Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 30 ago 2012Il soggiorno presso questo B&B è stato meraviglioso. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e stile. Al momento del check-in la stanza che avevamo prenotato non era disponibile per un guasto al sistema elettrico e ci hanno sistemato in un'altra di livello superiore, senza maggiorazione di prezzo. il B&B è comodo per raggiundere la 16th strada dove ci sono molti negozi, bar e ristoranti e al LoDo (Downtown). La colazione, oltre a cereali e pane tostato, varia ogni giorno con un proposta calda cucinata al momento. Un giorno c'erano dei deliziosi waffles con banane, fragole e mirtilli, il giorno dopo omelette con funghi. Tutti i prodotti sono rigorosamente bio, come anche lo shampo, bagnoschiuma e crema corpo. La zona circostante è tranquilla e il B&B si affaccia su un giardino pubblico. Un bellissimo soggiorno!

L'hotel è situato a pochi chilometri dall'aeroporto, le stanze sono molto spaziose e pulite. Anche il bagno è abbastanza grande e pulito. La colazione continentale è esattamente uguale a quella di qualsiasi altro motel americano.In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questo hotel per chi ha bisogno di restare a Denver per una o due notti.

Our regular hotel was booked so we stayed at the Comfort Suites Southwest. Room initially smelled strong with some type of air freshener that we weren't real fond of. We opened the windows and eliminated the smell and were fine the rest of our stay (4 days). Room was very clean. Bed was wonderful (one of the best hotel beds I have ever had). During […] our stay one of the boilers went out. We were without water for half a day. Not fun but we understand things do break from time to time. We were told they were going to replace all three boilers as soon as possible. Price was right room was clean. would we go back there? Yes if we couldn't get our usual hotel. Their sign our front said they were pet friendly. On several mornings people brought their dogs into the breakfast room. The dogs were very well behaved, but I had real problems personally with dogs in the breakfast room. I tried not to think about the idea that a dog probably stayed in my room sometime in the past. "Dont Give Them Your Credit Card"
Our Stay was fine but two days after we left they accused us of smoking in the room. WE DID NOT. Apparently there is NO RECOURSE. Once accused you are automatically guilty. Corporate line is pretty much useless because every hotel is independently owned. Still fighting with these people....now I must wait three days for any type of reply. Tried calling […] the hotel directly and according to the front desk the manager is not there and she has no idea when they will return. I liked the hotel more than my roommate did. To me there is substantial comfort in what this room offered: a microwave oven, mini fridge-freezer, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron and HOT breakfast - I could eat things even though I was on a low carbohydrate diet. The elevator seemed very sketchy. The gentlemen that worked the evening shift was a bit rude. "Perfect for our weekend"
We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the bed so comfortable, love the pillows. It's quiet, close to everything we need and my son loves the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. Convenient to have a good size fridge/mini freezer and microwave. "Nice rooms, terrible staff"
I showed up to get keys for my room and was surprised to see that the front desk staff person was a young man dressed in dirty jeans and a t-shirt. He was nice enough, but my first impression of the hotel in general was pretty unprofessional. The room was great-very spacious and clean, although the a/c was turned on so high we left the room or a while […] just to get it warm enough to be comfortable. The nights stay was fine, the beds comfortable, etc. The next morning we went downtatairs to the breakfast buffet. The person at the desk was friendly and professional. The breakfast was fair. At one point, I got my car from the front of the building and pulled it around back so I could start it an let it warm up before I left for work. I came through the back door to come back to the breakfast area. The cleaning lady came up to me and told me to go to the front desk because they wanted to talk to me. I went to the desk and the lady asked me if I was staying at the hotel. Really?! I just walked by 10 minutes ago and said hello to you. I told her of I was. She said the maintenance guy saw me go through the back door and it looked suspicious. Are you kidding me? Do you make all of your guests feel like thieves just for using the back door? And I understand checking in to these type of things, but there is a MUCH different way to go about it. I left angry and embarrassed. And why should I be embarrassed? I am a paying guest! "Run down but comfortable"
Overall, the hotel is comfortable. The only problem with this Comfort Suites location is that everything is run down. While maintenance does a good job making sure everything is functional, cosmetically this place needs a renovation.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"It was an ok stay over for 2 nights but don't brin"
The first impression was the strong odor of cat urine on the elevator followed by the overwhelming odor of chlorine in the hallways from the hotel pool. They had some problems with the ventilation it seems.Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia
