We stayed for 4 nights while we were house shopping. It was a very good deal as we had a discount for more than 3 nights. Location was fairly central, close to grocery shopping. Rooms were a bit small for 4 people and beds were a bit harder than home. Breakfast was diverse enough for everybody, but at the price we paid ($64 per night for 4 people) I […] would do it again. AC works, great location, friendly staff. The beds are hard and the rooms are plain and VERY QUIET. I visited the Comox valley not the travel lodge. I have stayed many times and continue too. (Inexpensive and continental breaky)

Located on main road. Standard room, clean, although there was a musty/smoky odor upon entering. Pillows very flat. Pleasant staff and good breakfast.

Overall good place, weather was very snowy and me and my husband felt that the snow and slush should have at least been shovelled off the stairs we were using. Other than that nitpick everything was great.

The Staff was very helpful & friendly. Even washed my jacket when I accidentally brushed against a dirty vehicle. Over all very satisfied & would stay there again.

As noted w/ the above points, we were very satisfied. In addition, the staff person was very kind and empathetic , and the heated pool was just wonderful after a long drive. The restaurant the staff person recommended, ATLAS, was just delicious and in our price range. When we got in to the room late at night I pulled back the sheets to find hair in the bed. My daughter and I were disgusted so we decided to sleep on our sleeping bag. The room smelled like wet dog or dirty running shoes. The Continental breakfast was O.K at best. The front desk staff were very accomodating and friendly. Our room was clean. We were treated to a brand new Haier air conditioner that worked superbly! Great location! Lots of parking.

My credit card didn't work at check in so I had to leave a cash deposit. That was fine but come check out time it was a pain to get my refund!

The only downside was that only a smoking room was available so the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and no amount of airing could remove that. The price was good as well as the complimentary breakfast.

A bit worn but functional. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are on smaller side, TV's are dated non HD are but lots of channels, included wireless, and free basic breakfast including ability to make waffles. The main odd thing was no house keeping occurred during my two night stay ie the bed didn't get made other than my quick straightening. At the price […] it pretty much meets expectation. It is a simple motel with clean rooms and pleasant staff. It was very basic accommodation with a small room. I wouldn't want to spend too much time hanging out but it has what I expected: tv, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, bathroom, bed, dresser and desk. the entrance for the hotel is rather misleading as the sign is before the actual entrance, and the main office is not marked from entrance at all. Rooms are very small and uncomfortable, not worth the price.

Major problem was weak wireless signal in rooms; had to work from lobby to have enough signal to connect to office. Aside from that breakfast was good, room was clean and beds comfortable.

There was obvious scum build up on tub, "SO I CLEANED" it, as I was booked for 3 nights and wanted a clean tub to use. Had to get 4 new key cards to open the door at different times Electrial plugs, some would not work Light switches you could hear an ark everytime you turned it off and on (bathroom real bad) Carpet real dirty, had white socks and soles were black after one day on the carpet
