Hotel semplice,pulito e comodo,adatto sia a soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Bella camera e buon colazione (inclusa nella tariffa); ampio parcheggio gratuito e vicino alle principali vie di comunicazione,oltre che ad un centro commerciale ben fornito.

Hotel tra i migliori che abbia mai visitato; si trova in un parco immenso con diverse piscine, giochi acquatici e laghetti anche per la pesca. La struttura è molto curata, l servizio è efficiente, il personale è gentilissimo. La camera che ci è stata data, era abbastanza grande e confortevole; purtroppo, come in altre occasioni quando prenotato con Hotel.com, la posizione era pessima, nonostante avessimo scelto una di categoria superiore: la più lontana dalla lobby e con vista sul parkeggio! Tutto sommato è un hotel che consiglierei anche se con una camera migliore della nostra.

Bellissimo albergo e paesaggio circostante peccato per il divano letto, davvero scomodo.

"Twin Palms - Clean, Comfortable & Excellent Value!"
I was pleased to find a clean, quiet room with a fridge and microwave. The pillow top beds are relatively new and about the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel room. The location is close to the Tempe ASU campus and was convenient to everything I needed during my trip. My friends stayed in an over priced hotel a few blocks away and spent about […] 4 times what I did. They complained about loud parties in their hotel and they had no fridge or microwave so they ended up having to buy the expensive food and drinks in their hotel. My daughter and I stayed at the Twin Palms and really enjoyed the visit. The staff were very friendly and gave great directions. The pool area was lovely and clean. "Twin Palms- New Year's Eve"
Hotel was convienient walking distance to Tempe Block Party. Room was clean quiet and comefortable. The stopper in the sink didn't work but everything else did. The desk clerks and bartender were excellent at customer service.

Great location with easy access to freeways, ASU, restaurants and most anything you can think of to do and see. Loved the birds in the lobby. Only negative was the old plumbing needs to be updated.

Room was okay, clean. Shower did not have enough water pressure and the hot water did not get hot.

We had a great stay at the Twin Palms Hotel. We went to an ASU football game on Saturday night and to our daughter's AZ Pop Warner Cheer Competition at Wells Fargo Arena in the morning. The hotel was convenient and clean! We will definitely stay again!

We were very disappointed in our stay at the twin palms. We were awakened at 11:40 pm to a call from the front desk saying we almost got kicked out of our room that day because they thought we was staying just one night. We had booked 3 nights. They said they tried to contact us that day but we was in and out of the room. They could have left us a message […] to contact us. They also had my cell phone number. We tried to talk to the clerk the next day but they would not let us show them the conformation papers. They said its all taken care of over and over. Needless to say I was not pleased with the way it was taken care of and to be cut off over and over again. I thought you was suppose to listen to the customer. I could not get a word in edgewise. "TWIN PALMS - GREAT LOCATION"
hotel was nice rooms were nice, the bar was cool little chill spot before we hit the town, and our view was awesome view of ASU and $6 cab ride to mill ave like 2 blocks away could of walked there but we are lazy lol, if i would say anything negative i would say the beds could of used an upgrade but they were still comfy. all in all we had a great angels […] spring training trip, and would stay there again... oh and IHOP was a blast at 2am the people there are awesome with great attitudes, as well as the hotel staff Continua a leggere
"GREAT LOCATION!!!"
The reason for our visit was the Theater @ Gammage. We literally walked right out the hotel to a crosswalk leading to the theater. Hotel staff was super nice. Great little bar in the lobby. There is a 24 hour restaurant connected to hotel. A short walk to Mill Ave. where there are lots of shops, bars, restaurants and movie theater. It is an older hotel […] but for me it's all about location, location, location. Loved that I could take a cocktail to my room and the convenience of the restaurant. "Twin Palms Hotel across from ASU"
Love their pet birds in the lobby. Always stay here bc we know for a fact that we'll get a balcony, and we LOVE balconies. Always clean, great service, nice people. Price is right as well.
