Tutto sommato prezzo piuttosto elevato. Camera piccola, pulita. Colazione standard (come in qualunque hotel 3 stelle) ma non inclusa nel prezzo, per cui alla fine del soggiorno abbiamo dovuto pagare una cifra notevole a persona per ogni colazione consumata, sicuramente un'esagerazione! The hotel was very clean, the location was great, and overall it was a pleasant stay. However, there were a few drawbacks: 1. The hotel does not provide any toiletries except for soap. Location is quite convenient to train travel and site-seeing in Bern. Room was quite small for the price. One of the few hotels in Europe with a washer/dryer for patron's use, although much smaller machines than in USA.

This is a very good place to stay when visiting Bern. The rooms are not too fancy, but they are comfortable. As well, the staff is very helpful, and the establishment is in the centre of Bern, close to many of the city's attractions. One thing I appreciated about my room is that it had a mini-fridge in which you could put your own stuff rather than […] have the hotel staff stock it up. I think that this is something every hotel should have! (It also helps that the hotel is close to a supermarket!) If there was one flaw with this establishment, it concerns the room where breakfast is served. It is served in an ugly convention hall. They should serve it in the hotel's restaurant, which is much nicer! Despite this flaw, the Hotel Bern is a nice and comfortable place to stay. This was a wonderful one-night business stay for me. A charming inn in a friendly location.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Reasonable, not lavish breakfast buffet.There was no Internet wi-fi as advertised, though you can use the computer near reception for essentials.Would recommend it as a convenient base in central Switzerland.

My husband and I stayed here for only one night, but the hotel impressed us very much. The location is fantastic, as you can easily walk to the train station, Bear Gardens, lots of shopping, and of course the historic sights. The room offered lots of modern amenities including coffee/tea, flat screen television, even an umbrella in case of bad weather […] (which we were thankful to find). We ate an elaborate meal at the Kurierstube restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and very much enjoyed the experience (although we over-ordered ... ended up with an amuse bouche, large appetizers, and literally 3 courses of meat, all of which included veggies, starch and a generous portion of delicious beef, pork or veal). Garish colors, dark, dingy place. This hotel has seen better days. Clerk at desk was unfriendly & couldn't help with questions asked. I would give hotel a 2 1/2 * rating, no more.

Bern is a beautiful city. Great for a day or two visit at least.

Einzelzimmer: ziehmlich klein ca. 16 m2 jedoch sauber und gut eingerichtet; minibar ist nicht gefüllt; das badezimmer ist schon in die jahre gekommen und sehr klein und eng. sonst sauber und ruhig.

Hotel Bern ist ein gutes Hotel, mit modern eingerichteten Zimmern. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es etwas laut aber dafür sehr zentral gelegen und gut vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

...Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war schön, aber für für den Preis sehr klein. Ich habe die ganze Nacht kaum ein Auge zugetan, da es im Sommer bei geöffnetem Fenster die bis frühmorgens sehr laut war (Stimmen, Gläsergeklirre, etc.). Um 05.00 Uhr morgens ist dann die Stadtreinigung (Sonntag Morgen) aufgefahren...

Für den Preis über Hotels.com ist es ein super Hotel! Den regulären Preis und die 4 Sterne ist es allerdings nicht unbedingt wert.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in der Berner Altstadt. Vieles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es nachts auch bei offenem Fenster ruhig. Positiv zu vermerken ist der Wasserkocher im Zimmer; eher negativ fällt das Fehlen eines grossen Spiegels auf. Frühstück ist reichlich und von guter Qualität. Sehr nette Bedienung.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ganz : Frühstücksbuffet, Service, Aperitif und Essen an Bankett nicht 4 Stern

Ne connaissant pas Berne, nous cherchions un hôtel centre ville qui nous permette de visiter la ville sans utiliser la voiture. Cet établissement était, pour cela, idéal. Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur l'arrière, avec un petit balcon et une vue charmante sur de vieux toits très beaux. La chambre était très confortable, très propre, joliement […] aménagée avec une excellente literie et une salle de bains agréable. Le petit déjeuner, compris, était tout à fait correct , le personnel très aimable. Nous sommes arrivés le 1er août, jour de fête, et nous avons eu peur que les feux d'artifice et les pétards nous tiennent éveillés une partie de la nuit. Mais tout cela s'est calmé bien vite et l'hôtel était très silencieux. La seule chose que nous n'ayons pas appréciée dans cet hôtel était notre dîner au restaurant 7-Stube; malgré les efforts du personnel, le service était très lent, et ce que nous avons mangé n'avait rien d'exceptionnel pour un prix trop élevé. 思っていたより部屋が狭かったです。 4つ星ホテルの割にはいまいちだと思いました。 値段も高かったですし。

暑い日でしたが、エアコンが見当たらず暑かったです。翌日は雨が降り寒くなったのですが、室内温度はちょうどよかったです。また、洗面所も同様に暑かったです。 テレビのコンセントが抜かれており、テレビが天井からの吊り下げ式で、椅子の上にのってもコンセントに届かず、結局テレビが見られませんでした。節電のためかわかりませんが、コンセントは差したままでいてほしいです。

Du skal være god om du greier å booke et hotell mer en 15 min. til alt i Bern. Hotel Bern har alt man kan forvente av et hotell i denne klassen, men et minus for manglende AC.

The hotel is in a great area. . The standard didn't match the 4 stars...and the rooms were dark and depressing.

The hotel is ideally located in the old part of Bern, with a supermarket conveniently located next door. My room looked like it was recently refurbished, and was nice and clean. The service was also over all good.
