gøre med hotellet. Men servicen var i top.

Hotel relativement loin du centre ville (20 min) et chambre de moyenne qualité pour un quatre étoiles luxe (correspond plutôt à un trois étoiles plus) parking trop petit mais on a passé malgré tout un bon séjour dans l ensemble donc je recommanderai cet hotel malgré ces points négatifs !

Dårlig service i resepsjonen, men bra service under frokost. Det var også en kraftog mugglukt på rommet, og air conditionen var ikke bra. Parkeringen i kjelleren var veldig trang, og fungerer bare for små biler.

Really NOT a four star hotel. We stayed at a three star and a 2 star hotel that was better than amarante. The lobby is nice but the rest of the hotel is really not so nice. The restaurant is only open two hours for lunch, the staff was ignorant and didn´t gave us a single smile. The private beach was really far away, and it was EXPENSIVE. The hotel […] says they have activities nearby but theirs really not. theres only like 5-6 sunchairs and always full. i would NOT recommend this hotel. Don´t get fooled by the pictures. Ett mycket bra läge på hotellet. Tysta rum med fin balkong. trevligt med pool. Negativt var att det utlovades gratis parkering i hotellbeskrivningen men det stämde inte.
