Stayed here for 6 nights. Our room was serviced every day regardless of the time we left. It was clean, the continental breakfast was convenient and had a variety of choices. My only warning would be to ask for a room away from the staircase. Because this hotel does not have an elevator, you can hear people dragging thier suitcases up and down the staircase and through the slamming door. It woke me up several times. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints, ane will stay here again (requesting a room away from the stairs, of course). :)

This hotel is totally awesome! They have taken the time to hire the best staff and I must say this is one of the best hotels I stayed in for years. The beautiful clean rooms, the pleasant staff, the food, the price...Simply excellent! This will be my hotel of choice from now on.

Good value, great location for South Salt Lake area.

It was bright and cheerful colors, very contemporary. The breakfast was very good, good selection. Overall, it was a great hotel for the money. There were a few maintenance things needing taken care of like their side door not sitting and closing correctly, but overall in great shape. The beds however were another question. The bed we had sagged to each side, so as you are laying there, you feel like you are going to fall out of bed. That made for a long night of no sleep. It was a good thing we had two beds in the room. We switched beds with our daughter. The other bed was fine and she could sleep in the middle of the bed so she didn't feel like she was going to fall off.

Every employee we saw greeted us and was very friendly. As there is no elevator, the shuttle driver insisted on taking our bags up to our room on the second floor. The room was very clean, and the overall appearance of the hotel was well kept. Breakfast was decent, although the room is small and a bit crowded. We would definitely stay here again if in the area, and would recommend the Fairfield Inn to others.

The room overall was beautifully decorated, except a few lumps in the carpet. It was missing a fridge and microwave, and it had plenty of room for them too. It didn't have an elevator so we had to lug our luggage upstairs. The breakfast area was nice but very small and it didn't have bacon, eggs, or sausage but it did have breakfast sandwiches and two waffle machines and at the time they had lots of bananas, which the other hotels during our vacation never had and I really wanted. It also had better TV reception than most places we stayed. The pool was nice and large, but shallow and open from 6a-11p.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, excpecially one man named Jon made our stay very pleasent. Thanks, we'll be back.

We had a pleasant stay. Our room was clean, friendly staff, and great location.

Hotel was lovely, the check in/out was easy, the staff friendly. Breakfast was crazy with not enough places for everyone to sit, but you could take it back to your room. Otherwise a great stay.

The rooms are realy nice for the money

Recent remodel and meticlous cleaning, made for a very pleasant 5 day stay. Helpful and freindly staff. Very comfortable bed with lots of pillows to choose from. Good A/C. Convenient to Hiway 15, and nearby restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near the fwy without the noise and not to far from a wonderful mall. There were plenty of resturants in the area and a waterpark for the kiddies.

Terrific place for the price - breakfast was excellent, very comfortable, convenient to Interstate, gas and groceries. Would definitely stay again.

I was just passing through and needed a room for the night. I used to stay for a week at a time in the area on company business, but didin't want to blow that kind of cash on a 12 hour stay, and thought the Fairfield would be OK for a one nighter. It was better than expected and only one exit south and so had all the same restaurants.

The hotel was clean and nice. It was a little isolated from everything. I woke up with a beattle in my bed, that was a little upsetting.

The room was very neet,clean,it was nice to have coffee in the room the beds was very nice to sleep in and it was nice to have a indoor pool. I will stay ther agin.

This hotel has been nicely remodeled, and was nice and clean. My kids loved the pool and spa, and our room was super quiet, so we slept really well. There were only two drawbacks to the hotel. First, there is no elevator, so we had to lug our bags up the stairs to the second floor. But, it was worth it to have no one above us engaging in a three a.m. stomp-fest. The second issue is that the towels were thin and old--like old shop towels. Seriously, the pool towels were the size of large dinner napkins, maybe two sewn together. It was hilarious! They have done some nice remodeling of this hotel. Now they really need to upgrade the towels. The breakfast was perfect for us, with hot cereal, cold cereal, yogurt, toast, fruit, milk, juice, coffee, jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and even fresh waffles. With that kind of breakfast included in the crazy low price we paid for our room, this was an unbelievable value!!! We will definately be back.

This hotel just remodeled, so the entire hotel including rooms was fresh and clean. The hotel location was good and the continental breakfast was as expected.

We called to find a local restaurant and the desk staff were very helpful with recommendations and directions. Rooms were nice and the complimentary breakfast made it very worth the money.

The hotel is directly off I-15 in Draper, UT. Although close to the freeway, we were not disturbed by traffic noise. There is an abundance of restaurants in the immediate area. There are also many stores to shop at very close to the hotel. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I have only two complaints. First, the hotel does not have an elevator. Our room was on the second floor, so this meant carrying our very heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Second, the housekeeping staff does not speak English. So, when they came at 9:00 a.m. one morning and I asked them to come back later, they did not clean our room at all that day. The hotel has a large indoor pool and the breakfast is sufficient and well stocked throughout the morning.

If you room is on the back side of the hotel asked to be switched to the front, there are loud noises and there are a ton of lights that glare through the window even with there blinds shut.

The hotel should have a list of dinning, clubbing and nearby ski resorts

Great Hotel, reasonably priced, Very Clean, Located in a nice area, close to shopping and restaurants. Very easy access to the freeway. My family would definetly stay here again. The continental breakfast is great as well. The only suggestion I have is that when the hotel is booked for, four people that there is already four bath towels in the room, there were only three.
