"Hotel was okay"
The staff was friendly & the lobby was updated. The continental breakfast was good. The rooms do not have a refrigerator. The bathroom had mold in it & the shower curtains were musty smelling. The pillows are more for decoration than sleeping.
"Cheap but not clean"
The room was okay for a one night stay but the room looked like a flashback from the 90s. The fixtures were old and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks. Needless to say, we didn't use it. We checked into the Hampton Inn on the way back and that was a much better experience.

The hotel seemed clean, quiet and had a nice complimentary breakfast.

We got in pretty late at night, and had trouble finding our way, never been to these parts before. They were very helpful in walking us to the location, very accommodating to our late schedule. "Good for one night"
Room was clean and tidy. The hallway appeared to be older than most hotels. We got in late and lady at the front counter was extremely nice and helpful.
"Quality Inn Cortland"
Not quality inn. They were very nice but room felt dirty. In room coffee and everything else had a layer of dust. Perhaps we got a room not often used. Breakfast selection limited and coffee was not that great.

We made a reservation for parents weekend. Many people there at the hotel said the prices were much higher than normal. We would have stayed at the Country Inn or the Hampton as they are much cleaner but they were booked. Walls were paper thin and so every noise from other guests could be heard. The musty smell was terrible and we couldn't wait to leave. […] Rooms are in desperate need of updating. We were in Syracuse for Family Weekend, but booked late so we had to book in Courtland, about 30 miles away. The hotel was great for a one night stay, clean, relatively comfortable and had everything we might have needed: hair dryer, iron, coffee maker and the continental breakfast was enough to hold us until lunch. "Many problems"
We went to this town to watch the Jets Summer camp. I found out later that we never received the promotional materials all of the motels had for the Jets camp. We had requested a ground level since my son was on crutches but they had booked us and upper level with no elavator. The only good thing is that we checked in early and the girl was able to […] switch us. A finally the worst part of the stay was the moldy, musty smell of the room.
