WE LOVED OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL. VERY OLD WORLD, GREAT SERVICE, FRIENDLY CONCIERGE, EXCELLENT FOOD AT ITS RESTAURANT. OUR ROOM WAS READY ON ARRIVAL AND IT HAD ALL THE AMENITIES WE NEEDED, EXCEPT INTERNET SIGNAL DID NOT WORK . IT IS IMPORTANT TO US THAT WE ARE ABLE TO RECEIVE AND SEND MESSAGES VIA INTERNET. Had a great two night stay at this hotel with my wife. Hotel is gorgeous and staff both friendly and helpful. The only negatives were the price of food and drink. The food was good and so maybe justified but £26 for a single bourbon and coke is pure daylight robbery. We loved everything about the Principe di Savoia, from beginning to end. When we arrived early morning, after the red-eye from NY, we were given early check-in, an upgrade, and -- having told the front desk that we were celebrating our 10th Anniversary -- a bottle of champagne, compliments of the hotel. The outstanding service only continued from there. […] Worthy of particular mention is one of the members of the ample Concierge staff, Massimo -- who gave us excellent dinner recommendations and made the reservations, also regularly checking in with us to make sure we were finding everything to our liking. We have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world, and the Principe di Savoia, owing principally to its wonderful staff and beautiful premises, certainly ranks at the highest level. The Hotel is very good but the location did not satisfy my needs .

The Principe is a very nice Milano hotel that provides good service and nice accommodations for the price. The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the concierge staff was most helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and sightseeing help. The rooms are nice and very quiet. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

I highly recommend this hotel. One caveat: I've stayed there three times, always in the same class of rooms and the quality varied a bit. But if you ask, they change the rooms for you.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I can see why it is the choice of the upper crust. The prices in the dining room and bar match!! But the concierge very nicely found us a charming little restaurant around the corner that was affordable and delicious. One of the truly GREAT hotels in the world.

This is a beautiful hotel located not far from the train station. There is a complimentary shuttle and limo that will take you into the city center until 6:30 pm. The concierge staff, front desk and bell desk staff are top notch and very friendly.

We have stay several time in Principe di Savoia and always has been great. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are very nice, good service, very good spa, exellent breakfast, so everything is just perfect. The hotel is only 5 minutes driving from the Duomo, and they offer a shuttle service only 30 minutes. I think Principe Di Savoia the best hotel where we stay and holiday in Italy. We have a good rate when we booking online and we have a good experience stay there. The hotel very luxurious, the room very beautiful and clean, very big for standard hotel in Europe. This hotel is part of the Dorchester Collection so on many levels it is superior. The staff was a bit cold at times, but on others they were very helpful. For the quality of this hotel type the staff should always be in top form so I don't think it's acceptable that anyone from a 5 star property be cold or unfriendly. The quality of the rooms is superior […] and well worth the money. Good location, not great area but it's close enough to walk around the special areas of Milan. I have experienced this hotel in the past in both business and personal stays and I would return but the staff still need some work. Excellent room, service, and accommodation of children in the Tower double room (very spacious). We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would recommend this hotel to others.

The storied Principe Savoia is well known by most business and leisure travelers and for good reason. The hotel is lovely and well situated. Unfortunately, this is where the experience parts company from the reputation. At nearly every turn, I found the staff to be confused, harried and frustrated which resulted in lost luggage, missing reservations […] and many sighs. Even when the hotel made an effort to "apologize" for their gaffs, it was done with a perfunctory effort and general lack of sincerity, which was generally followed by yet another mistake. While the errors could certainly be considered small, for a property of this level with rates that are certainly toward the top of the spectrum, the service level was a huge disappointment and bordered on amateurish. Before the 2 nights at the Savoia, I had spent 4 nights at the neighboring property of the Westin Palace. The staff at this location couldn't have been more professional and was even helpful in facilitating my move across the street, since they were fully booked. The Principe staff politely declined to assist me - even though I was an arriving guest. Not only will I not consider returning to this property, I will certainly actively recommend against this location. Continua a leggere

Hotel is always great but for the price youare paying why is the internet not included

We were only in Milan for 2 nights and one day but were thrilled with this hotel. The service was excellent - in all parts of the hotel. The concierge desk was especially helpful in arranging a large taxi for the 4 of us to go the Malpensa airport at 5AM in the morning on the day of our departure. As we got off the elevator, the concierge was there […] to greet us and get our luggage to the taxi. This hotel was built in 1927 and has been refurbished but still has the charm of an older hotel - we loved all the inlaid wood details in the headboards and furniture. The room service and restaurant were quite expensive so we didn't eat at the hotel - but there were many restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. It was also an easy walk to the shopping district. We also loved the pool and gym on the 10th floor - we felt very pampered. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Continua a leggere

This hotel lives up to what you would expect from a five star hotel. It is Very Very expensive to dine there, . Staff very helpfull and friendly.

This hotel is well-located and the service is good. The main restaurant and the bar are very good. My only complaints are that (1) restaurants and bar are very expensive 22 euros for a drink (although you get nice snacks to go with it) and (2) although it's an old hotel, seems it could use an interior facelift. I used a free night from Hotels.com to stay at this hotel. I chose it to begin to overcome jet lag from flying from US to Milano. Close to Train station for next day trip - a top rate hotel. Food was, however, outrageously expensive, but fortunately there were ristorantes and bars within short walking distance.

ミラノ中央駅から徒歩で10分ほどの場所。 普段高級なホテルに泊まることが無いため、外観や内装の豪華さにいちいち驚かされた。 一番良かったのはベッド。 あのキングサイズベッドを自宅にも欲しい！と思うほど、寝心地は最高だった。 朝食をフルブレックファーストに変更するのを忘れたのが唯一の残念ポイント。 夢のような滞在時間でした。

Очень порядочный и вежливый персонал. Останавливалась в этом отеле не один раз, все нравится.Быстро реагируют на любые просьбы. Только дорогой интернет. Прекрасные консьержи. Пожалуй один из лучших отелей в мире!

Ehdottomasti viiden tähden hotelli, mutta myös hintojen suhteen. Varaudu ottama rahaa, jos juot esim. cocktaileja. Mutta todella hyvä palvelu ja viiden tähden arvoinen.

ホテル紹介にあった通りで歴史を感じるホテルです。部屋もレストランも期待通りでした。

mycket bra service och trevliga personal enda sak som kan upplevas negativ att Continental frukost var som ingick så man får inte ta av buffén vilket vi gjorde , men fick en räkning på 35 euro person och dag, med de avskrev fakturan när vi sa att vi inte viste om det.

We love this Hotel. We stayed here before once and it was just as good this time around. Parking is a bit of a problem though.

Beliggenhed middel. Værelset ok. Morgenmad jævn. Prisniveau halvdyrt. Pool m.v. til grin, bør næsten nedlægges eller førres up to date. Personale venligt. Ikke et rigtigt 5 stjernet hotel, men 4.

Dette hotellet er supert for deg med mye penger. Rommet er flott og det er lekkert overalt. Du får super service i lobbyen, og de tilbyr gratis limosin til sentrum. MEN; minibar og roomservice, samt restauranten er rådyrt!! Heldigvis finnes det rimelige restauranter i nærheten, men dette var helt urimelig. I tillegg virket ikke safen på rommet og selv […] om vi gjentatte ganger ble forsikret om at de skulle komme å se på det, så skjedde det aldri. Likevel, for deg som har mye penger er dette stedet! Flott beliggenhet med gangavstand til det meste og veldig flotte rom. Continua a leggere
