Inviato da g aversa di "prov Catania" il 20 lug 2009posizione eccellente, in piena campagna ma a 3 minuti dal borgo , a 5 da un affollato centro commerciale ed a 10 dalla citta' di Cork. tanto verde intorno, appartamento dotato di ogni confort, staff discreto ma non parla una parola di italiano. unico neo la mancata pulizia dell'appartamento durante tutto il soggiorno (non viene effettuato il servizio di rifacimento letti ne' il cambio delle lenzuola ) non confacente ad un 4 stelle, come gia' sperimentato in altri stati europei

"house keeping"

"Great Hotel, close to everything"
I had a lovely stay, the staff were very helpful and gave us a map of the city to help us get around. I stayed here for one night. It is 10 mins walk from the train station and is therefore very accessible. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. Have stayed here several times, right from the time it opened. It is now a bit rough around the edges. Tile was broken in the bathroom, and most of the floor grouting was missing, stains on the inside bathroom door, hairs on the floor.But a great location, got an internal room as requested. This is a lovely hotel, the staff are friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice. We found it difficult to locate but that was because of the on-way system. From the moment we walked into hotel the staff couldn't do enough for us from checking in to leaving , everyone was so pleasant and friendly , the food in kudo was hit and on time, the bar staff didn't have the cocktail I wanted on there menu but I was asked what was in said drink and it was made special for me ,and I wasn't charged more for it like […] I was in another bar. Very convenient location certainly within walking distance of the city centre. Nice ambience in the bar with a duo playing some really nice music. The room was very spacious and had really comfortable bed. Breakfast was a very elaborate buffet. Service at all points was very good.
