Overall, no major complaints about the stay. The service was very good and the amenities (gym, etc.) were very good. That being said, this hotel could use some remodeling. Outstanding hotel! Very reminiscent of my stay at the Marriot Marque in New York City in 2010. I only wish we could have stayed longer. John, at the front desk, was very helpful. The Hotel was Clean and Nice! However, there seemed to be a lack of staff in the dining area, and at the front desk. One of the things that bothered me, was that in the morning there was no area where I could get my coffee. I asked the front desk where I could get a cup of coffee, and I was directed to the hostess at the restaurant area who was extremely […] busy sitting guests down for breakfast. The only thing i did not like was the bathroom. The toilet was old and with stains on it. A little air freshener would be definitely a plus in the rooms, and also a little bell at the front desk would be helpful because i had to yell "Hello" in order for someone to come to the front desk during check out. My family enjoyed the cleanliness of the place. Everyone was friendly, even when we arrived late in the morning around 3am, the lady at the front desk was extremely nice. The Hotel was great. We had stayed there a year ago. the room we had last year was much nicer and the bed was very comfortable. This year we had a different room that was smaller and the bed was not nearly as comfortable. "Slept on Floor"

Great hotel with friendly staff and service. Very Clean. There is a balcony that overlooks the middle of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, more than my bed at home.
