situato in una splendida posizione e una terrazza con una vista della laguna che non teme confronti

Our room was OLD. The most modern was the TV and the safe, other things are probably 100 years of age, including the bed, the table, the chairs etc... Location was great, the room was disappointing. For this price range, you can get much better hotels in Venice.

One word: superb!

This very expensive hotel, the lobby of which is almost worth the full price, offers some fair value rooms,but be ware....These rooms are very small, even by European Luxury standards. There was not enough room to open our two suitcases at the same time.

I have been to venice several times. This is my first time at the Danielli. It won't be my last. The hotel was so wonderful. You could sit in the lobby for hours and never be bored. SO magnificent. Takes you back in time. Try to stay in the main hotel building. There are two adjoining buildings. I stayed in one of them. They rooms were quite comfy and […] actually had wonderful bathrooms. I just like the ambiance of the original building better. But, I spent so little time in my room. Only for sleeping! Great location and great service. Bar in lobby very expensive, though. Hotel is beautiful and excellent location, staff very helpful for your every need. Staff speak English. Food and drinks very expensive. Room ok for size but for what we paid it should have been larger. Was 3 times price of Waldorf in Rome and room was 1/2 size. Furnishings and amenities are top quality. Would stay again if less money for room.

Awesome location...excellent staff...but the hotel itself more like a haunted castle... With a glorious past! even the welcome mat at the revolving door faded and old...the furniture torn with holes ...walls with worn out paint and cracks. If you decide to go to the restaurant expect the best view but also extremely pricey for an average food ...all […] that said my kids were so excited about the hotel having hosted the movie the tourist that if I returned to Venice I will stay there again and go to the restaurant again....!! This hotel was lovely. We had a beautiful room with a balcony. The hotel was very beautiful and the staff was very accomodating. We needed to switch rooms because the first room was noisy and they moved us the next day and took care of everything. The location of this hotel is fantastic right in the middle of everything. The huge negative is the restaurant. […] We have never had such an awful experience. My fish was raw and then when I sent it back they cooked it until it was rubber. The receptionist was arrogant and unhelpful - which was a shame as the hotel is very nice. The room was nice but ``'camp bed`' for third adult which `i thought was not good as the details on reservation said deluxe room for three not camp bed for extra person! We would not stay there again - you pay for the name and place of hotel not service.

hotel was great very convenient location. main entrance was awesome. Restaurant very expensive for breakfast and supper. 35 Euros just to sit down at supper.

Food was great - service was brutal - very arrogant and didn't seem to care - also very expensive given the overall quality/service.

Rooml was comfortable but rather small. It didn't have any 110 v outlets to use shaver or charge phones and they couldn't help me how I could charge my phones. I expected a little more from a 5 star hotel. Otherwise, the location was perfect right by St. marks square.

Hotel Danieli is convenient to everything and very beautiful, but is massively overpriced in all of its amenities--restaurant, internet, etc. Also, the service is very up and down--sometimes a very nice, helpful person at reception or concierge, and sometimes--especially at concierge--someone abrupt and impatient.

Very small room, arrogant concierge staff, wonderful location.

Rooms need to be updated; rugs and furniture are very old, scratched -i.e, one soft chair with a hole in the cushion;paint chipping; electrical system does not allow irons in rooms; bathrooms are very dated. Housekeeping disgusting - upon arrival previous guest's hair found throughout the bathroom including in the shampoo basket, shower walls. Turndown […] service is a piece of chocolate and a reminder to save water and not change the sheets. The conceirge provides misinformation about area restaurants in order to promote hotel's restaurant, indicating most restaurants would be closed on Monday due to no fish market on Mondays - this is not true. There are many fabulous hotels in Venice at this price range - don't be fooled by the "Leading Hotels of the World" branding of this hotel. Continua a leggere

Impeccable service and great location. You're right on the Grand Canal and around the corner from St. Mark's square and the Bridge of Sighs. They even have a complimentary boat you can take to Lido if you want to head to the beach or pool! This hotel was the most lavish one we stayed in in our 3 week trip to Italy. You really feel like you are in a […] palace, with the ornate floors, Murano chandeliers, and all of the ornate details! We were also incredibly lucky to be offered a complimentary upgrade, and we were given a room with a view of the grand canal! Beautiful! Even though we were right above the busy street that runs along the canal, noise was never a problem, and we slept quite nicely. Hotel somptueux , acceuil charmant,personnel souriant,parlant français. Nous avons été surclassés,lachambre était très belle.. dommage que le cappucino du petit déjeuner soit médiocre.. pour le meme prix , il vaut mieux aller au Florian.

séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel mythique. il a répondu à toutes mes attentes. beau , majestueux, très bien placé, le personnel a nos petits soins.

Tout simplement l'un des plus beaux hôtel du monde.

Very expensive hotel located in wonderful location - but that's all they have. Probably they can get many tourists without any efforts - Unfortunately I felt no hospitality from this hotel - I rarely see smiles on faces of hotel staff. Room was very tiny and facilities were very old. I probably won't stay at Danieli again. もう泊まらないです。

Danielli está en una localización excepcional y es de una arquitectura palaciega impresionante. El servicio es muy bueno y el precio también....

je trouve lamentable les prix pratiquer par l'hotel concernant les supplements des petits dejeuner en chambredes oeufs brouilles a 28 euros c'est un scandale servire un expresso pour dejeuner alors que dans tous les palace que j'ai frequente plazza athene hotel rapahel et crillon a paris ainsi que le cesaer palace a las vegas le cafe se trouve au moins […] dans un petit pot a savoir 10 euros l'expresso sinon l'hotel est absolument magnifique le menage n'est pas pas vriament au top pendant trois jours il est reste le meme morceau de papier au meme endroit dans la salle de bain Continua a leggere

Flott hotell, men også høye forventninger. Rommet var overraskende lite og ikke finere innredet enn at en mer jordnær pris burde vært mulig. Men felles-områdene er flotte! Og få med dere frokost på tak-terrassen. Nydelig.

O hotel é perfeitamente localizado e tem linda arquitetura. Porém, os quartos pecam por manutenção - o que é grave em se tratando de um hotel tão famoso e cheio de prestígio.

Hotel Danieli i Venedig er elegance, luksus og klassisk stil på én gang. Det er charmerende og elegant på den måde, som man kun finder det i en by med en lang kulturel historie. Både bygningen, indretning og betjeningen er i en klasse for sig. Vi boede i den nyrenoverede fløj (fra 2008) hvor hotellets ejere har vist, at klassiske bygningsmaterialer […] så som marmor, kvalitetstapeter, ordentlige senge og klassiske møbler stadig holder i år 2010. la ciudad es espaectacular.no hay otra igual en el mundo.Y ésto se sumó a la buenísima situación del hotel y al encanto del hotel( es un palacete hecho realidad mediante la estancia hotelera) Todos los camareros ,recepción y consigna estupendos.

Ce n'est pas simplement un séjour á l'hôtel mais bien avoir la chance de se trouver dans un endroit de légende

L'hôtel de Venise par excellence. Décoration d'époque à tomber. J'ai pris la chambre avec vue sur la lagune. Rien à redire, votre compagne va tomber !!!! Idéal pour amoureux sans limite. Seul problème : pas de seiche cheveux dans la salle de bain (entièrement en marbre)

Exceptional. As good as it gets. What an experience. Most staff friendly and highly professional, although one of the concierge's staff, after having graced us with a glance down his nose upon our arrival, deemed himself too good for our group.
