"Downright Horrible!"
This may be the filthiest hotel, with the worst customer service in existence. The entire facility reeks of cigarette smoke, even the non-smoking rooms. Breakfast is served until nine, I showed up at 8:40 for breakfast on my checkout day and was promptly asked to leave the breakfast area so it could be broken down. I went outside to find my truck had […] been broken into during the night, called police, and asked the front desk clerk if they had video surveillance. "Clean, reasonably priced, Storm Lake, IA Motel"
I am a Faculty Member at Buena Vista Universtiy and stayed here for a conference. The staff was helpful and friendly and check-in was timely. The room was very clean and neatly arranged. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help and direct us when we needed it. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and worth every penny that we spent on our night there. I would highly recommend this to others visiting Storm Lake. "Storm Lake is a smelly town."
The location of Storm lake was great to meet relatives but the Tyson plant really smells, we could not wait to leave. The Super 8 was an ok place to stay, it was away from the lake. Do not swim in the lake.Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia
