Staff was exceptional, pool and spa where great, and the beds where excellent.

Hotel personnel were exceptional. Informative, helpbul, polite. Hotel is in need of refurbishing. Carpets were stained, rooms needed painting. Good value to just spend the night. No bugs were found.

For a low-priced hotel, I was happy with the accomodations. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.

Restaurants that were advertised as open were closed

The continental breakfast included with the extremely good room rate, was FANTASTIC. However, very OLD hotel and the rooms really need a reno job.

The front desk staff was very friendly and our room was okay BUT, high-priced for the condition of it. However, the bed was very comfortable. The tub was not clean. One of those problems is easy to fix! The Hotel is in desperate need of basic maintenance.

I've stayed here before and it was fine. This time the room was disgusting. Filthy carpeting, filthy bathtub. Will be my last time staying there...

The Ramada Chilton is too overpriced for the condition of the rooms and surrounding area. The first red flag was the wifi - or lack thereof. The website stated free wifi and after I reserved a room the details listed "wifi surcharge". Upon trying to connect to the internet on multiple devices, a connection couldn't even be established. My room had a […] broken picture still hanging on the wall. The vanity area was a joke - barely 3 feet off the ground. No, it wasn't handicapped, either. I also found globs of another guest's hair in the bed. This motel wouldn't be terrible at a much lower price. I would recommend Motel 6 or Travelodge over the Ramada Chilton. Continua a leggere

Bathroom fan sounded like a 747. Blanket had a huge bite? out of it. Holes in the drapes. The phone didn't work. The room key wouldn't work, and had to be exchanged. The breakfast was cold, but. plentiful. The waitress was very attentive. I'm surprised "Ramada" has their name on this hotel.

In serious need of repair and upgrade. Carpet was wrinkled (in need of stretching) - Hole in wall by toilet in bathroom - the shower head was black due to mineral buildup (needs to be replaced) - Towels were dingy (grey looking). This is an older hotel but very well kept. Always clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The location is right down the street from the airport and very close to great restaurants, shopping malls, etc. The breakfast is always fresh and tasty. I stay here 3 to 4 times a year and will be returning.

Price is reasonable and the hotel room is in good condition. Quiet neighborhood.

Great for everything we needed. Ended up staying 2 extra days. Close to Mexico shopping and dental, rates were good, hot breakfast, beds comfortable, and pillows perfect for me. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Will go back.

We have stayed here many times and keep coming back because of the location, price and the breakfast. The bad thing about this hotel is we have had the same room more then once and we have told them about things not working - it still isn't working the next time. The rooms are pretty run down, clean but run down. We have had trouble with the remote […] controls, keys, refridgerators, lights. We were looking for a great deal, but did not realize the downside: We wanted a pool; it was cold as was the hot tub. Surroundings were very stark. Walls were so thin we could hear people above us. We changed rooms, but the next night, still heard noisy neighbors. Tub was missing plug, could not take bath. We were thinking "if the pool was cold, at […] least we could use the hot tub." *Hotel staff-Very friendly & helpful! *Cleanliness of hotel - Very Good. *Condition of room - Needs maintenance..the soap dish in shower had paint peeling off, the shower faucet/plate needed replacing due to corrosion/rust/or other deposits. *Overall condition of room - comfortable. *Restaurant food was good, ordered Apricot Chicken, this was flavorful, […] but frozen vegetables were lacking. Breakfast Buffet (free) was good with a fairly good assortment of foods. Would have liked to have seen some fresh fruit and yogurt, but definately adequate. *Hotel grounds - we found two dead birds lying on the grass out front...groundskeepers should have picked these up.. Had to leave early due to a family emergency...informed front desk, and hotels.com - we were not charged for the night we were not there. That was a definate plus on the side of the hotel staff to make notes in the computer. Would I stay there again? Probably. The pool looked very inviting, but did not have a chance to use it!! if there is little or nothing else available, this is the place to stay .... the room was not very clean, the shower was borderline disgusting ....

I needed more than 20 minutes to make the check in, and I was the only one customer, because the attendant were doing several things and answering the telephone. The internet in the room never worked. thats it

The front desk staff was very accommodating. They also called once we arrived in our rooms to insure everything was OK. We told them that the lights between the beds and the clock on the nightstand did not work. The clerk said she would make a note of it. Ofcourse what they didn't know was my cousin stayed in this exact same room six months ago and […] had told them about the lights and clock then. Only smoking rooms available, loud all night long (really all night long) from people at the pool and/or parking lot areas. Water would not keep a constant temperature, the cold water would go out once in a while - woke me up, but not really comfortable.

Hotel Yuma Ramada close to all must see, but not the best shape service and very noise.

Great price...Good service...clean room and most important, an outdoor jacuzzi that was hot and clean. Any time we want to visit Algedonas, we'll be staying here.

Vi brugte hotellet til en enkelt overnatning på turen fra Grand Canyon til San Diego - der virker lukket når man kommer til stedet, men alt var OK. Poolen havde vi for os selv. Morgenmaden var fin - venlig og hurtig service ved indtjekning.
