Al momento del check-in la stanza che avevamo prenotato non era disponibile per un guasto al sistema elettrico e ci hanno sistemato in un'altra di livello superiore, senza maggiorazione di prezzo. il B&B è comodo per raggiundere la 16th strada dove ci sono molti negozi, bar e ristoranti e al LoDo (Downtown). La colazione, oltre a cereali e pane tostato, varia ogni giorno con un proposta calda cucinata al momento. Un giorno c'erano dei deliziosi waffles con banane, fragole e mirtilli, il giorno dopo omelette con funghi. Tutti i prodotti sono rigorosamente bio, come anche lo shampo, bagnoschiuma e crema corpo. La zona circostante è tranquilla e il B&B si affaccia su un giardino pubblico. Un bellissimo soggiorno!

L'hotel è situato a pochi chilometri dall'aeroporto, le stanze sono molto spaziose e pulite. Anche il bagno è abbastanza grande e pulito. La colazione continentale è esattamente uguale a quella di qualsiasi altro motel americano.In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questo hotel per chi ha bisogno di restare a Denver per una o due notti.

"NEVER STAY AT BEST WESTERN OR DAYS INN AT DIA"
Our stay was terrible in every way. A pipe burst at Best Western and we were rerouted by a construction worker to the Days Inn next door. We had booked a queen suite at BW, which had two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. The room at DI had no pull-out sofa and was $50 less on hotels.com than the room we booked at BW. The elevator was broken at DI, so […] luggage had to be carried up the stairs. While the room did not smell of smoke, people had obviously been smoking in the hallways. The in-room movies did not work properly and did not play the movie that was selected. We had to go to the front desk to remove the movie from our bill. No compensation was offered by the hotel for the inconvenience, incorrect room-type, broken elevator, etc. Avoid both of these hotels, as there are plenty of other hotels to choose from in this area. "If you want a cheap room that's not scary...."
The staff was friendly and cordial, I would suggest getting a corkscrew for the guests and keeping it at the front desk, rather than sending them out into the cold night to the Holiday Inn to find one there as I had to do! I have stayed in a number of Best Westerns and this was pme of the more elegant ones. I really like the refrigerator in the room […] and the fact that the windows open!. The day we arrived was the day they switched from being a Ramada Inn to being a Best Western. They did not have my reservation but after several calls to Hotels.com ( who didn't know about the change) a hotels.com faxed them the reservation and they honored it. The hotel is now a Best Western. Nothing against them but it is tough to find a Best Western when you are looking for a Ramada Inn. Room was clean but very basic. Hallway door was light weight and did not fit well. If you want to feel nice and secure when that door closes this might be a problem. The room was quiet despite the thin door. "Be careful when booking through this site"
When we booked our room it was a Ramada. When we finally found it it had changed to a Best western within 24hrs. Be careful when booking through this website. The parking was atrocious. We finally had to park on the street and walk a ways to the hotel. I think everyone who was flying out just parked their cars in the parking lot and left. The carpet […] in our room was dirty. It looked as if someone had eaten cookies at the table and left the crumbs in the chair. Dropped more crumbs on the carpet and walked through them.There were two dead moths on the floor by the window. We called down to the desk had them bring up a vacuum and I cleaned the carpet myself. This hotel is going through a name change and will soon be Best Western Plus. We stayed 6 nights while visiting family for an event. It's a bit of a drive to get to Denver and surrounding areas but it's the best area we've found to stay in. The room was comfortable and clean. Staying here was a great experience except for one mishap on our last night where another guest was checked into our room and walked in. We spoke to the manager upon checkout and he was excellent and eased our minds about the situation. The jacuzzi room is great, but not if you are stuck next to the elevators and are a light sleeper. "Exceeded all expectations with onlly one improveme"
The shuttle service to/from the airport is a joint venture and the 'wait' to get to the hotel was too long. The trip back to the airport was fine. With this only one slight ding, the hotel was a pleasant experience and would gladly choose it again.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

This hotel was alright. There wasn't enough parking nearby. Also, the hotel thought that I had already checked in earlier in the day when I arrived to check in. I had to wait in the lobby while they checked to see who was in my room. Turns out there was no one. The new girl messed up my reservation. The quality of the room was good. Clean. The tv was […] weird the way it operated. It was slow to respond. Also, there was a rather inappropriate channel that appeared right when I turned on the channel. Not appropriate for kids. "Water mix-up"
The hotel seemed to be in good condition. I did notice that when I turned the water on at the sink, it seemed to be backwards, as in, when I turned it to what should have been cold only hot water came and vice versas. "Maintenance problems, otherwise great"

Check-in & room were very easy. Air-conditioner made awful noises all night. Bathroom tile floor had large crack by shower & looked like mildew. Excerise room was out of order & no one was able to advise why or when it would be open again.
