La permanenza è stata molto piacevole, lo staff è molto cortese e le stanze molto pulite; si trova in una zona periferica ma in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo con una fermata della metro (Takoma) a pochi minuti a piedi oppure sempre dalla stazione metro il bus 52 ferma proprio difronte Motel 6. Il parcheggio è gratuito ed anche l'uso della postazione internet.

"Not satisfied"
The hotel is worn. the bathrooms were not clean, the bedding etc. just looked dated. The hair dryer in our room did not work and it took over an hour and two requests before a maintenance man arrived to address the problem.

Room was very smelly. Light were missing in the bathroom. We had to keep going back in forth to go get supplies from the front desk because they weren't in the room. TV was not working. Remote control didn't have any batteries. It was a terrible stay in. The only reason I stayed in was because my friend who was visiting was too tired to go somewhere […] else. it was fine for the cheapest hotel available but the carpets were dark and gave you the feeling they weren't particularly clean, on the bright side there was no smell of smoke
"A Motel with Ramada brand"
Its a pricey motel. No feel of Ramada environment at all. If you are looking for a free breakfast...just get cherios and orange juice. The bathroom reminded us a cruise bathroom...that small. I booked this hotel though it is far from DC just because its Ramada and in my price range... totally disappointed.

"Decent, but no wow"
Good hotel for the money. The location is convenient if you drive or if it's the summer and you like Rita's Italian ice (Water-Ice, if you're from Philly or South Jersey). I don't know about these people who gave this place all the poor ratings, may be I just got a good room, yes it is not the 4 seasons, but for the lowest price in the area, it was great, a typical Motel, my room was clean, staff were nice, some guest complained that breakfast can use more, for what you are paying? be reasonable, it is a great place to […] spend few nights as you conduct your business in the area without breaking the bank, highly recommend Continua a leggere

Hotel is nicely located close to U of M campus; front desk personnel were friendly and helpful; breakfast had some extras, such as little sausages on biscuits and yogurt;rooms were clean had all the usual amenities.

"Complicated location"
1) Could not get across the street to eat out. Had to order take out delivery. 2) Heard gun shots one night. Very disturbing. 3) Heard sirens every night. Again very disturbing. 4) people at hotel were nice but they provided services behind a plexiglass shielding. "Good enough for the price"
I picked this hotel for its close proximity to the University of Maryland where my daughter is a student. It is a little shabby, but clean and comfortable just enough for people who want to spend the night. "Great price- great location"
We were visiting area Universities and stayed here overnight. The rooms were clean and updated, the breakfast area new and accomodating our early departure (6-10am). We will definately stay here again. The website does not do it credit.
"Okay for an overnight stay"
Room was in fair condition. AC unit worked great. Good shower, comfortable beds, and Tv with basic cable in the room. The room was a bit on the crammed side, but I also chose a 2 doubles room for the rate special. Front desk needed help with service a little bit. One guy was working it with 4 customers waiting and trying to answer the phone at the same […] time. Continental breakfast was average. I was disappointed though that it was supposed to be from 6-10am and when I walked down at a few minutes after 6am since I had to get up early, nothing was even set up! Most hotels I've stayed at have had everything ready on time or early. I returned back at 630 after showering and was able to at least make a bagel and get some OJ at that point, but they still weren't fully done setting up. Parking was free with enough spaces to choose from and an elevator to help move stuff depending on that floor you stay on. "Good Hotel w/ Nice Breakfast"
This is a good hotel and it provided a nice breakfast. It is not close to the sites but there are many restaurants nearby. If your interest are for d/t sites perhaps another hotel would be better. There is basement parking but I found several open spaces at street level.

The room is smelling. had to get a new room . The Manager is totally un-cooperative and when requested information about route .. guided us wrongly. Only interested in selling the bus tour ticket.. to fill his pocket. The location is not conveneient .. no nearby station nothing.

It is the first that I stayed in this hotel and I am very satisfied. Not that expensive and very clean. I will defintely stay again in this hotel in the future.

We stayed 3 nights at the Ramada in College park. The rooms were well maintained and clean. We arrived before check in and they held our bags for us until we returned from our day in Washington D.C. The pool was very nice and lifeguarded. I did not feel uncomfortable at all at the hotel. Tips if you want an extra pillow or towels ask for it before housekeeping […] goes home. Good for price. Generous breakfast. A/c good. No ironing board. Ferocious parking fees at nearby student shopping centre. Would stay there again. Wifi adequate.
It is an alright hotel, you definitely get what you pay for. The rooms are clean which is good. The pool hours are definitely inconvenient, very disappointed that I didn't get a chance to use it. The continental breakfast had a small selection of various things.. It is not that great but it is good enough for what you paid for it

"Cheap Hotel Option !"
Overall this hotel was satisfactory. But the hotel rooms did not had the microwave & fridge in it. Would recommend to ppl if they are looking out cheap option without microwave & fridge.
"The Hotel in Washington - a very convenient place"
All the front desk staff were wonderful. They assisted us tremendously - always with smile on their faces. I must admit that we really enjoyed our stay at Ramada Limited College Park.

There were really just a couple of minor things which could be improved. The lobby and downstairs are sometimes stifling hot, I assume this is an energy-saving "technique", but it really does get uncomfortable at times walking to an fro from parking lot etc. The room, however, was comfortable. Breakfast is served too late to eat and there was no refrigerator […] in the room to accommodate any drinks/food. The neighborhood isn't great, but there are some decent places to eat at about a 10 min. drive. "Cheap, clean"
This is a good hotel for the price. Note: you have to take a bus to the metro station, and that bus only runs until 8pm on the weekends... meaning you're in for a long walk if you come back late. There are cabs at the metro stations, but they are expensive. But this was a good hotel, great staff, good breakfast.

Accomodations are convenient, safe and reasonably priced. Suitable for a short term stay.

The room was fine and had everything I needed for a brief business trip at a reasonable price for the area. But the receptionist wore the exact same dirty shirt both days I was there, the wallpaper behind her was peeling, late one night a guest was shouting on the balcony for some others to be quiet, and the second night a mother and daughter were at […] the front desk to report a stolen suitcase (with money and a computer) that had been taken while they were away for a couple of hours at dinner. The management did not have a good plan for dealing with this situation and were fumbling around wishing they did not have to. I was there to prepay to use the phone in my room! We had booked a non-smoking room with a king size bed. The room that we were given reeked of smoke and had two double beds. We would have asked the desk clerk to change our room, but we already had to wake him up once to check in (in all fairness it was one am), so we didn;t want to have to wake him again.
The booking reservation stated that we would have a room with 2 king sized beds. When we got to the hotel, they informed us that they don't have any rooms with king size beds; that we would have a room with 2 queen size beds. When we got to the room, the room had 2 double beds.

Though i had booked for King room while booking i was given a room with 2 double beds even though while booking hotels.com said i am booking a room with 1 king bed. Rest all was good.

This hotel offered good value. It was not expensive, but the lobby looks run down and the carpets in the lobby and hallways need to be replaced or be thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for the price.
