Great hotel. Time for a renovation. Rooms are looking dated.

I booked this hotel with my girlfriend fairly last minute and have stayed at many hotels in Calgary. When we got to the Hotel they had us in a room with two beds, but were able to move us to a fabulous room with a King bed. The room had a microwave and popcorn and lots of reasonably priced snacks (except the glosette raisins were hard). Our room was […] very close to the pool and fitness center. During the day there were lots of kids in the pool (has a great slide), but at night it was empty. Pool and hot tub were open till eleven and we were very impressed with the tub and the view you have sitting there. Fitness center was also above average. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Lobby under construction - jack hammers run all day. Hotel should have been closed.

Everything about the hotel is great! Great location, great service and great views. The only criticism would be that the rooms are terribly out dated, especially the sitting area. Overall a comfortable stay.

ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS NEVER GOT THE STATEMENTS I NEED FOR BUSINESS FILES AND U GUYS SUPPOSE TO EMAIL ME THEM!!!

This hotel was immaculate. The room was huge and comfy. The linens were new, the beds were perfect. The front desl associates, the parking staff, the info desk associate : all were so friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make everything perfect!

We stay frequently at Eau Claire Sheraton for a break from homelife in Calgary. The beds are roomy and have very comfortable beds. The kids love the pool. Close to Joey Tomatos (across the street). Only downside is the water in the water slide was turned off after 8ish to keep chlorine from recirculating for the night. Kids were sad as we went after […] dinner and they could not have the 'fun' they had anticipated. Last time they had a prob. with sprinkler system and pool was unavailable to to 6am fire alarm going off. Otherwise we enjoy this place and would go again. Continua a leggere

Great hotel though it's a shame they don't offer a competitive B & B package. Quite a distance from the main eating & shopping areas, but handy for Eau Claire Market, the food court there, & Prince's Island Park. We stayed from June 30 to July 4 for 3 nights. When we checked in, they first gave us a room on the 3rd floor and we asked if there is any room on any upper floors. The staff checked and checked, then moved us up to a room on the 9th floor, at no extra cost. We really appreciated it. The room on the 9th floor gives a much better view of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great room, the most comfortable beds and a great staff that will see to your every need.

We stayed at the Sheraton on our way to Banff. The staff was terrific and the room was very nice and clean. We would stay there again.

Location was perfect. Close to downtown, but next to miles of beautiful walking and biking trails.

Appreciated it all except lack of free internet or even lobby WIFI and expensive valet parking. Weekend parking is cheap across the street.

Zeer goed hotel met prima service. Goede ligging, makkelijk te bereiken en het zijn allemaal suites met goede zitkamer. Gezellige Irish Pub in het hotel met uitstekend eten en daarnaast een goede bar en restaurant

全体的にとても清潔でスタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 お部屋も快適でした。 大人３人と小学５年生の４人で宿泊するため、予めエクストラベッドをリクエストしておいたところ、 このホテルだけがリクエスト通り、初めからソファーベッドがセッティングされていました。 海外のホテルではリクエストしても、当日に再度言わないとセッティングしてくれないところが多いので驚きました。 全ての点で素晴らしいと思います。 強いて難点を挙げるとすれば、お風呂場のスペースが狭いので、足ふきマットがドアに引っ掛かり、開け閉めが大変でした。 また、インターネットが有料だったので、40分だけなら無料のロビーのパソコンで情報収集をしました。

私と子供２人の３人で３泊しました。 お部屋は寝室とリビングに分かれていて使いやすく、清潔で快適でした。３泊のうち１日だけ、おそうじがイマイチな日がありましたが、許容範囲でした。お部屋には冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、そして加湿器もありました。 ホテルのプールにはらせん状のウォータースライダーがあって息子は喜んでいました。 すぐ近くのプリンスアイランドは、ボウ川のそば、緑がいっぱい、子供の遊具もいっぱい、散歩にも良し。朝はジョギングしている人がたくさんいました。水鳥やリスも見られて子供たちはたくさん遊べました。 オークレールマーケットは「しょぼい」と聞いていて……確かに大きなモールではなかったけど、簡単な買い物はできました。お土産も買えたし。 ホテルの朝ごはんはビュッフェだと結構高く、アラカルトにし […] たほうが安くて好きなものも食べられてよかったです。にんじんのマフィンがおいしかったです。 Continua a leggere

Sehr gutes Hotel. Autoparkplatz war etwas teuer. Ohne Auto ist in Calgary nicht viel los. Das Zimmer war sehr gross mit 2 Fernsehern und Küche.

Checked in for one night at the weekend. Were impressed with the size of the suites. Nothing to complain at all. However, be aware that Hotel ist not directly downtown. Would stay there again.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre, excellent accueil et très bon petit déjeuner, j'y retournerais sans hésiter !
